Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOur complaint against 3-Day Blinds (complaint # [redacted] ) is still not resolved They contacted us after we opened the complaint with you and sent someone out to our home, That technician, Al, fixed one of the three blinds and took the other two, stating that they were too bad to repair and that he was requesting replacement After the blinds were shipped back to our home, I contacted 3-Day multiple times in order to get a tech out to install the replacement blinds Finally they sent someone (***) yesterday, 12/10/ When he tried to hang them, one of them worked and the other one was completely broken at the top They hadn't replaced them, they "repaired" them and clearly it didn't work [redacted] took pictures and called their California headquarters, telling them they needed to actually replace both of those blinds, the reason being that they no longer manufacture the same head rail, and these two blinds hang side by side in the master bedroom He stated that I should receive a call from the California office that same day No call was received I am tired of getting the run-around from 3-Day Blinds Anything you can do to expedite this is greatly appreciatedThank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Salesperson from Day Blinds (3DB) did not leave 3rd page of contract with me (3rd page is where 3DB says I signed off on light gaps along side of shade up to 1" wide)I do not recognize my initials on the 3rd page and my wife and I would not have agreed to 1"gap along side of window covering3rd page of contract (the page we did not get) has time stamp of 20:10: First two pages of attached contract and our copy of contract (that salesperson left with us is time stamped 16:17:34) Seems odd that we did not get 3rd page and there is hour difference in time stamp between first two pages and 3rd page 3DB should have been certain to leave me entire copy of contract with us instead of coming up with 3rd page when there are disputed itemsSalesperson indicated to us that the blinds would provide adequate privacy in closed position We request full refund and removal of shades by 3DB

They can deposit the total cost of the blinds plus instalation fees back into the same account used to pay Regards, [redacted]

It has been a nightmare dealing with day Blinds and their subcontractor Roadrunner Shutters and FurnitureShutters were ordered on 6/22/- they came out and remeasured times after the initial measure - and still when they came out the french door shutter was measured incorrectly and they weren't able to install it or two windows with arches (which they had remeasured three times!) Here I am months later, without the shutters, they charged my credit card a month and a half ago for the full price and they just keep passing blame to each otherThey promised an install on 9/21, rescheduled to 10/and then just didn't bother to show or callWhen you call Roadrunner, you just get put in an endless telephone loop to press one for customer serviceNever dealt with a company with such poor customer service

This customer has been in contact with customer care leadership regularly and a resolution is in process. Attached is a copy of the original invoice,... complete with signature and initials next to the disclaimer about light gaps of up to 1in on this product. Customer was shown samples of the material at time of sale, clearly displaying opacity levels of selected material. Length of product and tightness of closure are not objectively listed on the contract so as a gesture of good faith a repair/reselection of product already ordered or a full reselection have been offered. This has been documented on case number [redacted]

Getting SPAM e-mails that will not stop Sometimes 20+ a day Their CS will not give me their corporate number Who want to do business with a company that will not give out their number?

They state, given the shade and material, it blocks a percentage of the sunlight This is totally false., and the sale person guaranteed that the sun would be blocked out of my kitchen- to me that represents advertising The reason I do not answer their calls or e-mails, the only resolution they have offered, (numerous times) is for me to pay for the shades $1400, and then they will make new shades for a discount- now 50%I do NOT intend on paying for anything and would appreciate the removal of their sub-standard product ASAPI'm tired of their ploys and getting frustrated at their offerThey are not reputable, and change the words around to try to defend themselves- they are nothing but thieves.

It has been over weeks of the order cancellation without receiving any products from 3Day Blinds I haven't gotten my money backI am left in the dark by this company, don't know the solution to get money back
I met with 3Day Blinds Sales representative at our house to get the quote for our windows treatment in family room and we agreed to make a purchase, we made a payment 40% (1,USD) of total amount on Fri Jul 1,
Sun 7/3/I sent e-mail and called the 3Day Blinds Salesman to cancel the order and didn't get the response
Tue 7/5/8:26AM Called the Salesman, he answered and already acknowledge the cancellation of the order and will call back shortlyHe never called back
Tue 7/5/Called Customer service representative about order cancellationHe sent out the e-mail to the Salesman to void out the order.The Customer Service Reptold me that the Salesman should contact me back within 24Hrs but he never did
Wed 7/6/1,USD was withdraw from my bank accountI sent e-mail to both Salesman and Customer service why they did withdraw money out from my bank account because I already cancelled it
The Salesman did response "It has to post first then we can refund it"
How is it legal for the company to pull money out from the customer if the order already got cancelled?
Thu 7/7/I sent them e-mail again "any update"They replied it will take 5-business days to refund
I wait wait wait
Fri 7/15/7days after order cancellationHaven't seen any refund from 3Day BlindsI contacted customer service again they filed the CASE number and promised to follow up the issue and expedite the refund process and promised to called me on Mon 7/18/But they never called me
Tue 7/19/Contacted customer service againThey checked the issue status and told me that "the order is still in proposal and it has not been pushed throughOn our end, the payment shows that it was voided and should have not been posted to your account" But they did pull money out from my accountI sent them the bank statement to show them the transactionThey promise that the accounting department will contact me back within 24Hrs

Day Blinds stands by the offer to honor an additional 10% discount off a quote from another company should it be providedAs *** *** is owned by Day Blinds it is not another company and any pricing from them can not be counted towards this offerIn addition, the price of $was
based off an estimate and did not meet the original qualification agreed upon by the customer.
The qualification set forth in the original dispute by the customer is: "an actual quote by another company."
An estimate by a 3DB subsidiary does not meet either of the qualifications set forth by the customer complaintNo charge has been made to the customer at this time.
If a quote, not an estimate, is provided from a company not a part of Day Blinds the 10% discount will be honored by Day Blinds
