I have gotten everything promised by ACN and moremy service has been great, by price was $900/yr less than I used to pay and the customer service has also been very helpful

we have received many call from a employee xxxxx he has use there computers and phone to harrar us none stop when call business the put co worker on telemarketers making a joke of hole I cant believe can has been shut down with comp[liants and attorney general action going on thaey crooked and pray on people as they let workers text email and call from there phones

I spoke to Flash Wireless representatives via customer chat and in personThey wouldn't answer my questions about suspending my serviceSuspended

When introduced was told they would have the lines all fixed and I would not have to pay. Then 3 months down the road there was a line issue and they wanted me to pay $150 to have it fixed. Not freaking likely.
I waited for 5 weeks for them to release my phone # to import it to a new company

I have been a customer for 6 years now and have not had one problem since... I highly recommended ACN to anyone where there services are available.

We have 3 lines with flash and absolutely love the service.

I am a cellular customer with ACN's Flash Wireless and I've loved my service. I left xxxxx and my bill was cut in half. Customer service is always great about helping and they even helped activate my phone OVER the phone in like 5 minutes. Two thumbs up!

This would be a good idea if it wasn't such a scam. ACN is probably the worst investment any human being would ever get themselves into. What kind of job requires you to pay $500 in order to "get started". If bringing in people is the sole way to make your earnings, something is wrong. I have personally been to the business meetings and I feel that in order to get involved you must have the same IQ as a peanut. THIS IS A PYRAMID SCEME AND I WARN ALL OF YOU NOT TO GET INVOLVED!

I have been a customer of ACN services for the past 4 years. I started with the Home Phone and Internet bundle and slowly added more services like my cell phone, electric bill. I am extremely satisfied with their service and any time I have had any questions/problems arise they have handled it quickly and professionally. I especially love the charitable ties this company now has and so I will continue to be a customer and recommend others to their services.

So I was called by a friend friend to meet me about a business opportunity. She ended up selling me to join ACN to be an IBO. After about 8 days I decided to quit and cancel my subscription to ACN. I had already signed up for internet and phone services at this time. I wanted to cancel everything. They made me call a bunch of numbers to cancel my IBO subscription hoping I would get my money back. But they put me through hoops to cancel my subscription. I had to phone in a bunch of numbers then they told me to fax my canceled subscription (I dont own a fax nor know where to go to fax). I ended up losing 420 dollars due to this fact because they only gave me 10 days to cancel. Then I had to cancel my services with this company. I called in and they told me they couldn't cancel at this time. And told me I would still be charged for a cancelation fee for not canceling my services. Im in the process of getting my old phone number back and they told me to call back in 2 days .. we will see what happens. The person on the phone was polite and rude at the same time. I had mix feelings. But if I were you I would steer clear of this company and don't get sucked into their game. It will give you the biggest headache in the world. Its like trying to solve a puzzle thats not even fun to solve.

I have been a TV, Digital Home Phone, and Premium tech support customer for about 6 months now and I am extremely satisfied. I'm saving several dollars per month with the TV service! The digital phone system works awesome, and the premium tech support cleared up my computer that I have not even been able to use for over a year. Geek Squad couldn't even figure it out. Thank you ACN! I plan on signing up for Vivint Home Security and Flash wireless through them next!

ACN is the greatest company ever!

ACN provides an excellent way to make money and save people money, providing viable solutions to an everyday problem within our families and communities.

Way to go ACN!

I recently purchased my first home in xxxxx, Colorado. Through a friend, I was told about the ACN services and what ACN does for charity. I decided to support my friend and initially go with the Digital Home Phone and Internet Service. Then I signed up for xxxxx and xxxxx through ACN as well. My first encounter with the ordering of the Digital Home phone and "High -speed"(24 Mbps) Internet was average. Ordering xxxxx and xxxxx Security was very pleasant. I called ACN customer service to transfer my digital home phone and Internet service to my new residence. Here is a list of encounters:

1.) The first time I called ACN to transfer my phone and internet service, I was told the system was down and I could not be helped. I was also told I would be contacted by an ACN rep within TWO weeks to see if my internet and phone could be transferred
2.) The same day, I called back and was told I could transfer my phone service. I was asked what date, and I replied the 12th of June. Then I was told it would take 3 days for ACN to contact me to see if my internet could be transferred
3.) I called back 4 days later and asked about the internet transfer, then was told I needed to update my information online to my new address before I can request internet service at my new location...so I did
4.) The next day, I called back and requested to relocate my internet service to my new address and my request was submitted and, at the same time, I was sure to ask if my phone was being transferred. The rep told me the phone doesn't need to be transferred since the phone was accessed via internet... so I asked the rep to look at the notes. He told me that my phone service is good to go and no changes needed to be made
5.) I received an email stating internet service for the area I was moving to would be half the speed of my current service. I called ACN and state I am a customer for multiple products through ACN and if they can cancel the service without penalty since I would not be getting the same speed of service. I was told since a service (12Mbps) was provided, I would have to pay the cancellation fee. So I agreed to the cancellation fee and again was sure to ask if my phone service would not be disconnected.
6.) On 15 June, I received an email stating my phone service was cancelled and $230 was taken directly from my account.

I'm not going to dispute the charges, because I do not want anything to do with ACN customer service. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The ACN customer service as a whole is rude, unknowledgeable, and the employees lie and obviously created a financial burden to me.

My mother (**) has been a customer with ACN for long distance services..and was very happy with the prices and the services for many years. She never missed a payment, NOT ONCE. Her billing was by cheque and later by Auto withdrawl from her bank.

6 months ago she attempted to call the call centre to cancel her account, as she no longer required long distance services.

I say attempted to contact because the wait time was ridiculous (How about leave a message for call back, this is after all, a communication company). When she finally spoke to a rep, they said they could not cancel an account, in that another long distance company would have to cancel the account However there was no need for this service. After many frustrating calls and no action, the bills still kept on coming in......finally my mother stopped the auto payments.

Then the threats of cutting off her services started. (Which they cannot do).

Here is where I got involved with emails...and same same...the bills kept on coming. We are talking about $35.00 at this point. The postage and person hours let alone the paper bills. Hello out there ACN, do you not get it.

After the 6th month, the DREADED COLLECTION AGENCY NOTICE, two of the exact same letters in one day. Now the bill is $70.00. IF YOU DO NOT PAY, YOUR CREDIT RATING WILL BE SCRUTINIZED.

A new player trying to collect $70.00 (I spoke to him, he was nice....but really, two grown people chatting about $70.00 and whether my old mom should pay the bill)

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, unless you want them for the rest of your life. they will never grant you a divorce.
THEY BADGER AND THREATEN.

There are many other fine companies out there and the prices are better. I have dealt with an amazing company for years. No wait times, you can load $ on your account, and use it however you wish, whenever you wish.....
