We do not have a [redacted] that works for us. If you would like your $3 please go to the site and speak with a manager.Regards,[redacted]Cobblestone Auto Spa
After a weekend of some great off-road adventure I decide to trust a cleaning including a good carpet and seat shampoo to Cobblestone Auto Spa. It was an amazing waste of time. The hand wash was OKAY .... there were many spots missed, so I ended up throwing the doors and top on and going through the express watch, which did a MUCH better job. The carpets were done well and still damp. The seats however ... are a completely different story. The guy told me that he tried shampooing it but the dirt keeps coming out. The first thing I noticed was that the seats look dusty and 100% DRY. There were also mud splatters everywhere that I was able to get out with my finger and some water. If I was able to remove these mud spots with my finger, AND ... everything was completely dry ... THEY DID NOT SHAMPOO MY SEATS. I take it back and was told it would take a couple of hours to do it right. Overall I was there 2 hours the first trip and close to 2 hours for the second one. This was only for a quick hand wash with a carpet/seat shampoo. This experience was terrible. Discount? Refund? Nope. If you are thinking of taking your car here .... go a few miles to another one.
NOTE: This is a complaint made for the location on Val Vista and Baseline. Vehicle involved is a white Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
The video clearly shows there was not antenna.
They are stating that they were unaware that I was not happy with my service on that date. This is completely untrue. Why would I have a manager come to speak with me and obtain a card stating that they owed me a detail? I did express to the manager Mike that I was not comfortable letting them continue to work on my vehicle. I feel that as a consumer and the owner of the vehicle I have a right to hault services and take my vehicle somewhere else to have the issue they created fixed. I did make Mike aware that I would be taking the vehicle to a professional detailer to resolve the issue and asked what they would reimburse.
Mike did express that he would personally clean my vehicle to remove the fluid and would make sure it was waxed correctly. I again expressed to him that I didn't trust them to make these corrections properly without causing further damage. My vehicle is less than a year old and I am very cautious of whom I let wax it as I have had issues in the past with under experienced people damaging my finish.
When I spoke with Mike and his manager Joe, when I came to get a reimbursement Mike recalled speaking with me but conveniently only recalls his half of the conversation. Joe then jumped in stating that I didn't let them try to fix the problem. I did They attempted to wash twice and just kept compounding the issue. Why on earth would I continue to let them mess up my vehicle?
I strongly believe that they owe me a portion of the funds that I spent to correct they're mistake returned to me.
[redacted],This has nothing to do with being a female, sorry for misunderstanding. I have been out of the office today and looking a messages, I have received one phone from you at 9:51 am this morning. Who have you left other messages with?Contact ** tomorrow morning so he can handle your situation and process your refund. Best regards, [redacted]Operations Manager
Did I say [redacted] spent hours reviewing your damage? No. I spent hours, so I’m not so sure what proof you have regarding that I didn’t. Yes we damage cars, yes we take care of those we damage, and no I do not cut checks for cars/trucks we did not damage because again, that’s not a responsible thing to do. Revdex.com,I’ve offered to help out of a good will gesture then I was accused of admitting some kind of guilt because of it. If there is a quote, a deductable, something I can help with we will be more than happy to review and do what seems fair for both parties. Regards,[redacted]Operations ManagerCobblestone Auto Spa
This was not a dealer replacement repair. You admitted to my car wash manager that another car wash replaced and installed your mirror. Cobblestone does have disclaimers all over the site stating we are not responsible for existing conditions or non factory items which does include installation. If your mirror was installed poorly and it took 7+ washes for it to loosen up and fall off again, how is Cobblestone responsible for that? We wash hundreds of cars a day without issue. When we have damage where we know we are 100% liable we take care of it, because we do care about our customers. I am still offering the $200 and on top of that I will be more than happy to throw in a complete detail with a value of $300.

Hi, my name is [redacted] and I'm the owner of a Red 2003 Ford Excursion and today Dec 1, 2015 I took my brand new vehicle which I've own for 2months now over to the Tempe location on baseline and kyrene. I went through and a very loud sound was hitting the side of my vehicle as I went thru the wash and it went from the front passenger bumper all the way slowly to the rear bumper and stopped. The sounds and hits were loud and hard! I felt it from inside and I wondered what was happening and from the sound I knew it was gonna be something serious! We got passed the dryers and I immediately told the worker standing at the end about what happened he didn't even reply he just looked puzzled and said "I gotta get the next guy" I was angry and upset so I parked and got out to look and seen the whole passenger side of my brand new red excursion deeply scratched and dented at each scratch had a dent in it all the way down from one side to the end. I am deeply angry and dis satisfied in what happened. We filed a report and I hope it gets taken care of. I was a commited customer and have been there many times over and over w/ my 2 vehicles and for this to happen is awful. As I said the vehicle is brand new. Please help and address my issue please. I hate to have been let down by such a good company and car wash. I have pictures and video recording as well. My contact info is [redacted] again my name is [redacted]. Plz help
Tell Spoke to [redacted] and she refused to bring the vehicle back so we can look at it and redo the services. Now [redacted] is claiming we damaged some of her items after a few weeks after the service completed. Cobblestone will not be refunding her service we have never...
