$87.47 Trans-ID: [redacted]. This complaint is not valid in the fact that the coustmer had already been refunded. This resolution would have been reached on the phone but the customer used profanity toward our reps and then hung up.

I was completely refunded my total amount of $87.47. Although, I was NEVER received a callback, therefore, they were NOT hung up on. Other than that minor difference everything else in acceptable.

At first they said they would put the money back into my accoun, then they said I would receive a check within five to seven business days and I am still waiting. I had talked to them several times at the end of the time frame that they specified and have received nothing to date.

I believe this only happened because I contacted the Revdex.com (Thank you Revdex.com!).
I want to have the final answer as to why I could not be found in your system when I called. There is a reason this happened and I want to know why because I am not the only person who has had this issue. And, I want to know what you are doing to resolve this issue so no one else has to be subjected to this same problem when calling to cancel their automatic subscription.
