Was contacted about a student loan forgiveness programme from this companyI gave all my information and thought it was a legit companyThey took out the first authorized payment of and then was contacted from Navient in reference to my student loans I informed them I signed up for the loan forgiveness program with arete financial freedomUpon talking to Navient they informed me they were not a company with the department of educationSo I contacted my bank stopped the withdrawals and asked for a refundArete Is refusing my refundI am wanting the money back into my account and all arete wants to do is give me the run around