been given a change to look at the vehicle or redo it. Provide pictures and receipts of the “damaged” items [redacted] is now claiming. [redacted] Operations Manager
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
The video didn't show clearly nor did it show from every angle the car or the point when the driver got out of the car. He must have broken the antenna before putting the car through the washer. Also, [redacted] could not see the antenna from any video because the video is blurred & grainy. My car did arrive at the car wash with its antenna intact. It was broken off during this car wash. Thanks, [redacted]

RE: Complaint ID # [redacted]
Thank you for your efforts on my behalf and for the response from Cobblestone Auto Spa.
I believe that Cobblestone Auto Spa’s response that “Not knowing if the mirror was properly installed or not…” is not relevant to my claim regarding damage on the specific date of November 13, 2013. Cobblestone Auto Spa records automobile license plate numbers when entering an automobile into their wash-line so that they may track customer returns for “Rewards” points and special wash upgrades. Therefore it should be easy for Cobblestone Auto Spa to see how many times my automobile has been washed at their Bell Road location. If the prior replacement installation was sufficient to withstand 7, 10 or an unknown greater number of washes before the November 13, 2013 damage, why is that considered now? Cobblestone Auto Spa does not have a disclaimer posted that they will not assure against damage for non-OEM/dealer replacement repairs and I feel full coverage of repair expenses is only proper in this case.
Sincerely, [redacted]
I am very sorry to hear about your visit. I do not have a problem refunding your money. The site General Manager, [redacted], will contact you first thing in the morning regarding the quality and missing flash light. Regards,[redacted]Cobblestone Auto Spa
I have talked to Ms. [redacted] and I did tell here if we were at fault for any incidents that we would take care of her issue. She took her car back to our shop after she called me and said she took it to [redacted]. At that point I told her that "If any issue was found to be our fault we would...
take care of it". When Ms. [redacted] brought her car back we checked our work and there was no issues from the oil change not sure if it was something [redacted] might have corrected or not due to the fact I never saw a [redacted] invoice and she never showed it to the Manager at that site. We did however washed off her engine and engine compartment and showed Ms. [redacted] that we did list on her invoice that there were oil leaks on her engine prior to our service. I still stand behind the fact of reimbursing her for the [redacted] repair if it was something we did and also would be willing to look into the drive way issue but with previous oil leaks the drive way oil clearly would not be totally from us due to the previous leaks. But I cannot completely evaluate the drive way with out seeing the [redacted] invoice which again has never been shown to Cobblestone.[redacted] Lube Operation Manager
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to our Gilbert facility. We regret to hear of the unfortunate condition of your vehicle, but please rest assured that this is a common contaminant found on many vehicles. Fortunately, this type of sap is usually remedied with a simple car wash,...
provided too much time has not passed allowing the sap to harden. Please view this link, a quick Google search explains how commonly cars are contaminated with this sort of sap. http://www.[redacted].org/[redacted]/As a professional car wash and detail service provider, we use only high end, Meguiar’s detailing products. The spray wax (quick detailer) that you purchased has a viscosity similar to water and dries completely flat on paint surfaces. This product is also not applied to windows. Please understand that Cobblestone stands by the quality of all services provided, and we are always sure to fix any work that we have performed if not to our guests’ satisfaction. In this case, the contaminant found on your vehicle was unrelated to any services performed by our staff, therefor not warranting a free car wash.If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our Gilbert Site Manager, [redacted] at ###-###-####. Thank you

In reference to the Dodge truck. The tuck was an express customer and was being dried off on the finish line when your vehicle was still going through the wash. You can clearly see that in the video.
Thank you,
Operations Manager
I have been to this car wash several times and the last 3 times were horrible. Here are my experiences with this business.
1. I went and purchased a $25 car wash. The car was washed and finished. I got in and drove away. It wasn't until I was half way home that I realized there was $7 and my ipod cord missing from my car. I know there was $7 because that was my change from the fast food I had purchased earlier and my ipod cord hasn't left my car since I bought it 3 years ago. After I returned to the carwash to get my things back I was told there was nothing they could do for me.
I figured it was my fault for leaving things that can be stolen accessible to the employees at this business. So some time had passes and I returned to the carwash again, this time without anything valuable in the car.
