Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and Sedgwick has since sent me a release to sign in exchange for payment of $2240.00.I signed the release, had it witnessed, and returned it via email on February I would like to keep this case open until I actually receive the check for $2240.00.I appreciate your assistance with this matter[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:My main issue is I was charged more for my order after canceling an item missing it's shipment timeframe and oo resolution was providedPer policy, I should have received a partial refund on the $19.99, instead I was charged MOREI refuse to pay more than plus tax for this orderI would like to restore the order at plus tax for pans with the free item and refund of the additional $charged without consentA $ [redacted] gift card accepts no reponsibility for charging without authorization and is still overcharging me orr this order

I am rejecting this response because:The response was vagueIt said it does not ship to known freight forwarders, which tells me nothingMy shipping address is a valid box number at a UPS store and no one else has any trouble shipping packages to me thereSo why does Revdex.com have a problem with it? Why couldn't Best Buy tell me this at the time my order was cancelled and when I called their customer "service"? I still haven't been told why my debit card was rejected supposed due to being expired (it wasn't) when I tried to reorderBest Buy "knew" enough to tell me the card was "expired" when I attempted to reorder but now it has no record of it?Also, the response did not definitely say that this incident was not reported to any credit reporting agencies and would not affect my credit score"Should not" is meaningless to meI now want that assurance in the form of a notarized letter on Best Buy letter should I need to clean up my credit rating due to these incidents[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There is no impact that can be see Something internal is broken and there is no damage externally that would justify them claiming damage done by me I was sold this warranty with the expectation that Best Buy would replace or repair my TV within years if it wasn't working correctly and it isn't working correctly.Stand by what you sell!!! The warranty was not cheap especially when compared to the total cost of the TV To not stand by your warranty is bad business

Dear BBB,Best Buy will not be offering a return or exchange of this computer (bought in 2013) as it is far outside of our return exchange policy and there is no coverage under the expired protection plan. Any repair costs would be the responsibility of the customer as the unit in question does... no longer has any active protection plan to cover the repairs. Best Buy has addressed this matter and considers this case closed.Thanks,

I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this matter may have caused you and am sorry for... the delay in this response as I was waiting for verification from Verizon that there were no pervious activations on this device prior to 7/3/2016. The phone you purchased was new in the box. Since this is an older model phone, the device was purchased by Best Buy earlier in its lifecycle so the manufacturer’s warranty had already started by the time the customer purchased the phone. We do see this on some older products. If it came to a situation where the manufacturer’s warranty had run out but was still within a year of purchase, Best Buy would be responsible for taking care of the problem. I would advise you to return the phone to [redacted] for repair. Should you have any future problem within one year of the purchase price Best Buy will cover the repair.
