still request that if this is true, we be provided with documentation to support this.Without any documentation of this, we are only able to abide by the terms of the agreement. As far as the system being replaced, it was in fact replaced due to a daily test problem. Meaning the system was sending extra daily tests to our monitoring station. None of which would affect the system or how it works. It simply was testing the system too often. This piece was replaced and there was no interruption of services during this. I am rejecting this response because:We never signed a new agreement, we canceled and sent 2 letters to canceled. They state we owe the money which is not true. We have seen a number of complaints in re;customers being billed even after they cancel.My wife is [redacted] and we are on a fixed income and they are trying to take advantage of us as canceled customers.

Please look in to this company sell procedure. They also offer me two months free but decline the offer later.

We serviced the system in February and March 2015. The customer had scheduled an additional appointment which we could not do on teh day and time she wished. We attempted to schedule multiple times but customer chose to go with another provider while under contract with us. 90% to...
term is the eraly cancellation clause in teh contract totalling $573. Due to her unhappiness we will settle on $400 if paid by June 1, 2016. We are not releasing her from the obligation because she chose to switch companies.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not wish to have this service any longer, I should not be forced to stay in a contract (which I originally fulfilled) for a service that has not and will not be used. My mother is the resident of the house and has been for the past 10 years, she may have given authorization to continue service but I surely did not. Please advise how we can cancel the service immediately? The house is vacant as of August 1. I sent an email on 07/27/16 requesting cancellation to [redacted]An email request was also sent in January when we realized we were still being charged for this service. I believe there is a class action suit that has been brought against this company for similar concerns. Please tell me how much money you want to terminate service. Is this really the way you do business?

Negative. We recieved a cancel letter february 6th 2017. While we will honor the month to month email from a representative of the previous company we cannot cancel until a letter is submitted which we now have. No refund will be issued but the client will have no further billing.

I am rejecting this response because:1. From the beginning, [redacted]'s representative, Mr. M[redacted], never explain me in detail the contract nor much less to explain the process of cancellation. The only thing that insisted was that acquired the service. 2. The original contract by which I signed was for 36 months and not for 42 months as it appears to be altered on a separate sheet. 3. On October 25th, 2015, I report in writing to the company, the property where they were installed services had been sold to [redacted]. To record the sale, I did get this letter with copy of the document from the sale of the property. Therefore, not being the owner, I request the cancellation of such services.4. Never got a call or visit to any representative to remove the security alarm equipment from the property. 5. I mention as curious note; that the same way as the representative of the company left multiple messages for install the service I understand that any representative had had the same intensity to call, have left message, or better still, go personally to remove the security alarm equipment as Mr M[redacted] did to sell the service.Attached document from above.
