Collins Comfort Masters

I was referred to Collins Comfort Masters through [redacted] to purchase a new AC unit. From the first contact, to the sales representative and to the installation crew I was very impressed and happy with the service I received. I want to make special note of the sales representative, [redacted]. He showed up on time and spent the time needed to explain what all is included with the purchase and what to expect during installation. I also want to mention the installation crew, [redacted] The were professional and courteous. They also answered any questions I had and made sure to clean up an mess they may have made.

The Installers were exactly on time. They worked efficiently with minimal disruptions. It was even relatively quiet while they were working. An extra crew member showed and the installation was completed several hours earlier than expected. House and work are was left as clean or cleaner than when started.
Final review of system seemed a tad rushed but covered everything and filled out and explained all paperwork and rebates with me.

From the initial consultation with Garrett O. to the final installation with John L., Armando G., and Chris B., everything went flawless. Garrett spent a couple hours looking at my existing equipment, taking measurements and determining what size unit would best meet my needs. He explained the differences between the different Lennox models and their efficiencies. I chose the Lennox XP21 series because of the variable speed high efficiency rating. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. They wore shoe covers, placed drop clothes and were very cautious during the installation of the air handler and a/c ground unit. When the installation was completed they vacuumed, cleaned up, and went over everything with me. They programmed and explained the new thermostat. Angela in the office took care of all my rebates and I didn't have to follow up with anything. SRP contacted me to verify my rebate information, and I received a Costco rebate witch we cashed at Costco to apply with the other rebates and applied toward the purchase. We are very pleased with the Lennox unit and the services provided by Collins Comfort Masters. We would highly recommend.

Collins Comfort just installed an AC on the roof of my home. The work was done promptly and efficiently. [redacted] and [redacted] were the technicians making the installation.

They removed the old AC and an old Evap. cooler and disconnected the electric connections of the evap. cooler.

We purchased our Lennox XP16 through [redacted]. Their installer was Collins Comfort Masters. Our sales rep, [redacted], was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough examination of our existing heat pump, air handler, and duct work. He explained the issues with our existing system and even pointed out a hole in our duct work. (We've had [redacted] inspecting our system for 5 years and they never mentioned the hole or other problems with our duct work...). [redacted] even came on a Saturday to go over the details one last time. Our installation went exactly as promised. The crew ([redacted] and [redacted].) arrived on time and explained exactly what they would do. They completed the job on time and ensured that our house was clean to our satisfaction. The following week Sa Nhunnhong came to our house and did a quality review of the installation. It's been just over a month and so far we love our new Lennox heat pump system. Living in Arizona, however, the proof will come in July when it's 117 degrees! For now I would absolutely recommend Lennox, Collins Comfort Masters, and [redacted] for your new A/C unit.

In my 40 years in the valley, I've used several AC service companies. I have career interests in the engineering area, so I am some what critical of service work done for my home. [redacted] was the technician assigned by Collins Comfort. He was friendly, clean and caring in his attitude. Above all, he demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the AC process, the equipment and was more than workman like in his evaluation and service of my unit.

Collins you have put together a great team, thanks. Garrett has an excellent presentation of the product. Easy to understand and completely answers all questions. No pressure. Your installers Derek and Jose' were professional from start to finish. They showed up on time answered all questions. We were completely satisfied from start to finish.
