took out a 50 year old bathtub an installed a new shower in my mother's bathroom. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. With an older home no work is ever straight forward. He had a challenging scenario, and handled issues with ease and smiles! My mom loves her new shower, and the difference to the bathroom is incredible. We would use Bryton's- and ***- to remodel again without any hesitation! Wish they did kitchens! ;)

Pleased from start to finish. The salesperson that came to our home, ***, was so helpful with decisions on which products/colors/etc. to choose. Yes, they do expect you to sign a contract on the same day as the salesperson comes to your home. If you're just kicking tires on your project, then be prepared to lose out on the instant savings. After placing our order, we received a call within a few days to provide us with an install date. Two supervisors came to the house the following week to reconfirm the order, recheck the measurements done on the sales day, and review the worksite. We wanted to use a shower product that is not normally offered, and *** was more than willing to accommodate that request. There was a slight upcharge for this, but we were Ok with it. On install day, *** showed up promptly. We reviewed the job again and off to work they went. About 4hrs later, we noticed that the job was missing a key thing that we had wanted; a soap wall across the back of the shower. We put a stop to the work and *** called his supervisor. It seems there was a mix-up somewhere and some needed materials were not given to ***, so he wasn't aware that the soap wall was supposed to be included in the project. Oops! After a few phone calls to supervisors and some discussions with us, we were offered a discount to have the project completed that day, as-is. We decided not to take that offer; we wanted the shower done as we had agreed upon. *** let us know that he would come back one week later to finish the project, and that was Ok with us; we had other bathrooms in the house that we could use. So the work stopped and shower tub was taken up off the floor (thankfully the glue was not dry yet). Everything was cleaned up nicely and we stored the materials in the bathroom and some bigger items in our garage. Next week, *** was right on schedule and completed the job as promised. I was disappointed that it took 2 visits to complete the work, but all of Bryton's employees wanted to do everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers, and that's what mattered most to us. We are pleased with our new shower. We would not hesitate to have them back to do our other bathrooms, and would recommend them to our friends.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with the project that Bryton's completed in our home this week. Our installer, ***, was expectational! He was very professional, respectful, and concerned about ensuring the work was done correctly and timely. I was a manager for many years at our local hospital. I would have loved to have *** as an employee!

Brytons installed my shower a few days ago. We ordered a shower with a seat built in, and at first they showed up with a shower without the seat, but they were able to get the one with the seat before the end of the day and install it. They had come to our house and took the order initially. They did not tell us that the back of the shower with the seat was raised compared to the rest of the shower floor, so the floor has a raised area near the seat and door, not something you want with mobility issues. Also they got cheap on the inside glass door and left a knob instead of a handle/towel bar on the inside of the door. In addition, when we tried to clean the glass doors, we had to use a skill knife to get the glue spots off of them, and despite multiple efforts to clean them with various cleaners, we are left with streaked doors, which will take a long time to resolve, if it ever does. It is our opinion that they use substandard materials, and they were not careful in handling the doors during the installation. We would not recommend them. Mr. & Mrs. - ***, NC

installed our shower today and we love it. He did a super job in such a short period of time.
We can't wait to use it. It looks really fresh and clean. It definitely updates our bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised that *** finished as early as 3:00 p.m. I told him that he must be very experienced. We could tell that he definitely knew what he was doing.

& *** came to my house in Greenville, NC Monday morning on the date we had set up a month or so ago. They finished my bathroom by 1:30 Thursday. Awesome job. I am a builder an was amazed at what the did in that amount of time. Total bathroom gut job. Thank you both and thank you Brytons. Very happy customer.

I will try this one more time. We had a tub to shower conversion. *** our installer was great. He worked fast and by the end of the day he was finished. He left the bathroom clean when he finished. Our shower was beautiful. We were very pleased with it.

HE IS A GREAT PERSON AND A TRUE MECHANIC. I WISH I HAD MEN LIKE HIM WHEN I HAD MY ELECTRICAL BUSINESS IN VIRGINIA. HE DESERVES MORE THAN THE $20 BONUS THIS SHOULD GET HIM.
