Collins Comfort Masters installed my AC unit about 10 years ago. I've had them service it yearly since then. I can count on them doing what they said they will do. The unit continues to run properly.

My recent spring A.C. checkup was done by [redacted] of Comfort Masters. His inspection discovered a out of specs capacitor, and a leaking gasket on the compressor fan motor. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work.

[redacted] serviced both of our Lexxon A/C units yesterday. Very professional and answered all my questions. We originally purchased from Collins and have had great service since.

Great service on my ac tune up

Recently replaced my total unit with a 14 SER unit. The techs ([redacted]. And [redacted].) were great. They arrived when scheduled, very professional and completed the job the same day. Techs were willing to explain what they were and even found a connection problem in the attic. They also were very good at making sure they cleaned up the job site. Finally, they went over the entire system to insure I know how to operate. Even explaining the safety feature. I would highly recommend the company and will be using them in the future for maint, etc.

Collins Comfort Masters treated us like we wanted to be treated! From the initial call with Steve coming out and walking us through the process, to the install crew [redacted], and [redacted]. All played a part in making us feel comfortable and answering all the questions we had. Collins came out to do my annual HVAC check-up. In that visit, they pointed out several issues with one of my units.
They gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done, explained it thoroughly and provided an estimate of the costs. I scheduled the work to be done this past week. [redacted] and [redacted] were the installers who serviced my air handler. They were courteous, hard workers and went above and beyond to do a complete, customer pleasing job. They didn't skimp on materials and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I'm very happy.

My name is [redacted] and I live in Chandler. On Nov. 20th, Jose V and Lujandro from Collins Comfort Masters arrived at my home to install a new A/C and Heating unit. They arrived on time and were very courteous and did an excellent job of installing both units. They answered all the questions we had and were very efficient during the time they were here. I want to thank Collins Comfort Masters for coming to my home and giving us a price quote to install a New AC unit in our home. Not only was the sales person who came to us (Garrett Openshaw) great at explaining everything to us but they got us in quick to install our system in 2 days. On install day this company sent us 3 employees who new exactly what they were doing, clean cut, cleaned up after themselves but explained everything to us on how to use the system and what each button was for. I had used this company on our first home that we owned back in early 2000's and so I took a chance on calling them again since they gave us an excellent experience the first time. I highly recommend Collins Comfort to all in Arizona.

We unexpectedly found ourselves having to replace a [redacted] furnace/ac that had only about 6 years of use. After searching several other options and dealers, we decided to purchase a [redacted] through [redacted], which introduced us to Comfort Masters. From scheduling the initial appointment, to [redacted], the rep that came to our home and explained the options to the installation (which went quicker than we expected) it was an extremely positive experience. Our installers, [redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted]. were polite and very professional. They explained everything thoroughly during and after the install. The work looks great - they even suggested moving the AC unit further away from the corner of the house - which looks much better now - and was greatly appreciated! They cleaned up thoroughly before they left as well. All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Masters - and particularly this team of installers - to anyone we know!

Today I had mu annual service done on my A/C Unit. As always, the tech's are quite personable, friendly and professional. My tech today was [redacted], who went above and beyond the normal scope and made for a very pleasant experience. If you need your unit repaired, maintained or installed, these guys are great. I have been working with them since 2008 and have always been satisfied.

Collins Comfort Masters has been my supplier of "Cool" and "Warm" for ten years or more. They appear when they say they will, work quickly and go away. Isn't that just about what should happen. Plus that I seldom have to call and have somebody return because it wasn't fixed right the first time. Today their service guy "[redacted]" was here and I received the same level and quality of service again. Sure I will sign up for more of that anytime.

I had Collins Comfort Masters do a routine AC check up and I had the following problems:

1) their employee said I had to replace a part and it would cost $900. Once I explained it was under warrantee, it was covered, but they should have asked if it was under warrantee.

2) Their employee broke my attic ladder and I asked if the company had insurance to get it fixed. He said he would take pictures and report it to the company. Two week later they sent out a repair man and after looking at the ladder he would get back to me. A few days later the repair man said that there was a recall on the ladder and I needed to call Collins manager. the manager said that they thought it was not their fault that the ladder broke as it had a recall on it. I offered to pay for 1/2 the repair or replacement and no one called me back. I called to talk to the owner and I got his phone mail. I left a message that I needed to get into my attic and it has been three week since his employee broke the ladder. I stated that if someone did not call me by end of business today I would have to replace the latter myself and we could deal with his responsibility later. I received no call back. It has been over 3 weeks since they broke the ladder. I never had a problem with this ladder until their overweight employee broke it.

3) This company has no integrity and very poor customer service.

I suggest anyone looking for a responsible AC checkup or repair look some where else.

Chia W, Chris B,& Angel from Collins Comfort Masters did a great installation of a new Lennox high efficiency air conditioning system in a shorter period of time than estimated and explained system well.

I recently had some A/C ducting installed in my home by Dan Long and Jujandro B. They both were very knowledgeable and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. When they completed the job they vacuumed their work area. I was vey satisfied with their work.

I was fortunate enough to have the time to interview several a/c companies before making a selection to replace my smaller unit. Collins Comfort Masters was the last of eight companies interviewed and the process was tiring to say the least. [redacted], the salesman provided a pleasant experience to start the process. Unlike many others he was clean and pleasant to talk with explaining the process in detail without any high pressure tactics. All three of the installers had equally pleasant personalities. [redacted] and [redacted] provided a professional, clean installation that did not take forever. They know their job well.

I had a great experience with Collins Comfort Masters. [redacted], and [redacted] did an excellent job with installation of our new AC, 4 new supplies, and an additional return in a two story ceiling. They came the next day after our order and presented us with all our options to locate our new vents. They were friendly and left the house very clean. I highly recommend this team and Collins Comfort Masters for the quality work and products.