2. After completing my wash I got into my car and noticed that there were greasy dirty hand prints on the headliner of my car. I explained that my headliner was completely clean when I had arrived and the greasy dirt was from their car was attendants. I was told there was no way they could get dirt on the headlcarwash spindles hit my car. . I had to sit there with the manager and show him 3 separate occasions where the people drying the car would clean the tires and without cleaning their hands jump up and grab the headliner so they could step up and dry the top of the car. Even with this undisputible evidence of where the dirt came from they still refused to admit responsibility. Now even though they have a detail area in the parking lot, and it only took 2 minutes to fix, I still had to get into a screaming battle that almost ended up in a physical battle. The employees, who are all "ex-convicts" would rather try to intimidate the customers that fix what they broke. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
3. I went back to this carwash, maybe I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt and maybe I'm just stupid. I purchased an oil change and carwash. After the wash I inspected my vehicle and again there are greasy hand prints all over my headliner and there are huge gashes in the paint on the back of my Jeep where their carwash spindles hit my car. When I spoke to the "Manager", who was covered in neck tatoos, I was told that they weren't going to take responsibility for the damage they caused and it was my problem. Unbelievable what contempt and disrespect they have for the customers.
I guess if I were to give the owner of this company any advise it would be this.....
1. How about you go spend some time at your buisness and see how things are going. You'll see its caotic and unorganized. The employees feel like they are more important than the customers. They treat it like a clubhouse rather that a place of business.
2. Stop hiring criminals. It's not profiling of discrimination when you recognize the fact that when you get a bunch of ex-convicts together they will revert back to their natural environment which is to be intimidating, selfish, and disrespectful. Not a good way to run a company in my opinion.
3. How about a direct phone number to call and speak to someone who doesn't refuse to listen to what the customer has to say. Someone who doesn't just refuse to take any responsibility for anything. Maybe somebody with some common sense.
4. Lastly, why don't you take a few minutes to search the Internet and try to find someone to say something good about your company. Go ahead, I'll wait..................couldn't find anyone could you? What does that tell you?
I can't wait til this business goes under so we can get something else in its location. It really is a prime location. Maybe another Starbucks or McNasty's.
I would not go here. After I used my debit card to pay for a carwash, I received notices that fraudulent purchases had been made. This is the last place I used my card and had someone personally swipe my card on their card machine. So I believe someone at this location used my debit card (probably a skimming card machine) and raked up very expensive purchases on my debit card. When I called management here, he even admitted this was a problem here. He seemed pretty cavalier about it and not all concerned. So my tidbit-be warned. Carry only cash. Do not use credit or debit cards to use their service.

Am I satisfied with this, no. But I know they are not going to do anything. There is no way to prove anything, but there are also no signs visible stating that it is my responsibility once I get out of my car, and I do not want to go back to this location. He can not fix my CD Player? I have pictures of the water spots and damage (and they are still currently on my dash). I think it is CRAZY that he will not let his insurance take care of this and that all they are willing to do is wash my car again. I will never go back. I would like the refund. I paid $25.99 plus a $10 tip to the guy that worked diligently for an hour to dry my car out, since he told me he was not the one responsible for driving my car through the wash. My name is [redacted] and my address is [redacted]
Regards,
Cobblestone car wash chandler review. I've been driving thru this operation for about 5 years and today I'm done with these folks. Principal reason is their management is based on denial of their responsibility for the mechanisms, poor lower manager, lousy general manager and failure to admit they are at fault, rude to their customers and unable to retain good employees. I see new faces here constantly which indicates they don't care for their employees. Another young kid is just around the corner. I drove thru this am and I know where neutral is on my car. It was in N properly and I was pushed into the car in front of me not once but twice. I was approached by the lower manager thru my open door and I clearly indicated what was going on. Nonetheless he pointed blame at me immediately. Once I finally got thru the wash and pulled over to speak with the womani was pushed into he was rude and out of line by insisting I talk with him despite my stating I was talking to her not him. Then I left my car and had an insulting conversation with the general manager. He insisted that I was in drive which is a lie, he's trained to deny as is typical of these operational excuses for management. After this insult I made it clear I was going over his head to an executive which I intend to do shortly. I also will post this feedback any appropriate place I can to inform others of my experience.
Bruce resident of chandler that had been thru this carwash at least 50-60 times. I just went thru for the last time. Avoid this operation unless you think it's appropriate to insult your customers any time performance is called into question!
It appears that there are new issues being brought up that were never stated when Ms. [redacted] returned to us with the issues of her engine light coming on. If at this point she is now saying she feels that there were issues of her oil change not being done to her satisfaction we will refund the cost of her oil change. However the attempt to get us to pay for damages that were not caused by Cobblestone we will not accept responsibility for an electrical issue that was not caused by us.
