Review: I placed an order on 12/27/2014 for Absolute Green Coffee and Absolute Garcinia Cambogia each for a price of 4.95 each. I received one order number [redacted]. My credit card was charged on 12/29/2014. On 12/31/2014 I received one bottle of the Green Coffee with no paperwork in the shipment. I called Customer Service and they were unable to locate me in their records - no name, phone number, address or even the USPS tracking number. As I need to call within 13 days to cancel the automatic shipment and they cannot locate me, my only option is to cancel my credit card.

I would like my 4.95 back on the product I did not receive. Mostly I would like to know that 1) both automatic shipments are cancelled, 2) how they cannot find me in their records and 3) a refund of the 4.95 for the product not received.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that 1) both automatic shipments are cancelled, 2) how they cannot find me in their records and 3) a refund of the 4.95 for the product not received.

Review: Ordered trial Absolute Garcinia on Oct. 6. When you order the original product, you are given a second product, Absolute Green Coffee. Just pay shipping for both. You can cancel within 30 days. Cancelled on Oct 20 by phone and got confirmation email. However, my bank was charged $63.33 for the 2nd product today Nov 7. When I called was told that I should have cancelled the 2nd product separately. WHY??? Products were ordered together. Should be cancelled together but that's part of the sham. Spoke to woman who called herself "Gray" with a foreign accent. After I said I would report them to Revdex.com, Consumer Affairs and blast them on social media (which I did), she said she would refund my money and send email confirmation. As of 1:31 pm I a still waiting for the email and refund. THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $63.33.

Review: I ordered a trial offer for $5.95 . They have charged for my credit card for two months at $87.44 each month. I did not authorize these charges. I called and talked with them after the first charge of $87.44 on 3/17/15. at that time I was Told I would get a full refund . Review: I signed up for a 14-day trial of Garcinia Cambogia, believing that I only had to pay the shipping & handling charge. I then cancelled on the 14th day, and received a cancellation confirmation number. The next day, my bank statement showed a charge of $84.44 and then $87.47 the following day.

I called to get a refund on both charges and was told there were NO REFUNDS on orders who call after the 14 day trial. I called within my time period and have the cancellation email to prove it!!!!Desired Settlement: Absolute Garcinia has a responsibility to give me a full refund!! Had they been forthcoming with all of their billing information, I would have NEVER signed up for the free trial!!

They also have a responsibility to the public to be more clear and precise in their business actions in their advertising and how their billing works. PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE ~ HIDE NOTHING!!!!

Review: Absolute Garcinia offers a free tail offer for there diet pills, when ordering you are under the impression you get to try for a month free. When actually you only get 14 days which starts the day you order. I called to cancel as the product does not work as they advertise! They told me I still had to pay for both bottles which was $175.00. So I called back after thinking about it and then she refunded half the money! If they can refund half, they can give the total back! They are misleading people and taking their money!!Desired Settlement: All my money back as this product is a scam

We see in out records that the purchase date was 10/2/14, on 10/28/2014 at 06:40pm the customer called in wanted to return and refund, mentioning that she has talked to her bank already. We went over the process with her and at that time our agent cancelled all further transactions and offered 50% in which she accepted. $43.74 was applied on that date. Please give a few days to see the transaction post.

Review: First bottle of weight loss product was suppose to be a trial for 5$ . They charge my credit card 87.47 without my consent. Called to get money back, and noticed they had charged me twice. I tried the first bottle and it did not work. Wanted to send back and they said I was passed the time period. How can they not refund the money for un-used product. Review: I purchased the "trial period" of the gacinia pills through a POP UP advertisement on Yahoo.com. I was never directed to the exact website. When I tried to contact the company to cancel my trial, there was no information / address, phone number, company website or even company name within the e-mail confirmation. The only piece of information that was provided to me after I signed up for the trial period was a confirmation of delivery which I paid for. I had no way of calling or even finding the company's information based on the delivery confirmation e-mails I received.

The day after my trial period ended (day 14) I was charged two amounts: one for $87.47 and another for $84.44. At this point I saw through my bank transaction of the two charges the exact contact number to contact the company. I immediately called them and told them that I had no information provided to me to contact and cancel my order. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would not receive a refund. I was then told that they could process a 50% refund of the total cost.

I would like the other half credited to my account in the amount of $85.95. I followed to the best of my ability everything to cancel the trial period based in my trial period with the product, however, there was misleading / lack of any information provided to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $85.95 credited back to my original method of payment on my bank card.

