Cobblestone car wash chandler review I've been driving thru this operation for about years and today I'm done with these folks Principal reason is their management is based on denial of their responsibility for the mechanisms, poor lower manager, lousy general manager and failure to admit they are at fault, rude to their customers and unable to retain good employees I see new faces here constantly which indicates they don't care for their employees Another young kid is just around the corner I drove thru this am and I know where neutral is on my car It was in N properly and I was pushed into the car in front of me not once but twice I was approached by the lower manager thru my open door and I clearly indicated what was going on Nonetheless he pointed blame at me immediately Once I finally got thru the wash and pulled over to speak with the womani was pushed into he was rude and out of line by insisting I talk with him despite my stating I was talking to her not him Then I left my car and had an insulting conversation with the general manager He insisted that I was in drive which is a lie, he's trained to deny as is typical of these operational excuses for management After this insult I made it clear I was going over his head to an executive which I intend to do shortly I also will post this feedback any appropriate place I can to inform others of my experienceBruce resident of chandler that had been thru this carwash at least 50-times I just went thru for the last time Avoid this operation unless you think it's appropriate to insult your customers any time performance is called into question!
Both our Operations manager and lube manager have tried contacting Mr*** to get the information on his incident but he has not called either one of them backHe needs to contact Alan R** at ###-###-#### so we can at least get some information on then incident
The location was s autoplex loop Tempe, AZ

The video didn't show clearly nor did it show from every angle the car or the point when the driver got out of the carHe must have broken the antenna before putting the car through the washerAlso, *** *** could not see the antenna from any video because the video is blurred & grainyMy car did arrive at the car wash with its antenna intact It was broken off during this car wash Thanks, *** ***
***,Sorry offering to replace your part to your Nissan was not good enough. *** does not recall you specifically asking to view the video yesterday, which is never an issue. After *** speaking to your husband early this morning, please have him contact

Offer still stands to redo the work***
I have been to this car wash several times and the last times were horribleHere are my experiences with this business
I went and purchased a $car washThe car was washed and finishedI got in and drove awayIt wasn't until I was half way home that I realized there was $and my ipod cord missing from my carI know there was $because that was my change from the fast food I had purchased earlier and my ipod cord hasn't left my car since I bought it years agoAfter I returned to the carwash to get my things back I was told there was nothing they could do for me
I figured it was my fault for leaving things that can be stolen accessible to the employees at this businessSo some time had passes and I returned to the carwash again, this time without anything valuable in the car
After completing my wash I got into my car and noticed that there were greasy dirty hand prints on the headliner of my carI explained that my headliner was completely clean when I had arrived and the greasy dirt was from their car was attendantsI was told there was no way they could get dirt on the headlcarwash spindles hit my carI had to sit there with the manager and show him separate occasions where the people drying the car would clean the tires and without cleaning their hands jump up and grab the headliner so they could step up and dry the top of the carEven with this undisputible evidence of where the dirt came from they still refused to admit responsibilityNow even though they have a detail area in the parking lot, and it only took minutes to fix, I still had to get into a screaming battle that almost ended up in a physical battleThe employees, who are all "ex-convicts" would rather try to intimidate the customers that fix what they brokeUnprofessional and disrespectful
I went back to this carwash, maybe I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt and maybe I'm just stupidI purchased an oil change and carwashAfter the wash I inspected my vehicle and again there are greasy hand prints all over my headliner and there are huge gashes in the paint on the back of my Jeep where their carwash spindles hit my carWhen I spoke to the "Manager", who was covered in neck tatoos, I was told that they weren't going to take responsibility for the damage they caused and it was my problemUnbelievable what contempt and disrespect they have for the customers
I guess if I were to give the owner of this company any advise it would be this
How about you go spend some time at your buisness and see how things are goingYou'll see its caotic and unorganizedThe employees feel like they are more important than the customersThey treat it like a clubhouse rather that a place of business
Stop hiring criminalsIt's not profiling of discrimination when you recognize the fact that when you get a bunch of ex-convicts together they will revert back to their natural environment which is to be intimidating, selfish, and disrespectfulNot a good way to run a company in my opinion
How about a direct phone number to call and speak to someone who doesn't refuse to listen to what the customer has to saySomeone who doesn't just refuse to take any responsibility for anythingMaybe somebody with some common sense
Lastly, why don't you take a few minutes to search the Internet and try to find someone to say something good about your companyGo ahead, I'll wait..................couldn't find anyone could you? What does that tell you?
I can't wait til this business goes under so we can get something else in its locationIt really is a prime locationMaybe another Starbucks or McNasty's
Sorry for the delayed responseI am working with the site manager to find a resolution for this matterCobblestone is trying to do what is right here and fix what was allegedly broken at our siteThis customer came back a few days after her wash claiming we broke her radio knob, that's not
exactly ideal since it wasn't right awayWe will not be responsible for buying a new radioI will do my best to keep all parties updated as to what we find at a reasonable price.Regards,*** ***Cobblestone Auto Spa

My concerns are that I went to Cobblestone for an oil changeThey included a car washI then went to run an errand in the *** parking lotAcross the way from CobblestoneMy steering wheel and car started shaking violentlyI was so nervous that I was going to have my car stall in an intersectionI called Cobblestone but they informed me that the store manager was not in again until the next morningI went in the next morningI spoke with the person that did my oil change. He argued with me that there was no way they were responsible for the damage to my car. They sent numerous men over to my car. Finally *** the manger came overHe listened to my concerns and stated if I wanted to go have my car fixed and that the mechanic can prove my damage was caused by them he will pay for the repairsNow the mechanic was not the one doing my oil changeNor does he work at Cobblestone so he cannot say they caused the damage to my car.In addition to my coil being damaged they did not clip back my air filter holder, they overfilled fluids above the Max line, and did not write when my next oil change is dueI will try to fax or email my receipts to you

