I have had my car washed at this car wash beforeThe scratch is on the driver doorIt was not there last time I had my car washed nor was it there the morning of the incidentI check my car each morning for damageIt had about miles on it at the time of the incident just because no one walked up and scratched it on camera doesn't mean there was not a piece of debris in a towel or in the tunnel brushesThe fact that cobblestone refuses to do vehicle inspections means that they have no idea as to the condition of the vehicles they service and therefore can't say they did not cause the damage

not cause the damage to the phone cord Several events lead us up to this decision. MrB*** showing are management staff how it occurred and taking attempts to break the cord. Coaching our managers about Cobblestone policy on issue like this and just replace itInforming our management staff this phone cord was well over $and now on your Revdex.com complaint it’s $100.00. After checking, we are not able to find a phone cord around those prices. What is the true cost of this phone cord? Perhaps our only mistake was to go above and beyond to pay for half of the cord without even getting the true cost of the cord and not even damaging the cord. We always take our customer service very seriously and attempt to create satisfied customers. However, we cannot agree to pay for costly repairs that are not our fault. Mr***,I am sorry to hear about your experience with our *** location. We typically take $out of any refunds we submit because we did wash your car and that still needs to be paid forWe were not trying to be difficult, that's just what our policy is. A check was already sent

Cobblestone was never given the opportunity to fix your car. We had few other customers that we need to have extra care to their vehicle and they
came out just fine. Cobblestone was never informed that Debbie was not happy or the fluid was not completely removed. Debbie just presented an invoice for $without our knowledge. Cobblestone will not be paying for Debbie’s unexpected invoice. *** was shown the video and it clearly shows the vehicles did not have the antenna when entering our facility. I have also view the video and it clearly shows there was not an antenna. Cobblestone will not be taking responsibility for this issue

complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached two pictures of the landeau top BEFORE going into the carwash They are IMGand IMG I have also attached a copy of the top AFTER the carwash It is IMG Yes the car is years old but as you can see from the BEFORE picture it was somewhat sun-damaged but the top was acceptable Now the top has been shredded and not even attached to the car As I explained to the manage - if my car was years old with two dents in it (this is not the case but just an example) and someone rear-ended me they would still be responsible for the damage and could not use as an excuse that the car was years old with two dents in it The body of the car is in absolute perfect condition The engine of the car is new and in excellent condition They have made the car completely unacceptable and looks ridiculous.The manage pawned me off to *** and *** was completely rude, should definitely be in another line of work besides customer service I asked him if I could send him a picture of the previous condition and he said it didn't matter because the car was old and he wasn't doing anything Before the top from a distance looked fine and even up close was ok Now it is absolutely ruined.Regards,*** ***

I have already shown *** the knife and damage to my carHe claims it
is wear and tear but that is ridiculousThen *** told me the employees were not allowed to carry such items on their person but, the fact remains the employee did have this knife on the left side hanging from a belt clipWhen he exited my Corvette, the knife cut the leather and fell off and is still in my possession*** was useless so there is not much more I can do with himLike I said, he has seen the damage and the knifeWhat else would you suggest that I do? Does a customer have to take before and after photos when going to Cobblestone for a car wash???

At first he only asked for the headliner to be cleaned, (soda was everywhere
inside the vehicle, customer did not want to pay for a complete inter clean)Service advisor spoke to the customer about cleaning seats after the car was sent to detail shop, which is why detail had to be taken backOur fault on that oneHe had leather seats which was real easy to clean, it was much longer than min turnaround timeJeremy spoke with customer after detail had finished cleaning seats, Jeremy looked at vehicle and we did miss a few spots on headliner (took secs too get out) rest of detail looked goodThere was soda still on dash and screen though, again customer declined full inter detailJeremy informed him that the dash and doors was not part of the service he paid for, the services he did paid for was completed and looked greatI did clean most of the dash down as I was talking with him out of customer service aspect, because we messed up and forgot the seatsAs Jeremy was cleaning the dash Jeremy was informing him about headliners and why we normally don’t clean them ( I thought service advisor had already covered this with customer) Customer seemed to leave very happy.
