My experience with Arete Financial Freedom has been a good oneI started with them in August and found out from talking to them that I was was about $30,in debt on credit cards and unsecured dewonder I was drowning every month!
In months they have resolved and settled with one of my creditors for significantly less than I owed (that settlement is complete) and have settled with another creditor for about half what I owed (that settlement process is ongoing as it will be in installments over the next year) but I can see some daylight on the problem
I was a little leery at first, especially when I realized that, over the term of the program (roughly years) I would still wind up paying close to $25,to settle $30,in debt, but then I realized that it would be over an extended period and they would do the negotiating for me rather than my having to try and do that myself
Every time I call for any reason I get through to someone right away and feel like they really care Today I spoke to Lleimy Galvan who was very helpfulThey understand that people have problems and sometimes it is hard to make that payment each monthI have had to request "arrangements" twice and finally asked to change my due date which they did with a smile
If you are seriously in debt and do not see a way out, give Arete a try!
