Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: when I call the airlines they tell me they cannot help me I need to call JUSTFLYWe cannot afford to have issues at the airport because all we have is an email containing a ticket number - we have a cruise ship to catch
Since buying these tickets I learned that JUSTFLY.COM has terrible reviews which is causing me extreme anxiety that the likelihood of having problems at the airport are a real possibility Their website is also misleading that tickets are available upon request and now they say they are not After several emails and calls their reps continually call this "receipt" a ticketCausing further distress as I tried unsuccessfully to get someone to provide more than a receipt, which they call a ticket and now state it's not
For many years now I have purchased ticket from other on-line ticket suppliers and they have provided more than a receiptTheir response is unacceptable
I'd like to request that JUSTFLY request the two airlines to provide me with a ticket or a written confirmation directly from the BOTH of these airlines.Sincerely,*** ***

As per the discussion from our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your booking and can validate that there was a fare discrepancyThe fare went up between the time that you have made the booking and when it was ticketedThere was no indication
from the airline therefore we were not aware before charging.
We have issued a cheque for the amount discrepancy and the seat assignment fee was already refunded to the credit card that was used at time of booking.

I have sent a complaint letter to Justfly***, to which I have not received a response, even though I have sent it times!! I have attached the original letter to Justfly***
In this letter I have explained clearly the lack of proper and clear communication from the company; I called and emailed the company SEVERAL times, and NOBODY at was able to inform me that my remaining flights were cancelledI asked SEVERAL agents at Justfly.com to please make very sure that everything was in order, and several times I was assured that EVERYTHING was in perfect order and that I WAS BOOKED ON MY FLIGHTS AS ORIGINALAbout five agents, via phone and email, assured my that everything was OK!!
It is UNACCEPTABLE - the way this has all been handled!
I was never informed that my flights were cancelled! Despite the fact that I called and emailed several times!! I never agreed to anything, as I was never given the information that my flights were cancelled!
In my original letters to Justfly***, I have copied and pasted our email correspondanceIn here, it clearly seen that Justfly.com leads me to believe that my flights were still intact
And Justfly.com must have phone records of our phone conversationsI can provide exact dates and times our phone conversations took place
My complaint is not that the flights were cancelled, but the fact that I was totally misinformed, or rather, I was not informed at all, despite my MANY times of connecting with Justfly***
The case is not closed as far as I am concerned
Justfly.com needs to explain, and take responsibility for, the incorrect information they have given me, their lack of proper information, their unprofessional and unorganized communication and information to their customers!

They have the
right to refuse you to board even if it is minutes less, unfortunately. The suggested time to arrive at the airport is to hours for domestic and to hours for international flights. This is not something in our control
