We had ACN/flash wireless for about monthsAfter switching back to our original carrier Verizon, within min we all had updates on our phonesAppears that ACN was not sending us the updates provided by Verizon?? But that is not my biggest complaintI had made a monthly payment on the 15th of the month of about $185.00, switched back to Verizon on the 24th of the same monthContacted Flash wireless about receiving a refund for the pro-rated amount and was told they do not do refunds because this is a prepaid serviceI DO NOT recommend this companyThey also would not change my due date from the 15th to the 17th of the month My mom had the same thing happen with her pro rated amount not being returned as well when she switched back to her original carrierDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will take your money and run

I went to ACN headquarters to check this out myself, couldn't believe the operation and all the people that were willing to help any questions I hadThe owners are first class and cordial, talked to me for an hourDon't know many companies with this kind of reputation

I have attended of their seminars and conferences and was pushed heavily to join their network although I repeatedly clarified that I was absolutely not interested:
- Misleading Advertisement: They present their seminars as "Business Knowledge" and "Learning about yourself" when in fact they are not at all educational seminars, rather a push for a recruitment effort towards joining a sales teamHowever they persuade their members to advertise it as a "Self-Help" seminar, which is clearly not the objective
- Non-Transparent Pay Structure: The pay structure lacks many elements of transparencyThe pay structure is unstable, may change at any momentGoods and services commissions are not stable (based on an arbitrary points system), but none of this is made clear to potential recruits, rather they are presented as this is a "Work for yourself" commission based jobWhen in fact it is not
- Very pushy and beratingMentioned many many times I was no longer interestedContinued to receive phone calls for the following months, and being approach constantly by sales staff
- Seems like a scamThe product sold is "The Opportunity to Sell" more than any tangible goodSo in fact they are selling something which is freeAccess to the free marketAnd the Payment system is based on recruiting people to pay the Joining Fee
It's very suspicious that ACN has such a great rating, at least from my experience, that was absolutely not the case

Initiation date of telephone service in Jan/Feb 2016; Authorized ACH charge for equipment, ACN has been deducting monthly charges for inactive service
Jan/Feb authorized ACH charge from my bank account for equipment only; never received copy of contract; months later they have been deducting a monthly amount plus my telephone service has never been active; I sent a letter 9/20/& forbid them from deducting another dollar, they emailed me to cancel contract with no termination fee and reimburse me for two months; Today I have found they have deducted from my bank account TWICE this weekI have also sent them a letterThis company has no business being in business My account number with ACN is xxxxx and should be noted that after I sent them a letter with my complaint and notice that I never rec'd any paper work, my service has never been active nor have I ever rec'd any notice from them..all of the sudden I have A LOT of emails, the kind I should have had over months

I joined ACN months ago as an Independent Business OwnerMy husband also joined months agoTogether we have started to build a business for ourselves that will free us from the traditional work model of trading our time for moneyThis business is not a get rich quick business but there is a lot of money to be made with a tremendous ability to advance through the companyI've never worked for a company that makes me rich quick but with ACN, I have the ability to constantly raise my pay and overtime, wealth will comeThe compensation plan is very transparentIt's a little overwhelming to understand at first because we get paid in different ways but it's completely laid out for you in your back office websiteThere are multiple products to offer and get paid on and I can do business in countries and every state in the United StatesThis company is very positive and everyone I have met so far is upbeat and positiveThey encourage us to come to meetings, training's and conference calls and webinars to help us learn the business and stay connectedThere is support available in many ways but it is up to the individual IBO to reach out and take advantage of that supportWork the business and you see resultsDon't work the business and you won'tI love my new company!

This is an incredibly poorly run companyCustomer service is non-existent to awful at best
We've had many service problems and now they have created imaginary billing/payment issues

I actually have many services with ACN from home phone, internet, gas, electricity, and a merchant account for my wife's businessI've been VERY satisfied with the customer service and also my representative during the ordering processIt feels good to know that I am supporting a small independent business owner VS the CEO's and share holders that are already stinking richAlso your project feeding kids charity is a nice bonus for becoming a customerThanks so much for outstanding service

I signed up with ACN originally because my sister in law convinced me to support her new "business", assuring me that I would save moneyI had the account for several years without any issues, and when I moved and requested to close the account, I was told over the phone by the representative that the account would be closed and services would be stoppedApproximately a month and a half later, I got a bill for two month's charges, showing that the account was not only still very much active, but that I was behind in my payment, and I owed ACN payments for two monthsI called ACN, very upset about my account still being active, and I was informed by the "manager" that because ACN could not find who the new provider was for that phone number, and could not verify that I had services with a new telephone provider, they kept the account openThey informed me that ACN does not close an account unless they can ensure that a new account has been set up with a new provider, which to me seemed ridiculous because when I am told that my services would be discontinued, I expect them to be discontinued as promised, regardless of whether the new homeowners opened their own personal account or notI told the manager that I was not told any of this when I requested the account to be closed, and the representative on the phone had assured me that my account would be closedI once again asked ACN to PLEASE IMMEDIATELY discontinue services or I would not be responsible for charges incurred beyond that timeThe manager, very rude person by the way, informed me that services would be discontinued that day, but I would still be responsible for another month's payment because it was in the fine print when I signed the contract with them, that once services are discontinued, the customer still has to pay for another month of services, EVEN THOUGH ACN DID NOT PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES!!! I ended up being threatened with a collections letter and paid the bill just to spare my credit, but I would not wish this ordeal on anyone! PLEASE, PLEASE do not work with this company, they are extremely difficult to deal with, there was no negotiating, no trying to work with the customer, and no accountability on the company's part for the fact that I was forced to pay for services I did not get, and for my services not being discontinued as I requestedI will never fall for a scam like this again, and have told all my friends that I know about ACNStay far away from this company, they are unethical, you better get everything in writing, because what their representatives tell you on the phone, is different than what they actually doWhen you do close an account with them, make sure you get it in writing so you are not stuck with paying for a couple of extra months like I wasAnd please read the fine print in your contract before signing anything with them

Secondly I had to pay an initial investment of $to become a ACN partner and if I was not happy with the company or vice versa that ACN would issue a full refund the money within days
My mentor was informed that I was very unhappy and wanted to discontinue my relationship with ACN but insisted I continue to give it more of a tryThis is where the trap comes in I believe! ACN uses this procedure to keep the $ However ACN has offered to refund $ so why is that ?

My IBO number is XXXXXXXXI was invited by a coworker *** to come to an ACN meeting that was being held at her house.....a man named Rick was the associate holding the meeting My visa credit card was charged to become a business partner of ACNAt the time I was not made aware of the day cancellation policy to get full refund When I decided to cancel Mr Rick told me to think things thru and did not mention their cancellation policy until much later....I have now lost my money, I have nothing to show for it...I have no cancellation contract from ACN.....if they only allow days to cancel with a full refund, partners should be told up front and not told laterI want save other people from being robbed of their money