Review: I have communicated with this company's representatives on several different occasions. I informed them that I never received their product. At first they said that they couldn't refund any of my money. After several conversations, they said they would refund 25

% of my money to which I said I wanted 100% of my money back. After a number of conversations with me threatening to get the Revdex.com involved they agreed to refund all of my money. Review: I replied to an add I saw on the sidebar on facebook for Absolute Rejuven Cream and Absolute Derma Serum. Trials were $4.95 and $5.95 respectfully. On November 1, 2014 I sent the company and e-mail (after being on hold for 30-40 minutes and then being disconnected) that stated: "My name is [redacted]. I signed up for a free trial of your products and they were delivered to [redacted] On 10/2/2014 the amounts of $4.95 & $5.95 (which is ALL YOU WERE AUTHORIZED TO TAKE!) were deducted from my checking account. You were not authorized to charge my account for anything but the $5.95 & 4.95 "free" trial. I did not authorize ANY of the charges deducted from my account on 10/14/14 and 10/31/14 (see charges below). If all four (4) of those charges are not reversed IMMEDIATELY I am calling the Revdex.com AND your State Attorney General... I did not authorize either of these charges. 10/14/2014 for $87.47; 10/14/2014 for $89.31; 10/31/2014 for $93.42; 10/31/2014 for $94.26."

Today I go to my online banking and I have two more charges...one for $89.31 and one for $87.47. I called again today and got through. Person on phone states that because I called today and cancelled I will be reimbursed the these two charges (minus a $6.00 restock [baloney!!] fee) but I am out of luck on the four charges in October...because I didn't specifically use the words "cancel my account". I'm no rocket scientist but the words---> "...You were not authorized...for anything but the $5.95 & 4.95 "free" trial...did not authorize ANY of the charges deducted...on 10/14/14 and 10/31/14... If all four (4) ... charges are not reversed IMMEDIATELY... calling the Revdex.com AND your State Attorney General"... scream out CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I feel that at the very least I am due a refund on the two amounts on 10/31/14 as well as today's.Desired Settlement: The total charges on my credit card were $552.14. I feel I should be refunded $364.46 minimum (which is the charges from 10/31/14 and the December charges that I received an RMA number for today). The $6.00 restock fee is highway robbery.

Review: I followed a link to an Absolute Garcenia & Black Tea offer. ALL you had to do was pay $5.95 S&H each to receive a trial bottle. It brought up a box that asked for my name, address, phone number and email address. I had to check a box that stated I was 18 or older and agreed to pay JUST $5.95 per bottle. I checked it. Never did it tell me I would be placed on autoship or be charged $87.47 & $84.44 if I did not cancel after a 14 trial period. I placed the order on 10/22/14 and received the order somewhere around 10/29/14. My account was charged 11/4/14. I am now being told that my 14 days started 10/22 which is not a trial period. That if there was a delayed shipping problem I should have called the company and 3 people, including a manger refused to refund my account $171.92, multiple times, for the product that I do not have, do not want and have not even opened the first bottle. I had no knowledge of any further purchases and did not authorize the additional charges. They are completely unwilling to work with me. I am seeing the money is more important than the customer or their satisfaction. No concern for my dissatisfaction whatsoever. I was also told that it would be a major headache for me if I tried to get my money back. I am a little appalled that they have no concern for taking $171.91 out of someone's account.Desired Settlement: I just want my $171.91 back in my account. I understand that the $5.95 S&H per bottle is mine and I have returned the two unopened bottles to the company per advisement of the start of my claim and that cost is mine as well. Review: I purchased this product as a result of an ad for some on line exercise/training site. After the initial 5.00 chg I began to get regular charges(monthly) on my credit card. When I saw the price go from 5.00 to 87.00 I mmediately cancelled. today I received yet another bottle of this stuff and they will not take it back, and they said I cancelled another product that is with the same scamming company, both of which are one and the same attached to this workout/personal trainer internet site. I have the cancellation number given to me by the rep spoken to and her name. I have notified my personal accounts to dispute any and all charges for this matter. This whole think is underminding and should be put out of business, plus according to consumer alerts they dont put what they say in their product.Desired Settlement: clarify their website to include all correcting pricing and put what they say in their product, better yet go out of business

Review: When I signed up for Absolute Garcinia's 13 day trial I received a call from a customer service representative informing me that they would give me a 21 day trial. However, after 13 days they billed me. When I called and asked why they said that an individual outside their company had called and that person was billing me. When I said "This seems shady and I feel your stealing people's money" the customer service representative responded with "Yep".Desired Settlement: I want my $87.47 refunded.
