I provided information in my previous responses regarding formicary corrosion. This MAY have been the cause of the failure. However, your dealer will need to tell you what he suspects is the root cause of the failure as he is the one that condemned the coil.

Quite lacking in customer service, inconvenient office hours, problems were not attended to in a timely manner, ridiculous parking rules, raised rates on same unit, overall very bad experience.
