I keep trying to cancel my account with them after a weekNo luck, there is no online option to do so and the employees wont cancel it after several requestsThen they started sending me rude emails and my account still isnt closedStay away from this company, it is a scamI had to call my bank to cancel the auto paymentThree days after I stopped the auto withdrawals, $was taken out of my account by someone using a auto withdrawNot sure if it was them but I never had any bank problems till I used them and canceledI didnt get my money refunded from them or anythingIts a scam

Catherine was great in helping get started with my monthly paymentsShe was patient and worked with me while I got the info she neededSo far I have been very satisfied with their services at Arete and even recommended them to my daughter for her own student loan

My experience with Arete Financial has been very confusing and every time I get on the phone with an employee I hear new informationJoaquin has been the only one to truly explain the process to me and was extremely patient and understanding through my frustrationsWhatever training Joaquin did I would recommend for the rest of the crew because he was truly delightful to work with and knew his information!
