To Whom It May Concern,Please find attached the final receipt and invoice I received from Ability Recovery Services. I withdraw my request for a refund because I didn't actually pay any more than my debt required. I do ask, however, that Ability never contact me again about this matter. If what Ability says is true and they can't find the payments, I am not responsible. I did my part. If what they say is not true and they received payment, I'm still not responsible or liable for their dishonesty. Ability has done nothing to prove I owe anything. I am rejecting this response because:as stated in the previous complaint, the "breakdown of charges" that was sent doesn't explain how there is a balance of $977 owed when the difference between the payments received and the charges is less than $30. Therefore, this breakdown is not a sufficient indication of the amount owed. Furthermore, as shown in the breakdown these are charges from 2008, so how are they able to report this debt on my credit afrer 7 years?
