We had Westshore re-do our bathroom. They put in the shower, but put the handle close to the tub entrance. We called them about putting a sliding glass door on our shower. They told us they can't because the handle is to close to the tubs entrance. So, as of now we can't put a sliding door on. To take the handle off it would leave holes and kill the warranty. We were told we would have to put on a pivot glass door that opens outward.. They could fix it if they wanted to, but chose not to. Now, we asked for a windows quote. $20, 686. To much for windows in my book. Can't afford to go in debt at my age. Looking else where.

the installers were great, clean and done on time. the problem I have is with the materials. our old shower had a 34" x 54" base. they took over 2 months to get the materials and low and behold, when all was done the new base was only 32". so the drain didn't line up right and had to be "jerry rigged". then the faucet handle has no pressure control. either on or off. it also seems they have some kind of safety measure in that water control that keeps you from putting on full hot, which is how I take my showers. we spent over 9500 dollars for a plain white44 shower without shower doors and without a shower head with a hose. just a plain shower head. they said the fancy one would be another 500, yet I got one from aqua care with the 6 foot hose and all the settings you could ask for plus a pressure wash setting to clean your shower for 39 bucks, lifetime warranty. not one thing they did was better than the old shower except for the lack of seams and to the ceiling walls. would I recommend them for your shower or bath remodel. hell no. also there was never a follow up from the salesman to see if we liked our shower. about 2 weeks after I signed up for the remodel, I changed my mind and they came over to cancel the contract. well they guy said he would have to charge me 4 grand because they had to special order all the stuff. so I went with them so as not to pay 4 grand for nothing. so much for the special order. the base was the wrong size.

I agreed to contract with Westshore based on pictures only because, as I was told by them, their "showrooms are closed due to Covid". The sale began at $15,000. The salesman whittled off $3,000 and cut quality from some of my choices. This price was to include getting rid of mold the salesman said I had. The install was scheduled for 06/03/22 at 8:00am. They arrived at 9:00am, and were done by 4pm. What I'm left with is a Days Inn look-alike bath. Cheap. The whole tub, shower, and installation couldn't have been more than about $3,500. In addition, they failed to caulk around any of the fixtures, left gaps in the caulking around tub, the faucet was not stable, caulking was dripped down my front porch and sidewalk, and they found no mold. Their trucks left huge oil slicks in my driveway, and these are just the errors I can see. I don't even want to think about how well the plumbing was installed behind the wall. My warning to anyone thinking of a new tub and shower, RUN from Westshore.

Review: Horrible, this company's motto should be "as long as we get the sell, craftmanship don't matter" . Over priced low quality material. Poor craftmanship compared to others in the same industry. West shore home is good at managing public Image and censoring real reviews that give true opinions. Opinions of customers who were scammed for a shower that looks like wall paper. Compare with others, you will be Glad you did.

Cory Gustin and George Knight installed the walk in shower for the main Bathroom. They were professional in every aspect of the installation. the removal of the tub and installation of the shower was completed as promised in one day. the area was kept clean during the removal of the tub and the installation of the new shower. They did a complete clean up of the area inside and outside, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of both workers.

Josh Wilkenson and Lawrence Stroud installed the walk in shower for the Master Bathroom. They were professional in every aspect of the installation. the removal of the original walk in shower and installation of the new walk in shower was completed as promised in one day. the area was kept clean during and after the removal of the old shower and the installation of the new shower. They did a complete clean up of the area inside and outside, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of both workers.

Dennis B and Yavnnick F showed up at 8am and did not stop untill the job was done , they were very good at what they do , very polite made sure everything was the way we wanted it , and kept the job site clean as they worked and made sure everything was clean before they left ,I would recommend them to get the job done right

crew arrived about 8am and went right to work. After setting up. Chris B and Harry P went over contract to make sure everything was correct. I was asked were I wanted the shelf and grab bars. On completion I was told to wait 24 hr before use the shower and was given a how to care booklet. This is my third walkin shower done by West Shore Homes. VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THREE

On TV we saw a commercial about West Shore Home (Formerly *** Remodeling) advertising doing Door and window.
I went on line (26 February 2019) and on their Web page they have you can schedule an apt for March 6, 2019, for someone to come to our house and give us a quote on replacing entry doors. Today March 1, 2019 I called to confirm the appointment and *** informed us that the company is not doing this type of work in NC at the present time.

The TV advertising need to saying where they doing. This is mislead to costumers.
We are very pleased with the previous worked done by *** converting our old bath tub to a walking shower.
*** was very nice and professional explaining the reason... My point is not with the receptionist is with the company... They either address locations on their TV commercial...
If I didn't called to check on the apt today my husband and I were been at the house on March 6 2019 waiting
for the representative to show up. Our time is equal important or more.
When we did our bathroom (***) they were very prompt on answering calls and emails.

.I feel that since the company merge the costumer are not important anymore...

Our installer was ***. It was a totally custom job. He took one day for the demolition of the site and installed all of the acrylic on the second day. He came back the third day to seal the entire until and install all of the hardware. The entire process took exactly what the salesman had projected. *** was a terrific installer, he kept the site clean each night, he was pleasant to work with. He arrived on time and put in a full day every day. We are so pleased with the entire project that we would welcome Bryton, now West Shore Home into our house again should we need any other work. In fact we will once they begin to handle doors and windows in the near future.
