My claim was approved but never paid since the beginning of July 2019.
After months of chasing down customer service (early July 2019), that keeps hanging up, and not returning calls, they finally got around to approving my claim (CFLXXXXXXXX) and told me they would send a check on July 31, it is now Sept 3rd and I have yet to see a check or be able to get an answer of where it is.
Please send my claim check.

I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Windhaven Insurance to confirm the address (which was correct whenever bills were being sent). I waited until today 9/13/19 to confirm if indeed the check was mailed and nothing has arrived yet.

I had an accident July 27 Here it is August 31 and they still have not given the collision center and Ok.
I had an accident July 27 it took them two weeks just to get back with me to check my car so I can take it to the collision center. When the insurance company gave me the OK to take it to the collision center I sent it that day. I have called the insurance company the collision center has called the insurance company and emailed them and we have not gotten it response back to get in OK to fix my vehicle. Now I pay windhaven for auto insurance and I should get the service I pay them for. I should be all most on the road by now. I didn't had to wait for this long when I have an accident with another insurance company and the damage was worse than this damage I need fix. They're dragging their feet with my car but I bet you they won't there money when it's due and they supposed to be working for me. They know I'm paying for a rental car and it seem like they start dragging their feet even more.
I just want them to give the collision center and Ok to fix my car. I do believe the insurance company should refund me something back because of the long process they have taken me through on the agents voicemail he specifically says that He contacts people back the same business day if it's before 11 o'clock and if you call after two he'll call you back the next business day before 11 o'clock but I have not gotten any response anytime I've called and the same thing with the collision center he told me that he has not gotten a response back from the insurance company so that's why they have not fixed my car

The claim was reported as an intersection loss caused by the other driver.
Upon investigation, coverage was clear and payment for the estimated repairs was issued to the complainant's shop of choice.
The complainant's shop of choice presented a supplement for additional damages, two weeks after the claim was settled. A reinspection was conducted, and the vehicle has been deemed a total loss.
The file has been transferred to our total loss department to handle to conclusion. Once reviewed and all needed paperwork is received, the total loss claim will be settled accordingly.

Filed a claim against their insured person. Can't get calls returned and we are now on the 4th excuse as to why they are denying the claim.
On June 23, 2019 a Windhaven insured person used their truck to steal my vehicle. During the process they did extensive damage to my vehicle using a chain/strap of some kind.
Their insured was caught shortly after and charged with 2nd degree felony theft. Bonded out a day later at $25000. We obtained their information and filed the claim against their vehicle insurance (Windhaven) since they used their vehicle to do the damage.
First excuse was the policy is limited and he was not listed on his wife's policy. She was with him the entire time during all of this (although they haven't charged her with theft which they should).
Moved on from that excuse to Windhaven saying that they have been unable to reach their insured and would deny the claim if they ***'t hear back from their customer.
3rd excuse was their insured said they have a video of me doing the damage. That fell through because it doesn't exist so on to the final excuse.
4th excuse was we gave them permission to hook their truck to our vehicle. This was never the case and if that were true there would not have been a felony theft charge after they left the property with my vehicle.
There are 2 documented police reports and a 3rd part witness to the entire event. The sheriffs department has asked that Windhaven call them to clarify the event. Windhaven has yet to reach out to them.
We have left countless messages over the last 2 weeks and can't get anyone to give us a call back. This has been going on for over 2 months now. How this company can remain in business is beyond me. They have been completely unreasonable by changing excuses as to why they want to deny coverage. They are doing everything they can to make up excuses to relieve them of their responsibility!
We need the insurance company to uphold their coverage instead of lying and overlooking the facts to deny coverage.
To whom it may concern, we are in receipt of your correspondence. This claim was initially reported as a theft performed by our insured. Theft in any form by our insured is not covered under the policy. Once we advised the complainant of the lack of coverage, the narrative changed and they stated our insured damaged their ATV while assisting them in towing it from the mud. Our claim investigation determined that two other parties assisted the complainant in towing their ATV and as such, it cannot be determined which towing party caused the damages. This coupled with the fact that the claimant willingly accepted our insured's help and as such knowingly and voluntarily assumed the risk of harm from towing the ATV from the mud. The complainant had actual knowledge of the risk, accepted the risk, and the nature of towing had the possibility of some damage being caused to the ATV. Thank you for allowing us to respond

