Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] I ,however, am very disappointed that Verizon refuses to accept the fact of the matter that an order was placed on my account which I never made or received and that on complaining, the cost was temporarily removed and added back a year laterPam the person that I spoke to from their executive office was unapologetic and was tried her best to make it seem like I didn't know what I was talking aboutshe even sent me emails with the order and the "so called" removal even though I told her that I never deleted themI was willing to publish these emails so the public could see for itself who is rightIn her efforts to resolve this issue she made it seem like she was just appeasing me by removing the additional $from my monthly billEveryone that I have shared my Verizon experience with, told me they had similar experiences with Verizon and that is why they no longer have their servicesI am accepting this resolution but come May [redacted] of I will certainly disconnect my service with them

Verizon made contact with the consumer to advise there was a group outage causing the problem and the consumer advised she is aware of the group outage; however, she is still moving forward with the port out request

We let the customer know that this was pulled from the outside collection agency His billing issues were taken care of as well Case closed

[redacted] confirmed that his phone and DSL services are working as of Verizon regrets the inconvenience this issue has causedAn adjustment from time out of service from - will be applied to the account

Rebuttal states complaint was for Revdex.com only and wanted no Verizon contact Customer upset that Verizon passed the complaint on to Verizon Customer states Revdex.com should not have served the complaint on Verizon and the Revdex.com again served Verizon with a Rebuttal No action necessary by VerizonThis Rebuttal sent to Verizon appears to actually a complaint against the Revdex.com for referring this to Verizon.Joyce D***Verizon Executive Relations SrAnalyst

A customer service representative spoke to the customer and apologized for his concernsThey went over his bill and the customer understood that he has always paid a box rental feeThe representative explained the reason the bill was more is because a $late payment fee was appliedThe customer understood and advised he would like to terminate the account since his price will increase by $due to a bundle discount expiring in August The representative offered to add another $discount thru 07/Customer thanked the representative and had no additional questions

A Specialist spoke with the customer on September [redacted] to discuss his bill The Specialist apologized to the customer for his billing concernsThe customer had several accounts sin error due to an ordering issue All additional accounts have been terminatedThe Specialist issued a credit in the amount of $ The customer has a credit balance of $which will be transferred to his live accountAccording to our records, the customer's account shows paid in full and has been pulled back from the collection agency The account was not credit reported

Per the Verizon contractor they sent the customer payment for the fence on The also advised restoration will be completed when they work on [redacted] is doneThey advised they spoke with the customer and he was ok with the planThe customer has been provided contact information for the contractor and additional questions should be directed to them

On 1116, a Verizon representative discussed the charges with the customerThe representative issued a credit of one month’s service totaling $Records show the customer was not billed for the time they did not have service The credit also covers the outage periodWe apologize for the inconvenience this matter caused

Upon receipt of this complaint and after careful review we spoke with [redacted] and an order was placed with exceptions to match the online pricing and customer has due date of today [redacted] the issue is resolved

Upon receipt of the rebuttal, the issue was reviewedOn February **, 2018, the Service Order Confirmations were again emailed to the customer which details the monthly bundle price, the discounts, expiration dates, fees, other charges and bill estimatesA $discount for months was added to the account due to expire on February **, as a courtesyThe customer will receive an email confirmation advising of the discountOur position is unchanged and final

The issue this customer is having of not being able to access her online account is being researched by Verizon IT Once we have a resolution to this Verizon IT issue we will follow up with [redacted] to make sure her on line account is set up

Verizon made contact with the customer to advise the gift card is being shipped from the vendor and to allow business days (from August **, 2015) for receipt of the gift card The customer is satisfied with the resolution
