And also sent me a bill for almost 100 dollars that your staff informed me would go to collections. So. If you still intend to pursue that money that I should not owe since its for june and july and late fees when I attempted to cancel in April, I will continue to reject the resolution. Please confirm that you will not pursue further compensation from me

option to do so by e-mail, live chat, going to any Xperience Fitness locations and filling out a cancellation form or mail the cancellation form to our P.O. Box.  We provide easy membership cancellation solutions for all of our members which is one of many reasons Xperience Fitness has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin.  Xperience Fitness will not issue a refund but has canceled Ms. [redacted]'s membership account with nothing further due.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.

and not one, besides Ms. [redacted] has complained about our business tactics.   Xperience Fitness prides itself on the professionalism and ethical business practices our Personal Training Department displays to our members and to the community we surround.   This is the second Personal Training Agreement Ms. [redacted] has signed and agreed to with our company.  Ms. [redacted] is fully aware of the terms and conditions of the latest Personal Training agreement as she has signed off on it, please see attachment.Since Ms. [redacted] is not in the financial position to fulfill her obligation, Xperience Fitness is willing to waive the balance of her Personal Training Agreement ($3,712.12) and give Ms. [redacted] up until March 25, 2016 to use the six unused personal training sessions that are paid for.   We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.

Of course my letter wouldnt have a timestamp by an employee, as I photocopied it BEFORE I mailed it out. I still have that same Credit Card and use it so I don't believe for a second it was declined. Also I never have any phone calls from Xperience, only that 1 email. I stand by my conviction that I cancelled my membership, but I do not want to go to collections. I will pay the $75 needed to clear my account

had seen sporadic billing on her account is that her billing on file has continued to decline.  Our billing company, ABC Financial attempted to reach out to Ms. [redacted] 21 times in 2015 and 90 times in 2016 with no return call back from Ms. [redacted] to ABC Financial.  Phone records from ABC Financial to Ms. [redacted] are attached with this e-mail.  Xperience Fitness is willing to waive the owed past due balance of $206.84 and cancel Ms. [redacted]'s membership but we are unwilling to refund any dollar amount back. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would like to clarify that I did NOT give the personal trainers authorization to withdraw any money from my bank account. The gym already had my bank info on file for automatic withdrawal of my monthly membership fees of $9.99.  I told the personal trainers that if I decided to join the program, that I would provide a credit card because I did not want them to withdraw from my checking account. They went ahead and did so anyway. Also, I was told to sign the contract in order to hold the black friday deal while I discussed this with my husband at home, and that is the ONLY reason I signed. Had I known that they would go ahead and go forward without my final authorization, I would have never signed anything. I am not the first person to complain about their sales tactics.

getting great results using this service.  We also understand that a personal trainer is not for everyone such it is in this case.  Our Personal Training Manager went above and beyond in attempt to help Ms. [redacted] with her nutritional and health concerns but, to no avail as Ms. [redacted] canceled her appointment.  As Ms. [redacted] pointed out in the complaint letter she inquired about a medical or financial freeze on her personal training sessions, which we would have been more than happy to accommodate but instead, Xperience Fitness has decided to relieve Ms. [redacted] of all future payments on her personal training agreement.  Ms. [redacted] has (5) paid personal training session that she can still use.  Please contact our Vadnais Heights location to schedule an appointment.  ###-###-####.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.

Re: [redacted] - [redacted]Ms. [redacted]'s latest membership agreement does have an Annual Fee date of 7-15-2016 on it.  Regardless, please see attachment the invoice history on Ms. [redacted]'s account clearly shows the Annual Fee of $39.00 was charged back and Xperience Fitness never received it.  Xperience Fitness will refund the dues payment made by Ms. [redacted] on 8-6-2016.  Again, we trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.

to cancel his membership with Xperience Fitness whether through the US Post Office, e-mail or from "live chat".  Mr. [redacted] did however speak with our billing company, ABC Financial on April 9, 2015 and was instructed step by step how to cancel his membership.  Please see attachment showing the notes that were taken by ABC Financial when speaking to Mr. [redacted].  Yet after giving the cancellation instructions and policies to Mr. [redacted] he failed to follow those instructions and never mailed a cancellation letter to ABC Financial.  If Xperience Fitness or ABC Financial doesn't receive a cancellation letter by "any" member, how are we suppose to know the member actually wants to cancel their membership or has changed their mind and wants to keep the membership?  In this case, unless Mr. [redacted] produces evidents that he did mail a cancellation letter to ABC Financial, we are not willing to refund Mr. [redacted] but will cancel his membership out using the letter that we received from the Revdex.com of WI as proof of his intentions to cancel.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.--In good health,  [redacted]Director of Member RelationsXperience Fitness - MN/WI

this incident, it has come to our attention that Ms. [redacted] was causing a seen at our front desk.  Ms. [redacted] was yelling at our front desk attendant and trying get our members not to come in.  Completely unexceptionable behavior.  Xperience Fitness has canceled Ms. [redacted]'s membership and refunded the $89.00 for personal training.  We trust that this has been amicably resolved and will consider this matter closed.

20, 2015 when she did a charge back of membership dues on her account and her husband’s account.  At that point our billing company informed Ms. [redacted] on the company’s cancellation policies.  Please see attachment for all communications between Ms. [redacted] and ABC Financial.  Xperience Fitness and or ABC Financial has never received a cancellation letter from Ms. [redacted] or her husband.  Ms. [redacted] may contact our Customer Support Center to make final payment on both accounts.  Thank you.  ###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regardless of the signed agreement, as mentioned before, I was informed at signing that I paid for my last month up front so I want the 9.99 recently billed to me credited back to my card as well. Also regardless of a signed agreement, the most recent version does not have an annual fee and [redacted],  an Xperience employee, informed me I do not have one, so there should not be a charge nor a charge back. I shouldn't have had to waste the time on this or the effort to go to the Revdex.com, either. This is a coaching opportunity for your staff, not me.I want in writing that the 9.99 will be refunded and that the 39 annual fee is forgiven and refunded.

Xperience Fitness has to investigate all avenues especially when there our claims of employee theft.  Xperience Fitness was unaware of any promises made to Ms. [redacted] to waive monthly fees since that decision can only be made at the Corporate level.   We are sorry for any inconveniences placed on Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] did a "charge back" on her credit card which in return Xperience Fitness will not be refunding her.We trust that this matter has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.
