To whom it may concern,I have received phone call and then went out of town, I have a lot of calls to catch up on and planned to do so this SundayI have asked other managers in our company what they would do in this situation and everyone agrees that the year refund is as far as we should go Typically our policy is monthsThis is not a Cobblestone problemWhen credit cards expire the auto recharge ends, and apparently that is not the case with ***If you are willing to accept the year refund our office staff has offered you, then please let us know and we will be more than happy to send a checkRegards, [redacted] Cobblestone Auto Spa

This is the first I have heard back from Ms [redacted] I was at the Scottsdale location when she returned back with her complaint and talked to her personallyAfter the shop manager checked the code as to why her engine light was on I explained to her that where the coils are located her car there is no way that they could have even touched them during the serviceI did how ever give her my personal cell number and told her when she takes it to a shop and the shop says it was damaged from the oil change to have them contact me and I would talk with the service advisor, again no callI have not even been presented a copy of the repair billSome education on an ignition coil, it is a sealed electrical component that is attached to the vehicles cylinder block or cylinder cover and provides current from the ignition to the cylinders spark plugThis is not a component the is involved in a oil change and it is an electrical component that goes bad from time to timeI am sorry of the miss conception that Ms [redacted] has about the incident and the oil change but the oil change will not cause a coil to go bad[redacted] ***Lube Operation Manager Cobblestone Auto Spa

I am very sooner for not being able to call back yetI am not always in my office and sometimes can go days without being thereFrom what I am being told, and the pictures that were sent to me, there is a lot of damage to the mirror housing prior to the washBecause of the impact marks on housing, I'm sure the mirror was hanging on by a thread and the next to bump that mirror or housing the glass was sure to fall outUnfortunately, we do not believe we are at fault due to the previous condition of the housingAs as show of good will, I would be more than happy to split the cost of the mirror and install for the customerIf agreed, the site GM is Gabe Padilla, he can better assist since he is at the location days/weekRegards, [redacted] Cobblestone Auto SpaOperations Manager

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.- I did tell the person that was sent over to me regarding my complaintIt was the car wash managerI also discussed my concerns with the gentleman that did my write up for the oil changeI showed him the concerns with my vehicle running roughI also had the hood up and went over my concerns with the oil change.It was afterwards that [redacted] noticed that the line of cars waiting to receive an oil change was getting lengthy.- Fluids were Overfilled above the max line- The clamps were not closed on the air filter-The decal was placed on my windshield and the next oil change mileage/ date was not written on it.- Entered into the oil change with my vehicle running smoothly- Drove one street away after the oil change and my vehicle was shaking violentlyMy car was stalling out as I parked itStalled out at a intersection.- I felt unsafe in my car after the oil changeThe manager that was the rd employee that came over stated he would pay for my car repair if the mechanic could prove the repairs were caused by the oil changeThe problem is the mechanic was not present nor did he do the oil change at Cobblestone Auto Spa- I had a vacation planned for yearDue to this negligence during this oil change, my families vacation was pushed out.- We drove the vehicle to California and felt nervous the entire trip that something would go wrong due to the condition the vehicle was in after the routine oil change.Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I had previously always used the Cobblestone Express on Greenway to wash the Prius, because I like to do the inside myself It is however more time consumingOn this occasion my mother-in-law had passed away and due to time constraints I took the car to the Bell Rd location on a Friday as the memorial service was the next day which was Saturday The soonest I was able to bring the car back was on Sunday am, at which time I filed the complaint.As for replacing the radio I have been told by two of your managers that the knob itself cannot be replaced it is the entire stereo only They have already investigated it and found the knob only is not available/can't be repairedIf you find differently that would be acceptable to meHowever, if it isn't the case I will need to have the stereo replaced as the knob was broken at your facility by your employee Regards, [redacted] ***

