Collins Comfort Masters

We had a new heating and air-conditioning system installed in February by Collins Comfort Masters. We found them to be professional and efficient, as well as pleasant. We liked working with the estimator, [redacted], and we were very happy with the work done by installers [redacted]. and [redacted] A. They arrived on time, were pleasant guests in our home, completed the work as promised and didn't leave until they knew we were happy with the system's performance.

From start to finish, the two crews that completed the installation of two new Lenox air conditioning units at our home in one day are to be commended for their efficiency, attention to detail, and competency. We were impressed by the five Collins Comfort Masters employees - Jose V., Jhon L., Armando, Chris B., and Lujandro. Jose was extremely professional and made sure everything was explained during the process. Steve T[redacted], the Comfort Consultant, did an excellent job of estimating the cost and explaining advantages of specific cooling units during his estimation session. In all, we want to thank the crew for a job well done and would be happy to recommend them to others!

I have been a customer with Collins Comfort Masters for 10 years now when they installed our new AC/Heating system. They are wonderful to work with and very customer service oriented. They are always on time for their service calls and have never had to reschedule. The technicians that come to the house are always very courteous and respectful of our home. I am quite pleased with my experience with Collins. Upon initial contact with their organization I found Jorge to be patient, courteous, knowledgeable, in a word professional. The installers were similarly efficient, respectful and pleasant.

I got my Lennox HVAC unit through [redacted] and was very impressed by Collins Comfort Masters and their crew. First I met a sales rep who was the owner's son and he was very informative and helpful. There was no pressure at all. He explained to me all elements of heating and cooling and with my budget we decided on a Lennox 2 ton 13 seer unit. The installers arrived right on time and were very efficient and professional. And they worked while it was raining. [redacted] and [redacted] did great work. And when I saw my 11 year old unit I was convinced I had made the right decision. It looked old and cheap compared to the new Lennox. Excellent service. Great staff. Just had my fall/winter tune-up done by[redacted]. He was thorough, and efficient. Made sure I was satisfied before he left. Followed up with detailed invoice of everything he did.

They put down tarps on the floor to protect my fllor from damage and dirt, which was great because my attic was pretty dirty.
They took time to answer my questions and explain to me the process and what steps they were completing.
They worked right through lunch and took only minor breaks.
I was extremely impressed with their positive attitude and work ethic.
I cannot speak for the rest of the installers at Collins, but I will recommend your company to all my friends and business associats who are in the market for your services.

Our installation crew, Dan L[redacted] and Juan B. were excellent! Overall, the company as a whole gets 5 stars for communication, including scope of work, cost estimates, anticipated issues, scheduling appointments, verification of appointments and time, and installation process. During the installation of a mini split heat pump / AC unit, Dan and Juan were knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Cleanup for us afterwards was a breeze because Dan and Juan did it all. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends, family and the community.

I just had a new central air/heat system installed by Collins Comfort yesterday, replacing an original-to-the-house, 18 year-old system. The guys who came out to do the installation, Jose V and his partner (whose name I missed), arrived on time. They got straight to work and were professional and courteous and had the job wrapped up by 4:00PM. I found Collins via [redacted] (itself a strong reference). The salesman, Neil C, was also very good, laying out and making sure I understood all my options. After various rebates and credits ([redacted] Federal tax, etc.) we arrived at what I think is a very fair price.

Our salesman was [redacted]. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the system to us and gave us our options. On the 21st of October our unit was

installed by [redacted]., [redacted] and [redacted]. They were very polite, professional and did a great job of keeping us informed as to how they were going to do things. We were very pleased with the 3 young men. They also did an awesome job of cleaning up after themselves. Job well done.

I use Collins for my home and my rental property. Always professional, on time and very neat.

I had a new AC installed a few weeks ago through [redacted] vendor Collins Comfort Masters. After four estimates they seemed like the best all around deal with a Lennox unit and of course nothing can beat [redacted] backing. [redacted] and [redacted] showed up on time, did a great job explaining everything and went above and beyond to help correct some of my duct work where there were leaks. They tested the unit before they left to make sure everything was running correctly, all around great experience I would highly recommend these guys and if you have a [redacted] membership go through them an you'll get a cash card for 10% of the purchase which you can cash out. Plus they offer a military discount.

I would like to say thank you to Collins Comfort Masters for their professionalism and expertise. Neil C[redacted] was our consultant and did an outstanding job of answering of all of my questions and helping us make our purchase one we were comfortable with with including rebates available, etc. Many thanks to Costco for the rebates and introducing us to this company. I was very pleased with the installation completed by Jose V. and his crew Dan L., Derek M., Lujandro, Juan B. Every single one of them were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of their hard work, I had an excellent experience. So far, I love my Lennox A/C units and they are definitely quieter than my previous units and the house is cooling off of so fast!

[redacted], and [redacted] were very competent, knowledgeable, and pleasant gentlemen to have do the installation of our new heat/ac system. They answered every question and even pointed out items I needed to know about that I would not have asked. We were very comfortable around these fine fellows and their upbeat attitude was a joy to experience!

I recently had a brand new Lennox 14 SEER / 4 ton AC unit installed by Collins Comfort and was extremely satisified with their service from start to finish. They were very pleasant and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They made sure to communicate with me during the install, even when they were going to lunch and when they would be back:)

Collins Comfort was not the cheapest quote I had but they were also not the most expensive, they were right in the middle. I had a friend who had a new AC unit installed by a different HVAC company (a really cheap price) and they did a horrible job and stole jewelry out of his house - needless to say I did a ton of research prior to hiring Collins Comfort and they did great - just as all the other reviews stated.

I had my Lennox unit installed a little over a year ago. I bought it through Costco. I figured if Costco promoted them, it was good enough for me. I was very happy with the quality of the unit, and the installation. I had a complex installation, since I also wanted to use my Mastercool unit. This required some difficult work on the part of the sheet metal dept.. I have found Collins and it's technicians to be the best that I have dealt with. I recommend them highly.?I had a free A/C checkup yesterday, a vibration was detected, and a tech showed up this morning to check it out. He has ordered some parts and is confident he will solve the problem.?It's difficult to find this level of service in the A/C trade.
