For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Problem: I ordered custom shades in my kitchen to block out the sun, not for decorative purposesThe shades do NOT solve the sun issue, at allWhether the shades were measured incorrectly, or the design of installation is incorrect- they do not accomplish the reason I ordered such expensive, custom-made shadesThe contract states not cancelable, etc., HOWEVER- that doesn't mean I have to accept a faulty shade, especially at this priceI was willing to have them re-make them- to correct the issue- but there is no common ground or compromiseThey want me to pay for a product that does not function as they statedThe design consultant- assured me the sun would be blocked out!! I've disputed with my credit card company which is uselessIf need be, I will retain an attorneyDesired Outcome: To have a representative from Day Blinds, come and measure and plan correct installation

Worst experienceThe measurements for the window treatments that they took were incorrect and the item they mailed was incorrectSome portions of the window treatment could not even be installedI asked them to retrieve their products and disputed partial payment with my credit card (which was in my favor) because they declined to give me a refundNow day blinds is harassing me and sent the claim to debt collection for an even larger sum than I disputed
We apologize for the experience thusfar, but we are determined to make it right. We will continue to stay in contact with the customer until all issues have been resolved, and will discuss compensation with the customer at that time

Our complaint against 3-Day Blinds (complaint #[redacted]) is still not resolved. They contacted us after we opened the complaint with you and sent someone out to our home, That technician, Al, fixed one of the three blinds and took the other two, stating that they were too bad to repair and that he was requesting replacement. After the blinds were shipped back to our home, I contacted 3-Day multiple times in order to get a tech out to install the replacement blinds. Finally they sent someone ([redacted]) yesterday, 12/10/16. When he tried to hang them, one of them worked and the other one was completely broken at the top. They hadn't replaced them, they "repaired" them and clearly it didn't work. [redacted] took pictures and called their California headquarters, telling them they needed to actually replace both of those blinds, the reason being that they no longer manufacture the same head rail, and these two blinds hang side by side in the master bedroom. He stated that I should receive a call from the California office that same day. No call was received. I am tired of getting the run-around from 3-Day Blinds. Anything you can do to expedite this is greatly appreciated.

I used this company about 5 years ago and had no issues. 3 days exactly and had my blinds and was happy. thought we would use them again this year to finish more windows out. Well, its been hell since day one. July 2015 called to have someone come out and provide a quote. Told her that we were having new windows placed in home and would call as soon as were installed. Not reshaping just replacement.
Called her in early August along with emails and to please have windows made so they could be installed as soon as possible. Aug 20, 2015 called to let her know we would need windows installed within 3 days or sooner since I was trying to paint rooms after installation. I have to remeasure them. What? No, not required because not changing window size. Had me sign contract without explaining that by giving her a check as down payment, that I was giving this business complete access to my checking account. Never would have given a check to her if I had known they use ACH access. They withdrew more than what I had written my check for. Told her I would not pay balance until satisfied with product. Well, we just now have the right products with right valance on all windows. This has dragged on since Aug and we are now 3 1/2 months later. We have had 5 deliveries and from too short of 2 blinds, wrong valance in master bed window that has 3 windows. Then, wrong length width 4 times and wrong surface finish. The delivery company never placed packages on my front porch. Always in the yard far away from door and twice against my garage door. If we had not heard a truck, would never had known there was a box. Not a place you can see a package being placed. Now they want the full balance in to access my account which they have been told 3 times they do not have authorization to access. Just need some help with this, as far as I'm concerned the balance should be considered paid in full considering the nightmare we have been through with 5 different times making sure were home for installation and replacing the wrong product each time.

no, I do not want or need the blinds now....I had out of town guests coming in and needed it when I ordered it....
I do not want or need it now....I doubt if they have my signature...as I do not see it on my copy of the invoice....
we have gone over all of this with 3 day blinds and still believe I do not have to pay for something that was not installed per agreement...
I will be glad to post all this to face book or contact a TV station that talks about consumer problems and taking advantage of the elderly.
I want them to credit my [redacted] card of the amount of the blinds not delivered or installed.

I do not want the blinds installed now....I already had my daughter purchase inexpensive window coverings and she put them up.
I feel it is false advertising to promise service in 3 days when they knew the pkg was too large to ship with the other blinds and i
should have been told that up front when I ordered the blinds.
also, I asked rep to explain the contract and this was not mentioned.
I want a refund for the blind not delivered per contract.

I [redacted] wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, [redacted] consider this complaint resolved.I sent an email to [redacted] with pictures since of the cornices that were shipped to me as the order was not correct. I received 2 and should have received 3, plus I had no idea where one of them was going to be placed.
As long as I receive all 8 cornices for my windows in white, they get installed properly and my kitchen windows are corrected, I [redacted] be satisfied with 3 Day Blinds and the complaint can be closed.

This is a true bait and switch, offer a package with one price and then say something was not included and there's an upcharhe. If they can complete the package as promised, please provide a full refund and take your product back, we do not require it.

Worst experience ever!! Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company. I never give bad reviews but this company deserves a 0. Poorest customer service ever. They advertise that they're all about customer satisfaction and accurate measurements which is a lie. The sales rep ordered the wrong roman shades for us and gave wrong measurements so our order was totally all wrong. She gave us outside mounts instead of inside mounts and our roman shades are short. Not to mention, their installers even claim they messed my order with the measurements and so did the 2nd sales rep. All I wanted for them to do is to combine my order and give me credit so I can get what I originally paid for but they claim that they couldn't because it was part of their policy so I had to reselect for each order they screwed up on and they'd give me 30% off. That's comparison to going to a dealer and buying a Mercedes but them giving you a honda and if you want what you originally ordered you'd have to eat that first order they screwed up yet they'll give you 30% off. How do you do business like that? Save the headache and stay away from them!!! They're evil and I've been fighting with them for over 1 1/2 month and still nothing has been done.

A claim aim was made that the order was delivered to the installer. I have not heard from them even though I left three messages with them yesterday.
I am expecting to be refunded for the product that has still not shipped in addition to the installation fees. I have yet to have anybody from the company follow through on a correspondence with me.

As of this morning, I am notifying Revdex.com of San Diego that 3 Day Blinds has refunded the amount to my Visa of $2966.55. I appreciate Revdex.com writing to 3 Day Blinds (even if they didn’t receive it yet) as it pushed the company to refund my money quickly.
