This case has been escalated to a VSCC investigation. I know that once this happens we are not to respond or make any changes to the account. This is a lengthy issue in which someone from [redacted] provided the customer with a 179 page attachment of billing history that the customer is disputing.

October 11, 20171411 K St. NW, 10th FloorWashington DC 20005-3404Washington Gas Account #[redacted]Dear Revdex.com, Washington Gas is in receipt of your submission regarding receiving multiple estimated readings. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this matter...

may have caused. Our customers are very important to us and we continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service. Estimated readings occur if we cannot gain access to your meter or if the automated device is not transmitting. Bills are estimated based on historical usage, weather conditions and the length of the billing period. In this specific case, your estimated readings seem to be due to the automated device not transmitting properly. We have verified that your appointment to inspect the meter is still scheduled for October 16, 2017. Once this inspection is completed we will then be able to determine how to rectify this issue. Please contact our customer support center at ###-###-#### or via email at [email protected] on October 17, 2017 to inquire about the results from this appointment. Thank you for allowing us to assist you with this matter and have a great day.Sincerely, Washington Gas Customer Support

March 31, 20171411 K St. NW, 10th FloorWashington DC 20005-3404Re: Washington Gas Account # [redacted]Dear Revdex.com, Washington gas is in receipt of your submission regarding the deposit of $270.00 that was assessed to the account referenced above. We appreciate the opportunity to...

provide some clarification upon this matter. Our customers are very important to us and we continuously strive to provide exceptional service.  Upon review of the records on this account, there have been several request to waive deposits placed on this account. An original deposit of $189.00 was assessed to the account when the service was initiated in May 2012. There was request from the customer to waive this deposit of $189.00 as a one-time courtesy. This request was honored by Washington Gas and was the deposit was no longer required to be paid. In September 2013 a new deposit of $270.00 was placed on the account due to being 4-months in arrears. Per Virginia tariffs, if a customer has not paid any bill within 80 days of the bill issuance date, the company may elect to assess a security deposit. This most recent deposit was also disputed. However, an agreement was made to place this deposit on a 4-month installment plan. Once paid in full, the deposit of $270.00 can be refunded after twelve consecutive months of good payment history.  Thank you for the opportunity to allow us to explain our policies. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact our customer support center at ###-###-#### or via email at [email protected]. Sincerely, Washington Gas Customer Support

caused. Our customers are very important to us and we continuously strive to provide exceptional service. Upon review of the records on the account, the payment of $125.24 was drafted twice from the customer’s bank account. Due to this error, Washington Gas returned one of these payments to the bank account automatically. This system glitch was immediately rectified and will no longer be an issue for customers going forward. There is no record of a third draft of this payment of $125.24. If you would like to provide an official bank statement that shows this third payment was drafted, please submit this info to [email protected] or via fax at ###-###-####. Once we receive this documentation, we will be glad to research this matter further. July 1, 20171411 K St. NW, 10th FloorWashington DC 20005-3404Washington Gas Account # [redacted]Dear Revdex.com, Washington Gas is in receipt of your submission regarding a request for an audit of your account. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience due to the delay...

in processing this request. Our customers are very important to us and we continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service. Upon review of the records on the account, a Washington Gas supervisor was in contact via telephone on June 30, 2017. Per the discussion of this call, the displeasure with previous Washington Gas representatives was expressed. We have taken measures to ensure that this level of customer service is addressed and will not continue to happen. In addition, the audit of the account was provided via email in the form of two spreadsheets. One that shows all payments made towards the account in the past 12 months and one that reflects usage history and charges over the same twelve-month period. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support center at ###-###-#### or via email at [email protected]. Thank you for allowing us to assist you with this matter and have a great day.Sincerely, Washington Gas Customer Support
