Every one at Academy Mortgage that I had an encounter with at Academy Mortgage was very professional and majority of the time communication was timely with just a few exceptions. Donna usually tries to get back to me with answers to my enquires and Kristen was also great the minimal time I communicated with her. Scott was always in the background but never failed to email me when necessary.

Tera D and her team operate with surgical precision. Jenna Provost saved my wife from anxiety attacks by being professional, concise, patient and informative- information lessens her anxiety and Jenna understood this which aided in the process especially when it seem to drag out with no hope. Tera went to bat for us when we didn't close on time and we're so appreciative for all her hard work and impressed with her skill set and professionalism. The process was painless with Academy Mortgage and as first time home buyers it has encouraged us to consider a second purchase in a couple of of years! Thank you Tera, Jenna and team!

We are first time buyers and were fortunate enough to end up working with Brook Trang at Academy. She was always very quick and responsive to any emails we sent and if unable to take my call she would call right back. She was also flexible in times to call and our initial meeting because of my and my husband's work schedule. Her support team specifically Angi was professional and prompt when corresponding and very helpful when I had a question of them. We were so impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and quick turnaround. We will only use Brook and Academy in the future and always recommend to people we know. My wife and I had a truly amazing experience! Derek took the time from the beginning to explain everything in detail in the loan process. Plus he recommended to pay up front PMI which will help us a lot in the future. He also made sure to lock our rate at a great number and even extended it a few days until our home was finished. Daryn also was nice and took several request I made into consideration and got them handled. She is a great sidekick for Derek and made the process smooth. My wife and I are filled with complete excitement as we received our keys. I thank the whole academy mortgage staff for everything they have done!

Pat was always calling me," I need this and that" and made sure the file was ready before going to underwriting. Robert was on top of his game, will send me a detailed video of each step and he was ready to close when I was not ready. Everyone was very friendly and professional.Wonderful experience.
