Company responded by phone 10/22/15-***Mr*** states that the consumer was refunded all of her money back at the beginning of the month

I feel like I should have been refunded the full amount because of advertising and I return their products, yes I accept the 50% return, because after talking with the customer care representative, I felt like if I didn't accept I would get anything at all

The was just half of what I felt I should get backThey sent this amount because they got nervousI was charged twiceThe first charge was for the original "FREE" sample !! I didn't notice the "FREE" sample charge until I looked at my credit card billWhen I called the company, Absolute Garcinia , and told them I was not satisfiedI thought the first "sample" was freeI sent it back What happened to %customer satisfaction ? It appears that this company can fine me for payment and email but

Company responded via phone as follows:Consumer orginally placed an order in November She then received two shipments in November resulting in charges of $and $94.26.Two shipments in December for charges of $and $and the final two shipments in January for $and
$ The return policy states a 100% refund is only issued if the product is shipped back with in days The consumer did not contact the company for cancellation of her account until April 21, Consumer agreed to accept a 50% refund of the product costs and was refunded $and $for the January shipments. Consumer account is confirmed canceled:Refunds have been issued in the amount of $and the confirmation *** Even though the card is cancelled, the consumer's bank will still receive the refund for the consumer

We looked into this complaint. We see in out records that the purchase date was 10/2/14, on 10/28/2014 at 06:40pm  the customer called in wanted to return and...

refund, mentioning that she has talked to her bank already. We went over the process with her and at that time our agent cancelled all further transactions  and offered 50% in which she accepted. $43.74 was applied on that date. Please give a few days to see the transaction post.
