Hunte M. and Trent did a professional install. They walked me through the paperwork and were very professional. I am satisfied with their work and professionalism.

From the start of this bathroom everything was done wrong. Salesmen said he accidently picked different colors then we ordered. The wrong floor color was first installed wrong then had to be ripped out and changed. The shower was not centered and still not fixed. The management team is very unprofessional and non-responsive to complaints still my bathroom is not right and still fighting to get this fixed had to write a complaint letter to Lisa in customer service like how is that fixing my bathroom. This is a so-called family business that will just screw over customer all they want is their money and drag their feet to fix all their mistakes. And the part that makes me even madder is these so called in stallers are clueless instead of finishing the floor which he had lots of extra pieces he put part of the tub wall on the floor and took materials from the job and said they all take all the extra heck I paid for the floor seriously what kind of company puts shower walls and glues to your floor so save on materials.

Remodel is nice ,tub,wall,and sink beautiful but after a couple of months (2/24 when remodel) rust from the handle continues to run down ,and I continue to try and clean the running rust after each wash.The tub also have a mildew ring around the tub. The show tile is white, we were told t9 us Soft Scrub and Dawn. IM SO TIRED OF HAVING TO SCRUB THE TUB T9 TRY TO GET THAT TUB WHITE.

West Shore Showers provided us with a beautiful shower that has significantly improved the look and accessibility of our bathroom. The showers are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, making a noticeable positive impact on our home.

However, the process of installation was less than ideal. It took nearly three months to complete the shower, and four different teams were involved in the installation, each seemingly worsening the situation. The shower wall where the main water lines are located was not leveled properly, leading to further issues. The bathroom doors were uneven, and the window frame was improperly done.

One of the workers shattered not one, but two glass doors on my front porch. Young, inexperienced installers were left unsupervised, which led to more mistakes in the installation process. The installers used dirty white mats to supposedly keep my floors free of debris, but they actually brought in more dirt and debris with these mats.

West Shore does not have a Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) process to inspect the work of their installers. When mistakes were made, instead of sending a supervisor, West Shore sent the same person who made the mistake in the first place to try to justify their errors.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the installation. Would I use their services again? No! While the final product is satisfactory, the journey to get there was fraught with challenges. Improved supervision and better-trained teams could have made this a much smoother experience.

The crew, Coleton Hebart, Eric Villegas, Steven Kanpfer, and Cam Z, installed our shower in two days. They did an awesome job. Sales Manager, Michael Chaney was great too. We are very pleased with our upgrade. The crew is truly awesome. If you can get THIS crew, you will not be disappointed. Coleton Hebart kept us updated and informed as they took out the old and put in the new. Awesome job on the cleaning up too. Five Star and beyond. Richard and Kelly P.

Sales person very nice explained everything in detail. Estimate started at $16,000 with promotions down to $12,000. Then another $1,000 off if we signed contract right then/ $11,000. We got a estimate from a local contractor that we were able to see his work. The one day completion of job was attractive, however not worth the extra it would cost. Local contractor $4000.00 and a better quality shower.

The crew a that installed our walk- in shower today did an excellent job. We are very happy with it as well as the Sales Manager Anthony Sturnick .We would definitely recommend Westshore to our friends.

MY BATHROOM IINSTALLER WAS JAKE S. OF PENN HILLS, PA. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY BATHROOM. HE WAS SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND HE KNOWS HIS CRAFT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. HE DID A CLASS JOB WITH MY OLD BATHROOM AND THE TIME AND CLEAN-UP WAS RIGHT ON POINT.. THE MAN IS A HARD WORKER, I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE DID IT AND JUST ONE DAY. UNBELIVEABLE. So far everyone is very friendly. Shower is very beautiful. We first just got a shower curtain. After a couple weeks we decided to get a shower door. Cody came today and did a wonderful job. Very friendly also. So far we are very satisfied with everything.

I had a tub/shower conversion to a walk in. $12,500 . After workmen left I noticed the bathroom exhaust fan was clogged with dust, some type of construction gravel looking stuff was dumped in my toilet, dust was along sills, light fixtures, etc. I was so impressed with the new shower I didn’t really pay attention to the mess. NOT really that big of a deal, just surprised it was not cleaned up. New shower is Fantastic. I feel it’s worth about $10,000 . But was done in ONE day !

Mine was 11k. While I am happy with the install and I believe it is much better than tile they could not install a glass door. Only if it was a slider so I had to get someone else who didn’t want to touch it to the tund of another 1 k plus. Had trouble calling the salesman Logan after he took my money. He didn’t want to return calls. The fact that it took a day , the guys did a good job is a plus but 11k. I haven’t told too many people because they would think I was

I am a disabled person and in bad need for a walk in shower because I have a hard time lifting my leg over the bathtub in order to just take a shower. I have had several people give me an estimate to get a walk in shower but I am not looking at having another house payment or paying ALL of the employees wages. I am not interested in overpaying for the service. A walk in shower should not be that expensive. Therefore, I am very disgusted. Within the last 2 days, I have received 4 postcards advertising the West Shore homes. These ads expired on Jan. 22, 2023. Even if I were interested, it would be too late to use because of the expiration date. I just wanted to say that if there was not so much ads, the prices for the walk in shower would not be soooooo expensive. The people that come to the house can see that I am disabled so I would expect some sort of a break. I just don't have $10,000 just laying around the house.

We are very pleased with our whirlpool to shower conversion. Our GREAT installers Christian and Cory did a great job, they were clean, courteous and very professional. The job turned out better than we expected. Thank you Christian, Cory and West Shore Home.

we love our new shower, henry and ben did a wonderful job they were so polite and professional, and the workmanship looks really good we want those 2 back when we are ready to do our second bathroom. thank you, henry, and ben and our little dog liked them too!

I had a bathtub and tile enclosure replaced with a step in shower and enclosure. It looks good and I really like it. The people were very professional. I wish I could give Westshore five stars. However I wish I had done my homework. I paid considerably more than I should have because I was attracted by 24 months no interest and no payments so I could save up and still have my shower. That's fine, but about 2 weeks after I have my shower done the company started advertising not only a period of no interest no payments but also discounts. I periodically receive letters from Westshore with discount offers for additional discounts and I see ads on TV for big discounts. I have since realized that I paid about twice as much as I should have so I might as well have been paying interest all that time because they're going to get that money anyway. Whatever you do check around because companies may be subsidizing low interest in no payment loans by charging you too much in the first place.

Just wanted to shout out to the guys who installed two new windows and two new showers on a brutally cold day on the eve of Christmas Eve!
Alex, Joe D., Dennis. Devron, Ty, Everett, Josh and Victor were like Santa's helpers here and completed everything efficiently and professionally. This was as painless a remodel experience as we have ever had. Well done Guys!

My installers were Rob & Tyrik on 12/14/2022. They did an excellent job and I give them 5 STARS !

They Removed A Very large tub/shower, 48x72 and replaced with A 48x72 shower and Glass Door.Less than 8 hrs. in my home.

Not I ordered! And when I called I was promised a callback, it's been two months and I'm still waiting. No one comes or calls to check how the job went. Why do they have you choose what you want if their gone to give you what they want .😞
