Re: [redacted]Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, [redacted] filed with your office.  Our Brookfield, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Ms. [redacted] signed a personal training agreement...

with Xperience Fitness for 17 installments of $136.36.  The only way this agreement can be canceled is by taking advantage of the 3 Day Right to Cancel after the agreement is first signed and agreed upon.  This agreement was signed on May 8, 2017 clearly well after the 3 Day Right to Cancel date.  We have been in communication with Ms. [redacted] and both parties have made concessions.  Xperience Fitness has canceled out the remaining recurring services and Ms. [redacted] will be using the 12 personal training sessions that have been paid for.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.

Re: [redacted] - [redacted]Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our former customer, [redacted] filed with your office.  Our Menasha, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Every membership that Xperioence Fitness sells...

are "individual" memberships regardless who pays for the membership.  When cancelling a membership agreement at Xperience Fitness the member must submit a cancellation form for each individual wishing to cancel.  This policy is listed on the front of the membership agreement that each member signs.Ms. [redacted] called last week because she cancelled her membership over a year ago and stated that she was still getting charged for the child care.  After we told Ms. [redacted] our cancellation policy, she said "I guess I just assumed when I cancelled that it would all be cancelled since it was all billed together".  Ms. [redacted] could have avoided these additional charges by reading the cancellation policy on the membership agreement form.  Xperience Fitness will cancel the account and refund a total of $138.90 back to her daughters account.  We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider the matter closed.

Ms. [redacted] if she experienced any poor customer service on our end.  After reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s account we noticed she paid a down grade fee on 1/17/18 and her next monthly dues payment on 1/20/18 should have been $9.99.  Xperience Fitness has refunded the additional $10.00 dollars back to Ms. [redacted]'s banking account information on file.  Again, we apologize for any poor customer service but want to thank you for being a member with Xperience Fitness.  We trust that this has been amicably resolved and will consider this matter closed unless Ms. [redacted] has further questions.

Dear Xperience Fitness,I realize that you are taking the stance that you were never notified until 3-2-15, or we wouldn't be having this dispute. I am telling you that you billed me and my husband for one entire year for a membership that was cancelled, in person, in Feb 2014. It appears that your company does this to many individuals- hence the reason that you don't let anyone make auto payments with a credit card (as credit cards have protection and dispute resolution against these types of things). You require a debit card, so that you may fraudulently pull money from someone's bank, without any recourse. With that being said- what do your records show as the last date that my husband and I entered your fitness center? It would be in January of 2014, as your staff TOOK OUR MEMBERSHIP CARDS AWAY when we cancelled. In other words- you removed our ability to utilize your club, however, you continued to withdraw money out of our bank account at the end of the month for over a year. Please advise me when your records show that we last entered your gym. Also, please confirm that you billed for over a year of time that we had not entered your gym. Do you think that someone who was aware of being charged membership fees for 2 people would not step foot in the facility even once in an entire 12 months?

Since I rejected the response the issue was resolved - they had said they cancelled both memberships but that was not the actual agreement - I wanted to keep the active one and cancel the one in collections.  This person assured me that the one was cancelled and removed from collections and the other one was reinstated and is active.

Thank you for making us aware of the complaint [redacted] filed with your office unfortunately, after researching this matter we cannot find [redacted] name or address in our data base.  In order to conduct an investigation to her claims Xperience Fitness would need to...

following:Former last name if it was recently changedFormer mailing address if it was recently changedFirst and last names on BOTH memberships in questionWhen we receive this information we will expedite our investigation and will return our decision to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin and to Ms. [redacted] in a timely manner.Xperience Fitness - MN/WI

that she is owed.  We had a glitch with our accounting department and Ms. [redacted]'s 3-day cancellation and refund was never received.  Our accounting department now has the refund request and has since processed it.  Ms. [redacted] should expect the refund of $127.37 back to [redacted] banking information that we have on file within 3-7 business days.  Again, we greatly apologize for the delay. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified ot[redacted]wise.

are always excited to help anyone that wants to become Unstoppable and obtain results.  With that said, it's up to the customer to say "yes" or "no" if they would like to retain the services of a personal trainer.  At no point Ms. [redacted] was obligated to obtain a personal trainer with Xperience Fitness she made an adult decision to do so even though she claims she couldn't afford it.  Since Ms. [redacted] has canceled her membership we will reimburse her for services not rendered.  Xperience Fitness will refund the unused personal training sessions totaling $272.00.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and will consider this matter closed.

Xperience Fitness states that they attempted to contact me via phone and mail for "numerous delinquent payments". As per my banking statements from sign on date 12/2014, the payment was automatically deducted on or about the 3rd of each month. Any delays in draw were by a day or 2 which allowed for weekends or holidays. At no time would there have been reason to contact me for delinquency. Had they attempted to contact me by phone or by mail, I would have noticed this was occurring much earlier than 11/11/2016 and put a stop to it before this large amount of money was taken from my account. Xperience Fitness does not acknowledge or address the multiple months in which larger payments were drawn from my account as explained in prior messages. It does not stand to reason that had they been contacting me as they claimed, that I would have let the billing continue for a plan that I cancelled 12/2014. I do not accept their resolution of $19.99 being returned to my account for only one month of fees. I am again requesting a full refund for all months billed starting in January of 2015 for a total of $663.24 . I will agree to forfeit my initial sign up fee of $41.98 that was deducted from my account on 12/3/14

Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, [redacted] filed with your office.  Our Woodbury, MN location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. We apologize to Mr. [redacted] that he wasn't able to obtain the results he...

was looking for.  Xperience Fitness has thousands of personal training clients that are Unstoppable and have been using our services for years.  Which in the interest of goodwill, we have decided to refund the unused portion of the members personal training sessions.  Mr. [redacted] will receive a refund of 68 unused sessions.  We have attached our accounting report identifying the unused sessions. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise.

It is inappropriate that this response states that we consistently have trouble keeping our accounts current throughout our membership.  We had been Gold Gym Members for a long time previous to this purchase into Xperience, and if notes were taken properly it was known that our bank changed our check card number when our card was re-issued after a business breach and we took care of it immediately when Experience made contact with us.  I have yet again emailed all the snapshots as far back as my email allows me to and forwarded them to [redacted].  Also, I have been twice ignored now asking for the owner/ceo contact information.

[redacted],Both accounts were reimbursed for the annual fee they get processed separately which in return will hit your account on different days.  Thank you. Xperience Fitness  - Suamico

Despite what the company says, my husband and I most certainly submitted a cancellation letter, and their contact logs show me nothing other than that they keep trying to charge us for a membership we cancelled. I am requesting that the charges that the company claims that we owe be dropped, and that they cease contact with us.

I will proceed with filing charge backs on my account. You need to check your facts about being organized. Check your YELP ratings there... They speak for themselves.
