husband's intentions to cancel their membership was on 3-2-2015. Please see the attachment which outlines the day we first received a fax from Ms*** wanting to cancel both memberships. Unless Ms*** can produce other evidence proving otherwise, we will consider this complaint closed

option to do so by e-mail, live chat, going to any Xperience Fitness locations and filling out a cancellation form or mail the cancellation form to our P.OBox. We provide easy membership cancellation solutions for all of our members which is one of many reasons Xperience Fitness has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin. Xperience Fitness will not issue a refund but has canceled Ms***'s membership account with nothing further due.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

30-day written notice of cancellation from current members. Any payments the fall within that days the member is responsible for. then herself. Ms*** signed the personal training agreement, gave Xperience Fitness her checking account information then neglected returning phone calls from our business. If Ms*** simply would have said NO that she wasn't interested in our personal training program, this would have never been an issue. Ms***'s membership is canceled and will receive a refund for serves not rendered totaling $571.32.We trust that this has been amicably resolved and we will consider this matter closed.

refunds must go through our accounting department which is why we cannot do refunds at the club. ***'s refund was submitted on 8/21/and should have been credited to her account on file by now. Her membership is canceled and account information has been deleted from our data base. in communication regarding his wishes to cancel the Personal Training agreement he entered into with Xperience Fitness. Mr*** contacted Xperience Fitness outside of the 3-day right to cancel his personal training agreement but, to date has yet used any of the sessions he purchased and with the unfortunate personal circumstance that occurred, Xperience Fitness is more than happy to honor Mr***'s refund request. Please allow - business days for the refund request to be credited to the bank information we have on file.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

difficulties that she went through to have a consistent trainer at our Woodbury location. Ms*** has been a loyal customer of Xperience Fitness since and again, we apologize to her. Ms*** did meet with our management team today and both have come up with a solution and a plan to have Ms*** with a full-time trainer moving forward. We will wait on Ms***'s response to see if this complaint can be closed

We have never received acancellation letter, phone call or have notes in our data baseindicating that Mr*** wanted to cancel his membershipOurbilling company, ABC Financial started contacting Mr*** on 3-23-regarding his past due balance and has attempted tocontact Mr*** over two dozen times since then withnosuccessMr*** never once responded to their phone callsuntil Xperience Fitness sent a letter three months later mentioninghis account was about to go to collectionsAt that time we finallyheard back from Mr*** and that's when he stated he canceledhis membershipEven though Mr***'s story doesn't seem tobe truthful, we are cancelling his membership and waiving thepast due amount he owes.We trust that this matter has been amicably resolved, and willconsider this matter closed

accepted membership cancellations over the phone. Ms*** contact our club on January, and they instructed her on how to properly cancel a membership with Xperience Fitness. This is also outlined on the members copy of the membership agreement they receive at time of enrollment. Xperience Fitness will use the Revdex.com of Wisconsin letter of complaint as Ms***'s notification to cancel her membership. Xperience Fitness will refund the annual fee of $back to Ms***'s checking account that we have on file. This refund will take - business days.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

system, the first that Xperience Fitness was made aware of MrSkokan's intention to cancel his membership was on 12-1-at 9:A.M. If MrSkokan would have followed the cancellation policy on his signed membership agreement, this would have never been an issue. Xperience Fitness will refund MrSkokan months of dues totaling $back to his billing on file which will take up to business days. Attached with this response is a copy of MrSkokan's signed membership agreement with our cancellation policy highlighted We trust that this has been amicably resolved and will consider this matter closed

I would like to clarify that I did NOT give the personal trainers authorization to withdraw any money from my bank accountThe gym already had my bank info on file for automatic withdrawal of my monthly membership fees of $9.99. I told the personal trainers that if I decided to join the program, that I would provide a credit card because I did not want them to withdraw from my checking accountThey went ahead and did so anywayAlso, I was told to sign the contract in order to hold the black friday deal while I discussed this with my husband at home, and that is the ONLY reason I signedHad I known that they would go ahead and go forward without my final authorization, I would have never signed anythingI am not the first person to complain about their sales tactics.

engages in hard sales pitches. Our trainers are motivated to help, that's it. This instance seems to be a lack of communications on both ends. Besides the initial down payment that *** *** paid for sessions to "jump start getting back into shape", nothing else has been charged to her account. Xperience Fitness will cancel Ms***'s personal training agreement effectively immediately. We are happy to assign a new personal trainer to Ms*** so she can complete the sessions that she paid for.
