I agreed to a Consolidation Loan from this company with payments of $199.75, followed by Monthly payments of $This company processed Direct Debits from my Checking AccountI was not comfortable with these arrangements, after the factI called the above company on 11/15/to cancel this Loan & I was assured I would receive a Refund for my payments in the amount of $eachThe person I spoke to said it would take 7-days to receive the Refund, which is the process
I called the above company again today, being 11/29/and my Refund has not even been processed or even startedThe person I spoke to, Irving A***, said he could not give me a specific date that I would receive the RefundThis is not acceptable, as I am on a fixed income
