ACN is billing me for service use after my mother's death, even though they are aware of her death and the phone has not been used since that day My mother was an ACN customer for her house phoneShe unfortunately died unexpectedly on 12/29/My brother and I have been left to deal with what to do next, and have been left with medical bills, credit cards, and other things to figure out, all while trying to process own shockOne of the things on the list of things-was cancel her house phoneOn 1/29/I notifed ACN that her account needed to be cancelled d/t death, and I was advised to submit a copy of the death certificate along with my information to cancel the accountI was not informed at that time of any outstanding amount dueI submitted the required paperwork, and today I received a call from ACN confirming closing the accountWhile speaking to the customer service person, [redacted] via live chat, I inquired about the billing because in the past week I recieved a bi
ACNwas not able to transfer my service as per requested I signed up for the service expecting they could transfer my numberThey were not able to transfer my numberI went to cancel my service and get a refund and they would not privide a refund and charged me a $cancelation feeI could understand this if they transferred my phone number but they did not so the service was of no use to me I was never able to use their service
We had an issue with our device for cell phone service and ACN's customer support went above and beyond in my opinion to help us and answer all of our questions I was surprised how patient the customer service rep was for the technically challenged person that I am! Too many times all people do is complain, so I am taking my time to actually give props to ACN
Initiation date of telephone service in Jan/Feb 2016; Authorized ACH charge for equipment, ACN has been deducting monthly charges for inactive service Jan/Feb authorized ACH charge from my bank account for equipment only; never received copy of contract; months later they have been deducting a monthly amount plus my telephone service has never been active; I sent a letter 9/20/& forbid them from deducting another dollar, they emailed me to cancel contract with no termination fee and reimburse me for two months; Today I have found they have deducted from my bank account TWICE this weekI have also sent them a letterThis company has no business being in business My account number with ACN is xxxxx and should be noted that after I sent them a letter with my complaint and notice that I never rec'd any paper work, my service has never been active nor have I ever rec'd any notice from them..all of the sudden I have A LOT of emails, the kind I should have had over months

So I was called by a friend friend to meet me about a business opportunityShe ended up selling me to join ACN to be an IBOAfter about days I decided to quit and cancel my subscription to ACNI had already signed up for internet and phone services at this timeI wanted to cancel everythingThey made me call a bunch of numbers to cancel my IBO subscription hoping I would get my money backBut they put me through hoops to cancel my subscriptionI had to phone in a bunch of numbers then they told me to fax my canceled subscription (I dont own a fax nor know where to go to fax)I ended up losing dollars due to this fact because they only gave me days to cancelThen I had to cancel my services with this companyI called in and they told me they couldn't cancel at this timeAnd told me I would still be charged for a cancelation fee for not canceling my servicesIm in the process of getting my old phone number back and they told me to call back in days we will see what happensThe person on the phone was polite and rude at the same timeI had mix feelingsBut if I were you I would steer clear of this company and don't get sucked into their gameIt will give you the biggest headache in the worldIts like trying to solve a puzzle thats not even fun to solve
When introduced was told they would have the lines all fixed and I would not have to payThen months down the road there was a line issue and they wanted me to pay $to have it fixedNot freaking likely I waited for weeks for them to release my phone # to import it to a new company

I have been a TV, Digital Home Phone, and Premium tech support customer for about months now and I am extremely satisfied I'm saving several dollars per month with the TV service! The digital phone system works awesome, and the premium tech support cleared up my computer that I have not even been able to use for over a year Geek Squad couldn't even figure it out Thank you ACN! I plan on signing up for Vivint Home Security and Flash wireless through them next!
I am a cellular customer with ACN's Flash Wireless and I've loved my serviceI left xxxxx and my bill was cut in halfCustomer service is always great about helping and they even helped activate my phone OVER the phone in like minutesTwo thumbs up!
This is an incredibly poorly run companyCustomer service is non-existent to awful at best We've had many service problems and now they have created imaginary billing/payment issues We are in the process of switching to [redacted] [yes, ACN is that bad]

I recently purchased my first home in xxxxx, Colorado Through a friend, I was told about the ACN services and what ACN does for charity I decided to support my friend and initially go with the Digital Home Phone and Internet Service Then I signed up for xxxxx and xxxxx through ACN as well My first encounter with the ordering of the Digital Home phone and "High -speed"(Mbps) Internet was average Ordering xxxxx and xxxxx Security was very pleasant I called ACN customer service to transfer my digital home phone and Internet service to my new residenceHere is a list of encounters: 1.) The first time I called ACN to transfer my phone and internet service, I was told the system was down and I could not be helped I was also told I would be contacted by an ACN rep within TWO weeks to see if my internet and phone could be transferred 2.) The same day, I called back and was told I could transfer my phone serviceI was asked what date, and I replied the 12th of June Then I was told it would take days for ACN to contact me to see if my internet could be transferred 3.) I called back days later and asked about the internet transfer, then was told I needed to update my information online to my new address before I can request internet service at my new location...so I did 4.) The next day, I called back and requested to relocate my internet service to my new address and my request was submitted and, at the same time, I was sure to ask if my phone was being transferred The rep told me the phone doesn't need to be transferred since the phone was accessed via internet so I asked the rep to look at the notes He told me that my phone service is good to go and no changes needed to be made 5.) I received an email stating internet service for the area I was moving to would be half the speed of my current service I called ACN and state I am a customer for multiple products through ACN and if they can cancel the service without penalty since I would not be getting the same speed of service I was told since a service (12Mbps) was provided, I would have to pay the cancellation fee So I agreed to the cancellation fee and again was sure to ask if my phone service would not be disconnected 6.) On June, I received an email stating my phone service was cancelled and $was taken directly from my account I'm not going to dispute the charges, because I do not want anything to do with ACN customer service This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced The ACN customer service as a whole is rude, unknowledgeable, and the employees lie and obviously created a financial burden to me

After meeting with Robert L*** who was a perfect gentle man and excellent Representative for ACN turned out to be the complete opposite! After meeting with him and speaking to the founder that day a few calls followed not for business but personal at first I was not ok but then I found out how much a person will conduct themselves when you do not take things to another level! After today I got the worse text from a grown man acting very immature and disrespectful! I will never ever send anyone to this business! As I see people are who they REPRESENT AND I AM DIGUSTED!!! Never again

Refusal to Cancel Phone Account
I called customer service to cancel the phone for my ** year old father (also named *** ***)His phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXXHe is extremely deaf yet the customer service employee insists that they must get his 'verbal' approval in order to cancel the accountI am cancelling the account for him because the phone is useless since he cannot even hear it ring while standing in front of itHe has been paying for something that is of no use to him and doesn't want to waste his money any furtherACN will also not accept a signed letter from him; only a verbal 'confirmation'Now they want me to take him to a doctor and get a 'certification that he cannot hear'A letter from the client doesn't count but one from a third party does!
