I actually have many services with ACN from home phone, internet, gas, electricity, and a merchant account for my wife's businessI've been VERY satisfied with the customer service and also my representative during the ordering processIt feels good to know that I am supporting a small independent business owner VS the CEO's and share holders that are already stinking richAlso your project feeding kids charity is a nice bonus for becoming a customerThanks so much for outstanding service

ACN has years partnering up with well known multi-million & multi-billion partners, as well as them having a few of its own exclusive services
The business model is very simple and direct Those IBOs who complain are often the ones that don't "plug in" the system to get themselves trained to succeed
At least of customers are satisfied with services and in some instances, get better customer service through ACN than direct to the company

Service Cancellation/Refund issue
I am writing to file a complaint about ACNI wanted to switch over to their company for cable and telephone serviceOn the 26th of November, someone came to install the cable and only installed the cable and did not even provide us with any explanation on how to use the service, what to expect, or even any login informationwhen asked, he stated that he was only told to run the wiresMy brother had to finish the installationThe following day, when trying to use xxxxx or any other movie site; the movie would be freezing or not playing at allOn the 29th of November, I called xxxxx, the representative for ACN to cancel the service as it was a complete disappointment, he was in xxxxx, Arizona and said that I would need to wait until he was back for to cancelTherefore, I went on line and requested in writing that I wanted to cancel the service and precisely told them to not take any money out the account providedI also sent another email asking
Company withdrew money from my account long after services were canceled for the following monthThey refuse to give me my money back
I purchased services from ACN November 9th Their product was faulty so the following week they had sent out new equipmentI had ten days to cancel service Wifi was not satisfiedThe newlroduct was still faultyThey refuse to refund me cancellation fees which I shoildnt of been charged and continued to withdraw money from my bank account for services and equipment I no loner hadI have shown the receipts of sending equiomentback and payments taken from me long after cancellationI was told I would have all said money returned to me January 8th which they now refuse to give meI want advice on what step's o make next ask wan my monies returnedThis company is scamming people and takingmoney for tings they no longer supply to the customer and refusing to return it

I would like to praise the ACN organization for helping me save money on my home budget our experience with our professional and courteous IBOS was amazing and refreshing in this day and age of scrupulous advertising and bombardment of commercial offers with so much fine printKeep up the good work and in feeding several kids every month by paying my bills
ACN is looking to collect a $debt for a cancelled service years agoNo bills or notifications have been seen until a recent email
Phone service has been cancelled in year Agent cancelling the service offered a complimentary months free trialFollowing the phone call, no further correspondence have been seen between myself and the companyOn August 8t, a bill has arrived for $asking to pay for a service cancelled over years agoUpon speaking to the customer service at ACN I was told that the service has not been properly cancelled and has lapsed after months of non-paymentWhen asked for previous notifications and bills warning of late payments and service detail, the representative could not provide a clear answerFinal statement by the agent was that I am to pay the amount owingI was also told that they will continue billing me for service starting now since they have now made the account active again
This is one of the best opportunities in my life, I saved money with services that I have to pay for rest of my life and it's a perfect opportunity to grow up a business without spending moneyI'll give a perfect future for my family and that's enough for me
I have Been a customer for over years, I started with a old Analog Dial tone, my grandma had the service also, then I upgraded to a Video phone, then to a Digital phoneAnytime I had a question I was able to get someone on the phone ,or get my question answeredI like how they also offer cell phone service with there company Flash Wireless with Verizon or SprintIt great because if you refer people they credit your account in full and pay I'm only responsible for the taxesI have person left to refer before I have a free gig cell phone billAlso as a part time IBO or distributor ,its great to refer people to other services they offer and I can get paid a portion of the bill monthly on a residual basis I have personally met of the owners and have seen them speak in a conference , and they truly are making in a difference and giving back to the community Great company and opportunity ,but it does take hard work and effort .-Thanks

This complaint pertains to account noXXXXXXXXXACN service was connected May 19, The modem and phone device were placed in an inconvenient location (my tenant's bedroom) instead of where I wanted it (in the main hallway on the first floor)The technician said he couldn't connect it anywhere else because I have a finished basement and my tenant's bedroom was the only location that already had a ***I was unable to access my phone and missed some important phone callsThe next day, I sent a chat message to ACN stating that I need to cancel the service because I was unable to open web pages properly (I needed to refresh the pages multiple times before they would open)I and one of my tenants work from home, and a reliable internet connection is indispensable for us so we can workACN was not able to provide oneI switched back to my previous provider on May 26, OUT OF NECE
Contact has a day cancellation periodAfter signing contract, holders went on vacation and were inaccessible for 10+ daysUnable to cancel

1, I have a learning disability so my basic skill are not that great and that also means a very hard lifeAcn created a environment where anyone can be successful
2, With ACN income + ACN free bills service + me being means I can move out of my moms house stress-free and debt free
3, learning from amazing people different in networks from is important in age
