We have attempted to reach out to the customer to resolve, but have gotten no response.

We have reached out to the customer serveral times but have not heard back.  Balboa Capital is abiding by the terms of the agreement that were signed and agreed to by both parties.

Per request, we have flagged this customer's info in our database to prevent any future contact.

We have spoken to the customer who advised they have other/additional documentation. We are waiting on the customer to provide the additional documentation.

We have spoken with the customer and found a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties.

We have reached out to the customer numerous times in order to discuss/resolve the complaint, but we have not heard back.

Balboa Capital only reached out to say that our letter of intent did not state our intent. Balboa Capital stalled us when we were trying to get a cost comparison between returning the equipment versus buying it out. We wanted to do what made the most sense to us. We could not make our intention known until we had the costs to compare. So far I have made 2 payments on time which is hurting us financially. I really wish Balboa Capital will look at our case and give us a very fair resolution. We paid three times the original cost of the machine and we are paying even more now that it is useless. A satisfactory resolution to me would be to let us out of the automatic renewal and give us the option to return or buy the equipment after we have numbers to compare. I attached a copy of the letter which Balboa claims does not state our intent and have highlighted the key points.

[They have not provided any reasonable resolution to the conflict. They are presenting a fallacy that the amount they provided to me is a "financing solution" and not a loan, which is absolute nonsense. It may only make sense to them, trying to play with words and distort the reality, but a loan is a loan, no matter what terminology they use to name it. They are obligated to give me the breakdown of how much of my payments are the principal and how much of it in the first year is interest. They avoid doing that because they want to say-] at the end of first year- that everything I will have paid by then has just been interest. They are being deliberately vague to take advantage of vague financing terms and numbers. I do not accept their inadequate explanation. This is fraud and deception by any means]

We have reached a satisfactory solution for both parties and provided a Bill of Sale to the Customer.
