Absolute Garcinia

Review: On 12/26 I ordered Aboslute Garcinia. In the terms and conditions it says you have 14 days to cancel your trial offer after that you will be charged. Ad or terms/conditions doesn't state how much charged. I called on 1/9/15 to cancel my supply thinking that because I received it on 12/31/14 it would be 14days from that date only to be told that the date is calculated from the date that it was ordered. So my argument to them was if that is the case then today 1/9/14 is 14 days from 12/26. Most businesses say by the end of business. Well when I told them that then they tell me that their computer system does not calculate by day it calculates by Hour. (really). I responded by asking, so in your terms and conditions it tells the consumer that your company does not allow time to actually receive product and even thought your terms and conditions and your customer service department representatives tell you that you have 14 days to call and cancel before your account is debited do you think it is legal. So he said he is refunding $65.60 of $87.40 back to my account within 2-3 business days. I was told that they allow 3-5 days for consumer to receive product. If that true why is my account be debited today. Should'nt the 14 days start at least within that time frame. That's when I was told it goes by hours not by days. So if this company processed the charge today on 1/9/15 that is 14days from 12/26/14 and I am calling within 14 days so I am entitled to a full refund. And if they allow 3-5 days for shipment to arrive then I am still entitled to a full refund. This company is crooked and should be stopped.Desired Settlement: I want the remainder of monies that they are keeping $22.00 And this company should be shut down or at lease stop false advertising.