This is false. The narrative has never changed from the day I personally filed the claim with your office. We never asked for you to cover theft, only the damage that was caused before they left the property with the vehicle. Neglecting to review all of the information provided on the case and follow up with the 3rd party witness has misled you.
From this point forward my contact with Windhaven will be through my attorney. I look forward to giving Revdex.com an update in the months to come!
According to the police report there is a witness, however, there is no indication whether the witness actually saw the ATV being pulled form the mud or merely saw the ATV being loaded on the trailer. There is only an address for the witness, no contact numbers.
On 08/16/19, the supervisor spoke to Ms. and Ms. advised she had the witness's phone number and would call back with the phone number. Ms. never provided the witness's phone number and only provided the detective's contact information, which we already had.
We have received correspondence from an attorney for the ***'s and will further communicate through the attorney regarding this loss.
I made a payment on my policy. The next payment was not due until September but they cancelled my policy and would not reinstate.
I was told by a Windhaven rep that I needed to learn how to pay my bills when I called to inquire how my policy could be cancelled 10 days after making a payment. I left several messages and the rep did not call me back. When I called the 800 number, I was told that I had to talk to my individual rep in order to reinstate. After completely being disrespected, he hung up and now the company refuses to allow me to reinstate the policy even though it technically said my next payment was not due for another week. They also told me my license was suspended and I checked the DMV records and do not show anything of the sort. How can this company steal my money and not provide the services I have paid for?
I would either like my money back or to reinstate the policy. I was involved in an accident 2 years ago and Windhaven was the policy holder of the at fault driver. They refused to fix my car. I only chose to go with them because they were the cheapest. Since the accident, I have had a hard time getting my finances back in order due to the total loss of my car at the fault of the other driver and Windhaven refusing to repair it.

Car was hit by a Windhaven insured, they have acted in bad faith and failed to return calls or respond to emails and unilaterally undervalued claim
I have been trying for several months to work with Windhaven. Their insured hit my vehicle and was entirely at fault. First they denied, then agreed, but failed to return dozens of calls and emails. I sent them estimate, asked if I needed other quotes or to go to their body shop. I explained it was time sensitive as it was a lease and due to my son traveling out of state with the care needed to be fixed. I called, emailed, and tried desperately to get a response. I told them the car must be fixed and was told to do it and pay for it they would send a check. They unilaterally sent a check for FAR less than I paid. They never saw the vehicle and sent me their "estimate" after I put the car in the shop at their direction. They say the calls are recorded so I encourage someone to listen and I have many emails. This company acted in bad faith and was unethical in their handling of the claim.
They need to cover the entire repair.

The approved estimate had the amount, and instructions on what to do should her body shop need a supplement. It also specifically stated that no additional amounts would be paid without prior inspection and approval. Without being able to see that additional repairs were needed, the estimate Windhaven provided appears fair and represents the damages visible on the complainants vehicle. Worst fly by night insurance company that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They hardly ever answer their phones and when they do its extremely rude employees that can not answer any questions and will mouth off and hang up.

My Policy was Canceled without prior notice
Windhaven canceled my car insurance policy because my credit card declined. My credit card was stolen so I ordered a new one and forgot to update the information on the app.
Windhaven canceled my policy without sending a warning. I called my agency and they confirmed that no warning was sent to me either via street mail or email.
I have been driving without insurance since the 5th of August 2019. If I had gotten into an accident during the period after 8 would be in huge trouble.
I want windhaven to re-install my policy and maintain my rate as it was priory to this incident.

Unfortunately, Mr. failed to make the payment on 7/17/19 and his policy cancelled as indicated on the notice effective on 8/5/19.

I was involved in an accident with a Windhaven insurance member Dec 2018, August 2019 and my claim has still not been resolved or damages paid for
I was rear-ended by a Windhaven insurance member on Dec 5, 2018. I called Windhaven immediately to get the claims process started, I was told by the adjuster assigned to me that since there were 4 people involved in the accident if any of the other people chose to use their own insurance the process would take a few months to resolve. It is now Aug 21, 2019 and I haven't been able to receive a call back or email response from my adjuster concerning the progress of my claim or getting my percentage portion of my damages reimbursed to me. Their member was the at fault driver and this process should never have been this delayed. I've had friends in accidents where their car was determined to be totaled and that insurance company had a settlement decided, the car towed and settlement check mailed in a matter of 72 hours. So Windhaven wants me to believe that since they are waiting for another insurance company to resolve the claim for the others that were involved in the accident and their cars were totaled that this process should be taking 9 months or more?
I would like an actual response from Windhaven with resolution of my claim and payment of my portion of the damages to my car from their member.

