Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, [redacted] filed with your office Our Vadnais Heights, MN location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Xperience Fitness has thousands of personal training clients that are getting great results using this service We also understand that a personal trainer is not for everyone such it is in this case Our Personal Training Manager went above and beyond in attempt to help Ms [redacted] with her nutritional and health concerns but, to no avail as Ms [redacted] canceled her appointment As Ms [redacted] pointed out in the complaint letter she inquired about a medical or financial freeze on her personal training sessions, which we would have been more than happy to accommodate but instead, Xperience Fitness has decided to relieve Ms [redacted] of all future payments on her personal training agreement Ms [redacted] has (5) paid personal training session that she can still use Please contact our Vadnais Heights location to schedule an appointment ###-###-####.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

Thank you for sending Xperience Fitness your e-mail trail of your cancellation. We have been in contact with our billing company, ABC Financial to inquire why they didn't accept your cancellation of your membership by e-mail and are waiting on a response. In the meantime, your membership has been canceled, the past due balance has been waived and we can assure you that your canceled membership will not go to collections. We apologize that our billing company didn't cancel your membership out immediately and any stress that was placed on you.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

***'s loss which has been reiterated to her by our General Manager and our Corporate Office representative. Our correspondence with Ms*** and customer service has been nothing less than exemplary in this matter. Ms*** was requesting a refund and unfortunately Xperience Fitness cannot be held liable in this situation which, was not what Ms*** wanted to hear. Attached with this e-mail is a signed Liability Release Form and a signed Membership Agreement Form outlining the policies which Ms*** agreed too at time of enrollment. Again, we are sorry for this incident a police report has been filed

Xperience Fitness has to investigate all avenues especially when there our claims of employee theft. Xperience Fitness was unaware of any promises made to Ms*** to waive monthly fees since that decision can only be made at the Corporate level. We are sorry for any inconveniences placed on Ms***. Ms*** did a "charge back" on her credit card which in return Xperience Fitness will not be refunding her.We trust that this matter has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

We also understand that personal training is not for everyone and in this case it appears that there was some misunderstanding. We have canceled all recurring services and Ms***'s personal training agreement. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise
