This is my second mortgage through Academy Mortgage is Tacoma. The Loan Agent went above and beyond the call of duty each time and I'm also planning a third. Brenda Leech was my agent and she is outstanding. I've already recommended her to several people.

By far the best experience I've ever had in applying for and processing a home loan. I met our agent by happenstance and he gave a super informative, no-pressure explanation of the products they offer vs those that might not be available from other lenders (banks and credit unions) and what that means for me as a buyer.

From the application to processing paperwork and all the way into closing, Jesse was the most communicative person I've had the privilege to work with. When buying a home you never want to feel like you're in the dark or behind schedule, and with Academy I never once had to worry as I was provided regular updates via email/text/phone calls. Additionally, their online portal for submitting all the necessary forms back and forth is convenient and secure, and helped speed along the otherwise lengthy process.

I would not hesitate to use these guys again and have recommended them to everyone I know who's shopping for a loan.