I have been dealing with winhaven for 6 months with *** and *** and they have not settled my claim.
I have been dealing with *** and *** at winhaven for almost six months to get my total car picked up in my settlement check she even sent me an email saying she would compensate me for the time that it's taken and they have not responded to any emails hardly or any phone calls at all. We called the insured again to review the process. Our estimate was $1789.87, after her agreed upon deductible of $1,000.00, her policy paid the amount due of $789.87. Ms. should not have been out any more than the $1,00.00 deductible she agreed to when purchasing her policy. We trust this clarifies this issue.
Incorrect information given via company representatives caused my policy to be cancelled.
On three different occasions, I was given incorrect information via the representatives from Windhaven insurance which in turn caused my insurance policy to be cancelled without my knowledge.
I would like the company to correct the mistakes that were made on the part of the representatives who repeatedly gave me incorrect information.
At new business, the policy was bound with proof of prior discount. The discount proof was not received, and the discount was removed increasing the policy premium. Insured contacted Windhaven inquiring about the increase we reviewed policy with insured and discussed we need the proof of prior proof to return the discount to the policy. Please be advised to contact your agent if the discount was included in error due to application contract was signed with the discount included.
I filed a claim against a Windhaven policy holder who hit my car on July 3, 2019. I only spoke with the adjuster once and have not received updates.
Only July 3, 2019 a Windhaven Insurance policy holder hit my car. I called the insurance company immediately and filed the claim. I was not able to get a hold of the adjuster to give my statement until July 11, 2019. I have contacted the claims adjuster many times and have not received a response about my car rental reimbursement.
I have been dealing with Windhaven Insuance since July 3, 2019. After one month, the company finally admitted fault on their policy holder behalf. It took an additional month to receive the check and another additional month for them finally to approve a car rental during the time my car was going to be in the shop for repairs. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks. Dominique stated to email her the invoice of the car rental and then I will receive reimbursement shortly after. It has been 3 weeks since I submitted the invoice for the car rental. I have emailed her numerous times and called her. I have not received any acknowledgement that she received the car rental invoice or processed the reimbursement for it. I am getting tired of constantly calling and having no response. I just want to be reimbursed the $463.61 Enterprise charged me.

A supplement was received from the complainants repairer and final payment was issued direct to the shop and rental reimbursement was overnighted to the complainant with no further actions needed at this time.

Account cancelled without warning.
I recently got insured with windhaven, it has been the worst mistake in my life. They are extremely rude within the customer service department and just unprofessional throughout. The cancelled my account without any notice due to a "late" payment. But last month (June 24th) was my pay date now they state that it changed to (July 12) again without reaching out to me and informing me of such. They are trying to charge me for reinstatement when clearly this was a company error. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like to go with another company with better service. Everytime I contact them via phone I am in complete disbelief of how rudely the treat me, especially paying faithfully every month $333 and this horrible service.
I would like the account to be cancelled with no further charges from this business as I would like to take my valued business elsewhere. My fiance is the primary account holder and his name is Pablo Luciano, he is here with me and would also like the same he does not want to have to pay further down the line for such horrendous services.

I have had Windhaven Insurance since Oct 2017. Ever since I have them every month I pay more than one hundred dollars, but not the same amount. During the month of April 2018 I was hit and during the end of the year I started to received bills from different lab. I started paying the bills monthly,cause I didn't want my credit to go bad, but I was thinking Why do I have car insurance 'if I have to pay bills when someone crashes into me. The first bill was for 398.06 on Sept 07, 2018,then it went up to 1,307.36 then 1,529.61. The last bill was for 1,282.36 These bills are for xray taken at Advance Diagnostic . I called Windhaven and I was transfer from one person to the other until finally one told me that she would be calling me back, and never heard from her again. I spoke to another person and he gave me a number where I didn't get a whole from no one. I finally send a letter and no body has answered me back. I need someone to get this straighten out and refund the money I have paid already. I have also recieved bills from Simon Med Imaging Florida This lab send me a bill for 199.02 and I paid some of it cause of my credit, but these bills belong to my insurance company because someone hit me, and that's why I have insurance. Im tired of the run around, and want someone to speak to me.

Please allow this to serve as Windhaven Insurance Company's follow up response to the above reference request for service. Windhaven has afforded coverage for this Personal Injury claim and has paid all of the medical bills that have were received and owed as per the medicare fee schedule after applying the $1,000 deductible. The PIP benefits have also been exhausted after paying her full $10,000.00 in Personal Injury Protection benefits as of 9/4/18. An outbound call has been made to Ms. Martinez on July 31, 2019 and we explained the above. Her claims rep explained that the outstanding balances may be her $1,000 deductible and the other 20% co-pay that PIP does not cover.
Payments were on time up until June and my insurance was cancelled for nonpayment and was never notified of it.
Car insurance. Can provide info when I hear from someone.
Credit my payment to July and keep insurance active.

UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE & NO CONTACT FROM COMPANY!
I am writing on behalf of an attorneys office. I have been calling for two weeks straight, everyday, several times a day trying to get through to a *** @ XXX-XXX-XXXX and I am NEVER able to reach anyone and I have left numerous messages with no return calls. There was a PIP suit filed and it was sent to litigation and we have not heard from anyone regarding the status of the PIP suit since January. I NEED FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME SO I CAN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! THIS IS HOLDING UP THE CLIENT"S SETTLEMENT!
I am seeking that the PIP suit that is in question be closed by issuing the PIP benefits to the providers and closing the claim.
Two providers were resolved in litigation, however one ER related bill was overlooked and was unprocessed. Upon speaking to Ms. regarding her complaint, she was advised that all medical bills received had been processed. A copy of the pip log was emailed to her. Ms. questioned a hospital bill, however Windhaven was not in receipt of same. She was asked to submit the hospital bill for review and consideration. Ms. submitted what was in her possession, an invoice/statement sent to *** patient Lizbeth Quiroz. Windhaven contacted the hospital to obtain a proper bill, UB92 on two separate occasions, being advised that the medical bill would be forwarded to Windhaven once the hospital auto billing department reviewed the request. A follow up call to the hospital was placed on 8/8/19 in the afternoon hours to provide Ms. fax number, per Ms. request so that the hospital bill could be expedited. Ms. fax was provided to the hospital, however the hospital responded that it could take seven days for the medical bill to be faxed. We have maintained open communication with Ms. as to our actions to bring this claim to resolution.

They are now stating that they will not fix the front glass without deductible amount of $662.00 Per FL statue 627.7288 FL Law requires the insurance company to repair the windshield with no deductible or for free.
I have spent over $800.00 for a rental car since reporting this claim. I would like to have my windshield repaired and at least half my rental money refunded.

I have not received anything from this insurance they are refusing to abide by the law. They are stating that since both the front and back were damaged they are not responsible for the front windshield. Florida statue clearly states that the insurance must pay for the damaged windshield and the rear windshield is subject to deductible. I have already replaced the back windshield and no glass shop will allow me to pay them front because then they would have to fight with this insurance company.

I was involved in an accident with a windhaven insured on 05/01/19. As of 07/19/19 I have yet to receive a settlement offer from Windhaven.
I was involved in a car accident with a Windhaven insured driver. The accident occured on 05/01/19. I made the claim on 05/02/19 sent pictures. then around 05/10/19 the adjuster at the time asked me to take the car to a body shop to inspect the damages and if there was nothing more start repairs. On 05/20/19 the body shop sends me an email stating that the car has been declared a total loss. I called Ms Spence to seek advise on how to proceed. She tells me that she is not aware of the total loss declaration. I wait a week and call Ms. Spence then she says that, the total loss dept will get in touch with me about the settlement. I called Windhaven again then the new adjuster is a Ms. Bearkat and she says they can not give me a settlement offer until they receive the damages on the 3rd vehicle involved in the accident. I have called Ms. Bearkat several times to resolve this issue and either she gives me the same answer or does not return my calls. Today 07/19/19 I received a "notice of sale of motor veicle to satisfy possesory lien" in which it states that I need to pay $2640.00 in storage fees before 08/15/19 or they will auction off my car. I in good faith believed that they would do the right thing.
I would like 1st. to get my car fixed or receive a fair price on the car. And since they had all the information ready since the end of may to pay the 2640 for storage due to theur lack of responce.

All indications are that the damages for the two damaged cars will exceed the available policy limit of insurance to pay the full value of each. Because of this, we must wait until the full claimed amount from both parties are presented in order to make pro-rata settlement offers. Unfortunately, Windhaven cannot control the speed to which all damages are presented by others.
The "notice of sale of motor vehicle to satisfy possesory lien" the consumer received is not from Windhaven insurance.

To this day I have yet to receive written notification on the status of claim. I have released the vehicle to Windhaven and they will not receive it. I have never received instruction on how to proceed. now my car will be auctioned off by 8/15/19 for storage fees accrued from their lack of action and communication. I am a victim of their policy holder and have not had a car since the 05/09/19.
I ask for the payment of the storage fees plus the value of the car. before the auction date.
