ACN has been a wonderful and positive experience in my family I have not been in direct marketing beforenor was I ever interested in direct marketing in anyway...ever! Yet the opportunity and quality people I have had the pleasure of working with has shown me I have found a home, a future and an income only limited by my efforts The personal and spiritual growth you get is second to none You have to be disciplined and willing to work...and you will reap the benefits They teach you to fish...they do not give you the fish

I have attended multiple meetings now, and am trying to get back my $sign up feeI am not impressed by this business whatsoeverI dont believe that their business practice is in violation of any laws, however there is definetly a problem with how they are running the business Transparent pay structure that is manipulated regularly, and a advertising scheme that tells you to just sell cell phone serviceThe back office presents everything you are supposed to do, which is completely different than what I was presented with at the seminarI have received absolutely no direction during meetings or from my uplinesThis is not a good investment, even if they persuade you that you can manipulate your taxes with the contract you will receiveThey tell you how to manipulate your tax forms with that, so you feel better about paying $to join and sellI would not engage with this company, as it is truly feeding the top and good luck getting there :) They will present people to you, like RVP or EVP but will only tell you some details, even admitting that back in the day, they scammed people for long distance lines, and they feel bad now, but now they can feel good about selling "flash wireless"Pretty unappealing if you ask me

ACN failed to continue the good service we had had with them for several years, after we had them include internet service everything went downhill
We went through a lengthy call to ACN, who had been our Phone carrier for yearsto arrange for them to start internet service as wellThe person didn't seem to know all that he could and asked for help a couple of timesThey changed it to digital as well

Identity theft Fraudulent account opened in my maiden name
In November a account was opened in my maiden name of xxxxx with my xxxxx cardI started receiving letters from ACN with acct xxxxx I would call ACN explain to them the acct is not mine I did not open acct and I do not know what your company is about Customer service would have me call xxxxx in Business Ethics Specialist She told me she would look into it never did and I get another letter Now I am getting letters from credit collection services Called xxxxx again this time she emailed the acct info to me and said I needed to get a police report which I got and faxed the report to her Today I got another letter from ccs saying I owe $ If ACN had listened to me back in Jan that the acct wasn't mine they wouldn't be out this money

I never signed for an account, I paid for my sons internet service with a credit card company refuses to send a app signed by me making me responsible
This company refuses to send me a copy of the application I supposedly signed, making me responsible for this account, it is fraudulent, and I dispute the entire account, an employee named Michelle H*** in the business ethics department case number XXXXXXXX, has done nothing but over talk me trying to convince me I owe them $304.00, they can't come up with a contract proving anything

I am a current IBO ,of ACN for months and have been told to withhold info , lie , cheat and do whatever it takes to bring people on board and sell them product at higher cost they can get on line cheaperThey r not transparent with your percentage and will not tell u there are many obstacles to make even one dollar they just want your fee and put you through rat race

I signed up for the service expecting they could transfer my numberThey were not able to transfer my numberI went to cancel my service and get a refund and they would not privide a refund and charged me a $cancelation feeI could understand this if they transferred my phone number but they did not so the service was of no use to me

My experience with ACN was very negative from start to finishI was approached by an IBO that advised me ACN's services were cheaper, faster, and that a child was fed each time I paid my bill
I found myself in a year contract with ACN without being told it was a contract, how to set it up, that I had to cancel my current ISP on my own, when or how it was to be paid
The company never informed me that my service was active so I was charged for services I hadn't used for months, in addition to being charged by my original ISPAfter much struggle, they applied a credit to my account for month
Once we finally got up and running the quality was so poor and the experience so negative by that time I decided to cancel and that's when I found out that even that would cost money
Long story short, I am now $in the hole with a $cancelation fee being charged to my account as I type this, while I still have $on my account in credit, which I won't see for another monthVery negative experience, very unhelpful, and unwilling to compromise

What an amazing company with awesome services connecting people with better value all over the world

I started internet services through ACN which is a third party provider for ***, and had it installed for less than days and want to cancel
I contacted them online about wanting to cancel because of the poor speeds and they want to charge me $early termination fee even though I am contacting them within the first days of having the servicesThis was never explained to me ever and the whole conversation about starting service was on the phoneNo 2-year contract was ever brought up to me at any point, I wouldn't have agreed to it if there was a 2-year contract because I don't plan on living in this residence for two years

I have had service through ACN for a couple years now for digital home phone and my cell phoneThey have the best customer service support I have ever dealt with

Customer service won't give us provisioning deptcontact info or their SPID
Our number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) Account # XXXXXXX was slammed & ported out from ACN 8/5/ We decided to change carriers ACN customer service said they couldn't tell us who took the number; later they said they got it back Our desired new provider can't find ACN's SPID & the only contact phone # for ACN is their customer service # X-XXX-XXX-XXXX where they say they can't put us, or our desired new provider, in touch with their provisioning department so our number can be transferred An email from ACN on 8/22/told us our case # XXXXXXX was resolved They "have been unable to verify the loss of your telephone number to another provider."
ACN says they have our number back Our desired new provider *** shows a company *** is the provider of record but they have not responded to ***

ACN has years partnering up with well known multi-million & multi-billion partners, as well as them having a few of its own exclusive services
The business model is very simple and direct Those IBOs who complain are often the ones that don't "plug in" the system to get themselves trained to succeed
At least of customers are satisfied with services and in some instances, get better customer service through ACN than direct to the company

We had an issue with our device for cell phone service and ACN's customer support went above and beyond in my opinion to help us and answer all of our questions I was surprised how patient the customer service rep was for the technically challenged person that I am!
Too many times all people do is complain, so I am taking my time to actually give props to ACN

My brother in law recommended ACN for our home phone service so we tried it out We live out in the county and we have Satellite internet service which is very slow We got the equipment and connected to the internet and proceeded with the change of phone service provider to ACN When we finally got the service connected after about two days without phone service, we made a phone call to try the service and there was a four to five-seconds delay on the conversation and the clarity of the voice was terrible I called my brother in law to let him know that the ACN service was not going to work for us, then he had his up line call me to try to troubleshoot it to see if it would improve, but it did not work The up line recommended a three way call with ACN technical support to help with the trouble shooting with no avail and he recommended to cancel the service due to my internet being so slow, he stated that the ACN service would not work properly with satellite internet My brot

I have been a customer for Digital Phone, Internet, Wireless, Electricity and Gas for over two and a half years, and I am very happy with the servicesThe prices are more than competitiveI never got an undesirable surprise on any of my bills
