Review: We booked our room on [redacted] that advertised a great hotel. We arrived in our big rig and there were crack dealers everywhere and gangs, we absolutely could not check in as it presented danger to us and our 4 year old child. We tried to cancel at the 2 inch thick bullet proof glass front desk and they were terrible to us, and even charged us $8.00 more for the room than our receipt stated. This hotel was filled with prostitutes and drug dealers and it should be shut down, period. The hotel did not realistically advertise any facts about it's location and ammenities. It had only good reviews, which were obvious lies. We were terrified just being in our locked truck in the parking lot! A drug dealer literally climbed up to our truck window attempting to sell us crack! Supposedly as we pulled away, the hotel were to call the police. This was far from unsafe, it was simply a dangerous place to be!Desired Settlement: We demand a refund!

Sorry to hear about the compalint. [redacted] did the reservation through [redacted] and according to [redacted] rate, they got the rate for their reservation was 54.99 plus tax. So total after tax it was 59.39.We didn't charged anything extra.

We gave the full refund to the guest when he came to front desk and said he don’t want to stay here. I also send you the refund receipt with this fax. There is a sign of **. [redacted] on the refund receipt too.

I am rejecting this response because: I just received an email wherein the hotel is now charging us again now in the form of a "cancellation fee"...which I believe is because they are not happy that we contacted the Revdex.com. The hotel was unsafe, as I told you before, it was a crack hotel with gangs and drug dealers approaching us and our little boy! They better not really be charging us again! I mean it! I will call the police and the chamber of commerce again!

When **. [redacted] arrived at our hotel we did charge his credit card in the amount of $59.79 on Dec 14 at 11.04 AM and he came back and complain at 11.13 AM We did refund him money back on his card ending on xxx [redacted]. At the same time I also have the proof attached.

His 2nd complaint says we charged him a cancellation fee. We don't see that transaction in our system with that credit card number on that day.

If we charged him again we will give him the refund back. I will need some information:

1. A copy of the email we send for cancellation as he says on the complaint and who sent it . When did you receive that email?

2. A copy of his credit card statement showing the charge.