Tell us Cobblestone will not be paying for a $detail service that we could have handled. Cobblestone was never told or informed the customer was going to get an overpriced service to remove oil from her vehicle until she walked up and demanded Cobblestone to pay for this service. Jason D*** why here
It looks like we will have different opinions as to whats 'damage' isThe mirror housing clearly has prior damageAgain, I am more than happy to meet you half way, $If we were 100% responsible, why don't we knock every mirror off during our car wash process? Thanks,*** ***
*** ***, It has been brought to our attention that your latest experience with Cobblestone has yet to be resolvedWe have received your email as well as your voicemails, although we were under the impression that the issues were resolved and we do apologize for the miscommunicationWe do
understand your concerns with your recent experience involved the way you were treated, as well as your demands for a refund of $Cobblestones commitment to our customers is to resolve any issues we may incur and are willing to take any and all options into consideration when figuring a suitable resolutionLooking into your situation, we see that you had purchased one of our works wash books (buy get 1) at a value of $on 6/18/While searching for your book we were also able to see that you have used of your coupons already (07/12/17) (08/06/17), giving you a remaining balance of washesThe face value is $per couponConsidering your latest experience, we find that the situation may have not been handled the right way and are more than willing to refund the remaining coupons you haveI would also like to refund the coupon used that day, which would give you a refund of $Now we understand this is not the $refund that you are speaking of although we are unaware of any other charges that were made to bring us to that totalWe are working with our team daily to ensure we are delivering the highest level of customer service, and are working to make sure situations such as yours do not happen againWe truly appreciate your business and look forward to having the opportunity to win you back as a customer Cobblestone Management Team
To whom it may concern,
I have asked about this situation with my managers out in Surprise and to my understanding this mirror was broken at another car wash and installed by the customer himselfAfter knowing all the facts my managers denied the request of being fully responsible for
this damageNot knowing if the mirror was properly installed or not we felt like there was no way we should be taking responsibility for this matterAs a show of good will, I am willing to spend up to $for the replacement of the mirrorPlease let me know if this is sufficient, and were I can mail a check too

the business has there information backwardsAdam who was the assistant manager of the lube center came in and when I told him I would bring the car back and he could have his filters I was told "that is not how this works" then was told by Adam " we don't need your business." That would make any customer upset and then he stormed offNot sure who in the business is writing a response, but it seems Adam is trying to cover himself by lyingJames was present during this encounter and apologized several times for Adams behaviorUp selling a product is not the problemThe work order was never given til after work was completedIt may be the companies policy to do so before hand which is the generic response given above, but in this case no signatures were received before work completed and in fact when asking my wife about it, the way it was done she thought this was all in the servicesIt is another case of a women with small children being taken advantage of
I have checked with *** at my Mesa location and he states that he never received a copy of the invoice from the repair shop that you visited after your Cobblestone visitAs I stated previously I am willing to reimburse you for the visit to the repair shop, however at this point with your drive way, on your previous invoice from Cobblestone it is stated when you brought your Kia Sorento with miles it was stated on your invoice that there were previous oil leaks and even a transmission fluid leak. I would not be able to clean your driveway if it was just due to previous leaksI will have to see a copy of you invoice form the other shop before I could make a decision on the drivewayYou could email me a copy of the invoice or fax a copy to ###-###-#### attention *** * oil & lube
had been made aware of this incident a few days ago, and it has been further investigatedYour fender popping off in the car wash tunnel was the result of several issues with the panel prior to being washedWhen viewing our security camera footage, it can clearly be seen that the front
fender is already protruding out much further than the rest of the body, indicating prior damageAlso while inspecting the vehicle, *** and another associate noticed that the inner fender liner was missing from the vehicle, which is a very important structural component of your fenderAlso there had been some body work done inside the fender, made noticeable by the aftermarket parts with tags still on them
We are an honest company, with only the best intentions for you and your vehicleAt times when damages occur that are undoubtedly our fault we immediately take responsibility and pay for repairsUnfortunately, due to the prior damage and other circumstances in this case we are unable to claim liability for the damageIf you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me by phone
Thank you,

I have talked to Ms*** and I did tell here if we were at fault for any incidents that we would take care of her issueShe took her car back to our shop after she called me and said she took it to ***At that point I told her that "If any issue was found to be our fault we would
take care of it"When Ms*** brought her car back we checked our work and there was no issues from the oil change not sure if it was something *** might have corrected or not due to the fact I never saw a *** invoice and she never showed it to the Manager at that siteWe did however washed off her engine and engine compartment and showed Ms*** that we did list on her invoice that there were oil leaks on her engine prior to our serviceI still stand behind the fact of reimbursing her for the *** repair if it was something we did and also would be willing to look into the drive way issue but with previous oil leaks the drive way oil clearly would not be totally from us due to the previous leaksBut I cannot completely evaluate the drive way with out seeing the *** invoice which again has never been shown to Cobblestone.*** *** Lube Operation Manager

Am I satisfied with this, no But I know they are not going to do anything There is no way to prove anything, but there are also no signs visible stating that it is my responsibility once I get out of my car, and I do not want to go back to this location He can not fix my CD Player? I have pictures of the water spots and damage (and they are still currently on my dash) I think it is CRAZY that he will not let his insurance take care of this and that all they are willing to do is wash my car again I will never go back I would like the refund I paid $plus a $tip to the guy that worked diligently for an hour to dry my car out, since he told me he was not the one responsible for driving my car through the wash My name is *** *** and my address is * * *** *** *** *** *** ***
