April 12, 2016. In so doing, you checked a box that affirmed you had read and agreed to the [redacted].com Terms of Use (“Contract’’). That check of the box, and your clicking the send button, constituted your E-signature and agreement to the terms of the Contract. E-signatures have been legally binding and enforced for years.Pursuant to the Contract, you agreed to pay [redacted] a fee equal to 15% of the amount of unsecured credit successfully obtained for you. You also agreed to pay fees for those applications that you sabotaged or abandoned. I have enclosed a copy of the Contract for your review.
