signed by Ms. [redacted] acknowledging she was made aware of the annual fee date, located right above her signature.  Legally, Xperience Fitness is not obligated to refund Ms. [redacted] but, we would like to put our best foot forward and refund the annual fee on both accounts.  Xperience Fitness will refund the annual fees to the bank account information we have on file for Ms. [redacted].We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.

always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Xperience Fitness has always been transparent with its advertising for all of the years we have been in business.  In this case, Ms. [redacted] didn't click on the advertisement for the details.  By doing so, it leads interested people to our landing page which clearly explains the following:Specialists are on hand to help.*PROMOTION JOINING FEE IS VALID ON VALUE PLUS MEMBERSHIP OPTION.Only First and Last Month Due at time of Enrollment.  See Clubs for Details Offer Good Till February 15th.After reviewing the conversation Ms. [redacted] had with our Customer Service Department, we feel its best the she seeks out other fitness options.  We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.

Thank you again for making us aware of the additional concern Ms. [redacted] has.  After further investigation, we see that accounts 7770-23062 and 777023010 were charges a dues payment of $21.95 each on 4-28-2017 but the account of 7770-23006 was not charged on 4-28-2017 in which the credit card of file declined.  Xperience Fitness will refund the accounts that were charged on 4-28-2017.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter now closed.

Re: [redacted] - [redacted]After reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s response and signed membership agreement on both accounts, Xperience Fitness is in no way obligated to refund Ms. [redacted] what she is requesting besides the monthly dues payment of $10.73 made on 1/22/18 two days after her membership was canceled.  Even though Xperience Fitness is under no obligation to refund the Annual Fee of $41.88 paid on 1/15/18 before Ms. [redacted] canceled her membership.  Xperience Fitness is willing too since she will not be using the club in 2018.  Total refund $52.61.  Please see the attachment to review the signed membership agreements.We trust that this has been amicably resolved and we will consider this matter closed.

[redacted] intentions to cancel her membership.  We have no previous records in our data base indicating her intensions to cancel her membership nor have we received a cancellation letter from [redacted] A. [redacted] that she claims was sent.It's clear that [redacted] A. [redacted] intensions are to cancel her membership which was outlined on the complaint letter Xperience Fitness received on April, 4th.  We are more than happy to cancel her membership moving forward but, we will not offer a refund unless [redacted] A. [redacted] can produce a certified mail receipt showing that Xperience Fitness did receive her cancellation letter when she claims it was sent.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.

at our [redacted] location and was under the impression that it was canceled out.  Unfortunately it wasn't canceled out for some reason then Ms. [redacted] reenrolled online.  This was a matter of miscommunication between both parties.  We do apologize for any poor customer service that she might have encountered, we set both memberships to cancel, and pulled the one membership out of collections and no further billing will take place.   We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.

letter or e-mail from [redacted], this is the first time we were made aware of Ms. [redacted]'s intentions to cancel her membership.  Ms. [redacted] has been a long term member of Xperience Fitness and with that said, we have waived the past due balance owed, canceled the membership and pull her account from collection.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.  Thank you.

I JUST SAW BILLING FROM GYMS. I DID NOT DOUBLE CHECK AND WHEN I MOVED OUT TO BUFFALO I ONLY WENT TO THEIR GYM. I THINK IT IS UN FAIR TO COMPANY TO KEEP BILLING YOU WHEN YOU ARE NOT USING THE SERVICE. AND WHY WAS I NEVER CONTACTED WHEN THE GYMS SWITCH OVER. THIS IS 5 YEARS OF THEM CHARGING WITHOUT SENDING A NEW CONTRACT OR UPDATING ME AT ALL TO EVEN LET ME KNOW I WAS A MEMBER STILL. I FIND IT VERY UN NERVING THAT THIS BUSINESS IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY UN KNOWING AND IT IS 1,350.00 MAYBE NOT A LOT TO THEM BUT TO ME THAT IS HUGE.
