A refund is still due.A refund, or response to our 4th request for a refund, was delayed another to days according to the customer service rep I spoke with yesterday, -An email indicating that my account was paid in full and that the status of the account is closed was sent by ACS and received by me 8-My request for a status of my refund could not be accommodated by this company, according to the customer service rep "Laverne". ACS's response that they would respond to me in yet another days via US mail further extends my refund, is unacceptable, and does not yet resolve my complaint.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.ACS ACCOUNT NUMBER: ***Thanks to Revdex.com I have finally received the account history from ACS, however, it is a total fraud!Upon reviewing the account report from ACS, I have concluded that ACS had forged my payments for years and These payments were accurate in my ACS online account history (see the attached copy from my ACS online account, dated 1/27/16, which was shut down in March, 2016) but forged in ACS account history records (see the attached copy I received from ACS on 3/17/16). Specifically, look at the date May 21, ACS claims I paid $on this dateGod knows I did not pay this amount, because in fact I paid $on this dateSee the attached *** *** bank statement printout; ACS payment was processed on May 22, 2009, in the amount of $ Also additional payments, $each, made in December, are missing. I spoke with a representative who is obviously assigned to address complaints first thing on Monday mornings. He gave me canned answers, and in the end told me they stand by reporting me to the credit bureaus as being months behind on my student loan payment. This left me with additional questions and I am more confused now than ever. I recently made the payment for and now they have me down to make an additional payment for this month (March). This is a total of just over $1,and I can't figure out their billing practices. I'm finishing up on my spring semester in three weeks, and they're telling me I'm not enrolled in school

I have received an email from ACSThey acknowledged receipt of my check for 200.00, however they took it upon themselves to transfer part of the money to another student loan account I haveIn their words, since the dollar amount was above my scheduled payment, I must of wanted the extra money to go towards the other accountThe other account was recently transferred from ACS to another company I gave no permission for them to do that and have asked them to retrieve that money and credit it to the ACS accountAnd also want late fees refunded and the negative credit report correctedI am currently awaiting a response for two days

I am rejecting this, because in my certified letter that I sent, it states clearly what I was disputing. I am attaching that letter again Which you clearly see on the bottom of the letter what I was disputing. Also in the letter I even attached two credit reports when I first sent the letter certified. I have been denied times for car loans and was forced to take a very high interest rate on a carPlease remove this off my credit

I FINALLY got an email from them and it was about as hard to get into as their website However I did finally succeed with that They said they had been unsuccessfully trying to call me WRONGno call from them or anyone I don't personally know
