Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Eric G and his team in Portland Oregon did an outstanding job. They were professional, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. They made the experience as easy as possible. I appreciate the hard work by all parties. I would recommend them to any person who wants an easy process from start to finish for a mortgage.

I have used Wendy W in the past for my first home many years ago. I enjoyed her then and I enjoyed her now as well. Very knowledgable and honest. I greatly appreciate her and Academy Mortgage. My mortgage loan closed within a week of all paperwork being submitted and complete. Above and beyond my expectations.

Overall, we really enjoyed the lending process with Academy Mortgage and Chase W. Chase was very helpful in answering all of our questions and reminding us to stay on top of paperwork. While other people have commented how stressful the buying process was, we did not feel this way with Chase and Academy.

Can’t express how nice it was to have people available on my behalf, even in the final moments at the closing table where I had to get an urgent answer addressed.

By far, the easiest group to work with. I couldn't imagine trying to get through this process with the larger banks. They were very personable and consultative at every step in the process. They will always be my mortgage company for any home purchase.

Charadie came into the picture for my family in the home buying process the day of my loan objection deadline. My previous loan company had been working for two months and the day of my loan objection deadline, they told me that there was a hiccup. I wanted this house and didn't want to back out of the contract, so I went ahead on faith when my realtor mentioned we try Charadie and Academy. I spoke with her that day and knew this was the team who I wanted to give my business to. Charadie had 17 days to close a loan and she did it in 15 days.