to whom it may concern , I don't agree with Ryan Cahill from cobblestone auto spa in regards to the housing having a lot of damageThe housing has been that way with some scuff marks for years and I never had a problem and have been through numerous different carwashes through the years The glass is back attached in the housing and does work Unfortunately from being pulled out in the car wash it is cracked down the center and chips are still falling out at this time which makes it hard to look through while driving I feel at this time I would like to be reimbursed the full amount of $and I will have it put in by my auto mechanicI ordered the part as told to by Noah Guymon from Cobblestone Auto Spa and it was just delivered todayHe did advise me to bring in the bill after ordering which I did and he would Pay for it and if I needed He would install itUnfortunately he changed what he said when unfortunately he changed what he said when I went in with the bill/order I have attached pictures although hard to take pictures of the Mirror itself to see the breakage clear because of the glarealso attached pictures of the the scuffed housing which does not have a lot of damage and had no bearing of the Mirror being pulled out in the car washI hope this can be resolvedThank you, Linda DiRubbioPS I do have a witness who was in the passenger seat of the car while in the car wash as well as a copy of the order confirmation and bill that came with the part today in the mail

Your video cameras do not display a clear pictureI understand most businesses do not want to admit fault or write a check, but I know for a fact that your tire machine did this to my vehicleI received the wrong type of wash and since my vehicle is lowered, I purchased the basic plus express wash which is only the wash, rinse and dry and NO tire shine at the endIt wouldn't have happened to another vehicle because they didn't get the same wash that I did and their vehicle is probably not loweredI had assumed that the loud noise just scraped my wheel and I currently had obligations to attend and had no time to get out and checkI just ASSUMED it was something elseI have never had issues up until the day I received the wrong washI am not trying to point fingers but I am very aware of the exterior of my vehicle and that sent and scrape WAS NOT there previous to me stopping in and washing my carYour machines aren't guareteed to be safe or efficient and they can malfunction

The service was done for the complain taints wife, she was informed of the priceAll our customers are showed a copy of the invoice and services to be done before they payThe extra cost was for replacement items an air filter replacement and cabin filter replacementAt the time the customer was in agreement with the servicesThe customers husband came back later in his work vehicle, not the vehicle that the services were performed on and was making a very embarrassing scene and when we tried to help him he we very belligerent and swearingAt that point there was no helping him he was uncontrollableWe would have gladly gave him back his old filters in exchange for the new ones that his wife approved of

Also, why is it, that the same result (the damage to my vehicle from running it through the car wash) did not occur sooner at the [redacted] location, if the previous damage did in fact exist? This damage occurred as a direct result of me taking my vehicle to the [redacted] locationIf they knew about the "previous damage", they should have said to me, "Hey ma'am, the side panel of your vehicle is a little looseIf we run it through the car wash, there may be some damageWould you like to try it anyway?"Had they done so, and I had agreed to go through with it knowing the risks, the liability would fall solely on meThey told me that they could see from the camera footage that before the car was run through the car wash, the side panel was looseThey chose not to tell me, assuming that I knew, and made the decision to run it through anyway instead of stopping to warn me about possible damageThis is what makes them liable for the damage in my opinion I am not asking for muchI would just like for my vehicle to be restored to the condition it was in before I visited the [redacted] location to be serviced Regards, [redacted]

They are stating that they were unaware that I was not happy with my service on that dateThis is completely untrueWhy would I have a manager come to speak with me and obtain a card stating that they owed me a detail? I did express to the manager Mike that I was not comfortable letting them continue to work on my vehicleI feel that as a consumer and the owner of the vehicle I have a right to hault services and take my vehicle somewhere else to have the issue they created fixed I did make Mike aware that I would be taking the vehicle to a professional detailer to resolve the issue and asked what they would reimburseMike did express that he would personally clean my vehicle to remove the fluid and would make sure it was waxed correctlyI again expressed to him that I didn't trust them to make these corrections properly without causing further damage My vehicle is less than a year old and I am very cautious of whom I let wax it as I have had issues in the past with under experienced people damaging my finishWhen I spoke with Mike and his manager Joe, when I came to get a reimbursement Mike recalled speaking with me but conveniently only recalls his half of the conversation Joe then jumped in stating that I didn't let them try to fix the problemI did They attempted to wash twice and just kept compounding the issueWhy on earth would I continue to let them mess up my vehicle? I strongly believe that they owe me a portion of the funds that I spent to correct they're mistake returned to me
