That was my signature on page 4, but not my handwriting for the date.  It is my handwriting on page 10.   I still want the conversation from 1/8/18 because I know it was clear that I stated the ayment was in consideration for full satusfaction of the debt and confirmed multiple times there was no more balance.  Not past due amount, but balance.  They are withholding the tapes because they are trying to say I didnt say that which I did.

This is in response to your letter regarding the above-referenced complaint filed with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com). 
 
Xerox Education Services, LLC. doing business as ACS Education Services (“ACS”) services one Federal Consolidation Loan for Ms. [redacted] on behalf of [redacted].  [redacted] partnered with ACS to maintain servicing, repayment and collection activities on the student loan.  While ACS remains the primary contact for the servicing activities, the loan is owned by [redacted] and is serviced per their terms and federal regulations.
 
In review of Ms. [redacted]’s account, it was determined that inadvertently the Income Sensitive Repayment (ISR) plan was removed in error.  As such, ACS was able to have the ISR plan reapplied.  Ms. [redacted]’s account is currently reflecting on the ISR with her next installment of $35.17 due for August 28, 2015.
 
Our records do reflect that the ISR plan is expected to be exhausted in September 2015.  I was able to speak to Ms. [redacted] on August 20, 2015 and was able to inform her that the ISR plan has been reapplied and conveyed that it was expected to expire in September 2015. Additionally,  we were able to discuss future repayment plan options.  Ms. [redacted] has been sent an Income Based Repayment (IBR) plan application for her review.
 
Ms. [redacted] was also advised that her account is in the process of being transferred to [redacted].  Once the transfer is complete, Ms. [redacted] will be notified.
 
We do regret the inconvenience that Ms. [redacted] has been caused by the service that she have received. We do appreciate her bringing it to our attention. We are committed to improving our service and implementing changes that will prevent situations such as hers from occurring in the future.

ACS response to my complaint has not resolved the matter at hand. I have had to go though another loan agency to try and get the wrongly defaulted loan consolidated ( to get the company Nelnet to buy the loan so that I can hopefully refile and receive my last month of Post graduate study loans made available to me while I am in Australia. The negative effects of this will alit for 7 years as the default will now not come off of my USA credit rating for that amount of time. ACS has provided you as well as I with run around and exudes and has failed to rectify their mistake. The consequences of this are that If I come back to the states to live, my credit is ruined for the next 7 years to say the least.                                     ... I do however, appreciate your attempts to help rectify the situation that they have caused.  Kind Regards,  [redacted]
