Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have provided charter spectrum with proof of the payment being removed off my prepaid [redacted] card multiple times and have been told by a few representatives that they had received it and I would have a resolution in a matter of days yet this keeps going on. I had to have the account at [redacted] closed because I was overdrawn due to how many times they attempted to charge my account and how many times I called [redacted] and was charged a dollar every time I wanted to speak to someone. Now I can't even get the document from [redacted] but I waited til I knew it had been sent multiple times. This isn't fair they stole my money.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I received a call from [redacted] and he had told me that Charter was going to make the adjustment to my billing statement per my complaint. He said a corrected bill would be sent to me and I would pay that bill upon receipt. I was satisfied with this resolution. However, I have not as of 7/13/2017 received the corrected billing statement. I want to pay the bill but I would like to have the corrected billing statement in order to make the payment. Thank you.

In his complaint, Mr. [redacted] states when signing up for the Charter services he was to have the main telephone number be an auto attendant along with three physical numbers to roll to the attendant, but on the day of the installation the technician stated only two lines would be installed. Charter’s records reflect upon receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s submitted concerns Charter’s representative successfully provisioned the telephone numbers appropriately. The telephone number [redacted] has been provisioned as an auto attendant and telephone number [redacted] as a dedicated fax line. While on site concerns of slow Internet speeds were resolved when Charter’s technician replaced the modem. As a result Charter has also applied an adjustment of $226.57 for the overall experience along with the installation fee as previously mentioned at $99.00. A Charter representative contacted to contact Mr. [redacted] on March 15, 2017 and discussed the above information. Perhaps, their might be an email address I could continue to share information with. Perhaps you could continue to protect my interests.
I would like to show that my speeds are still fluctuating by showing screen shots. I am still not satisfied when my speeds still drop.
Maybe my side is misunderstood. My hope is that this time, after many other times of assuring me they are working on it, that they really will get it finished.
So, I am curious why the case would be closed when the solution has not been reached?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company and everyone I spoke with after the complaint were absolutely wonderful. There was a miscommunication of some sort at the local office, however, once upper management was made aware of my concerns, they were expeditiously addressed. Several members across the organization called, however a special thanks to the initial technician, [redacted], each of them spoke with me directly and provided their contact information. I was very pleased with all that helped address my concerns. It is definitely refreshing to be doing business with a company that truly cares about their customers and puts words into action. Please share with the highest levels of the organization!
Sincerely,
