Although the agreement is not an agreement for servicing, Safe Home Security is willing to credit the account 2 months of monitoring and service the alarm at no charge. I am rejecting this response because:The company has not trained me on the use of the system. This was not done at the time of instillation because I was told all the parts to the system were not here. They would come back to finish the job and never did. It makes me a nervous wreck. We never received everything we were promised by the installers of the system. We have waited long enough for services that were not rendered. I feel that the contract has not been fulfilled by the company.

I am rejecting this response because:I've recleved no such response via the Attorney General's office (nor personally). Additionally, I DID receive an additional attempt to charge my bank account, as well as a threatening letter for not allowing this to go through. Perhaps these are things that could have crossed in the mail, so if these are taken care of, I'll revise my response.

The main Part of my complaint was they dinged my credit history for reasons that were of their own fault (failure to service their product).Part of the agreement to settle was they were to send a note to the credit reporting services that my account had always been in good standing.I recently requested my free credit report and I see that I'm still showing that I have delinquent payments of up to 60 days on the report.This is failure to comply with the agreed upon settlement.When I called Safe Home to talk to [redacted] (the account resolutions manager I was told to deal with exclusively)I don't get thru and never get a return phone call to resolve my concerns.I would like to follow up on the lack of clearance of my credit blemishes.Thanking you in advance,[redacted]

[redacted]when I signed my contract the taxes and all fee was included in my total of $45.99 why now for the pass month or two Safe Home Security now charging me tax and was not prior. They also start changing me taxes ans warranty on what. I did not sign up for no extra warranty. I will continue to pay the amount signed in my contract and no more. I will also contact the state and make a complain regarding Safe Home practice of padding customers bill and then trying to force customers to have automatic payment. The reason why this is happening is because I am not letting them do automatic payment from my account.

I am rejecting this response because: The excuse that the worker who offered me the upgrade no longer is employed by Safe Home Security is just that an excuse. Safe Home Security is responsible for honoring contracts that they offer and they did not. What does waiting 5 months for a part that was ordered in December 2016 have to do with the employee who offered me an upgrade. Safe Home Security broke the contract they made with me to upgrade my system, I waited more than a reasonable amount of time (5 months) for Safe Home Security to come back to my home and upgrade my system. Why they are insisting that I honor the contract until 2019, a contract by the way that THEY broke which became null and void when my system was never upgraded. I spoke with a female employee who lied and said I did not want an upgrade and I would never get out of this contract. I explained I need a system where the company comes over the loud speaker to check to see if we are alright. I am the mother of 2 special needs children. She stated if a robber or t rapist was in my home do I really think they would allow me to answer the responder over the speaker? I was appalled that a home security company employee would be so crass as to make a statement about my families safety, especially a woman. I spoke to a Greg at Safe Home Security and he offered me a refund of the 5 months and I declined that offer. I spoke to a Justin L[redacted] and he asked "So you never received the part in the mail"? Oh, the part was mailed to me...really? This story changes everyday, I stand by my decision I do not want to continue with this company and I won't. Please cancel the contract that was null and voided by Safe Home Security.

The client had a past due balance when they called in for service. Now that their past due balance is paid, we would be happy to set a service call and repair any problems the customer is having. That is what we are willing to offer. The account will not be canceled.
This customer no matter what we do wants to cancel we've even had a tech back out at his home. We did a welcome call with the wife while the husband was sitting there. He knew we were a separate company from [redacted]. Customer was offered a lower rate if he goes back w/ [redacted] and now he wants to...
cancel. We serviced their account and they were happy. Then they called [redacted] to follow up on their cancellation. We talked with the tech and he advised that the husband and wife were both there and were satisfied. We are not allowing them to cancel.
Please give us the dollar amount owed to the previous security company, to pay off the contract. We will issue a check upon receiving a response
