came after we called to have our two bathroom installations checked after about two years of use. he was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing and why. Also, he provided us with information regarding upkeep of the shower glass and how to keep them from spotting with water. Excellent experience and reminds us of our satisfaction overall with our Bryton's bathrooms.

Our installer, ***, did a great job installing our new larger shower. He arrived promptly and worked all day on Monday, not even stopping for lunch. On Tuesday he returned promptly and worked until the installation was complete.

When *** first arrived he described the process he would use while installing the shower. After he hooked up the drain, he made sure he showed how the drain was working correctly. He also demonstrated the shower fixtures before he began cauking with the silicon.

Our installer *** was great. He was very professional and nice. He did a great job. *** keep everything very neat and clean. I would welcome him back anytime.

This remodel was exactly what we wanted to update our master bath and was done in a quick and efficient manner. Our installer *** worked incredibly hard and was great in keeping us involved with the remodel so that everything was finished just the way we imagined resulting in our dream bath tub. I would definitely recommend Brytons to anyone in my local Eastern NC area and will use them again for any of my remodeling needs.

We were quite pleased with the installation process of our bath tub-walk in shower conversion. Our installer, ***, was on time, polite, and very professional throughout whole process. It was a rainy day, and he took all the precautions to not muddy up our floors and was careful to not get any debris anywhere. *** had great communications skills -- pausing to inform us what he was about to do at each stage of the process (and what we could expect in terms of noise, water service interruption, etc.). When done, he re-explained the features and how to clean/care for it. Great experience.

1/4/19 - ***, my installer, stated that he enjoys his work and you can tell with the pride he takes in the finished product. *** arrived on time, he went thru the checklist with me and then he covered my hardwood floors and the vanity in the bathroom and went to work I was amazed how quiet he was except for the occasional noise from equipment. He ask me where I would like the shelves and gave me a great suggestion when I was trying to decide on placement of the third shelf. He also ask where I would like to put the grab bars and recommended the placement of a third grab bar for my safety in the shower. The shower looks extremely nice.
The only problem was during the installation of the pipes a small lizard jumped out at *** surprising him and causing him to jump back hitting the toliet lid and sending it to the floor which chipped off a large piece in the corner. He said he would get a replacement lid for me.

1/19/19 - Bryton had decided to replace the entire toliet since getting a lid was next to impossible. Today *** returned and installed my toliet and my third grab bar in an incredibly short amount of time. While it took a little longer than I would have wished the job was completed and well done.

Installer *** just left my home after remodeling my upstairs bathroom. It is beautiful! The remodel took 2 days and I'm sure that's because I also had waterproof luxury vinyl tiles and a vanity along with the walkin shower. *** made sure drop cloths were laid from the front door to the project area; he worked so hard, taking only 1 break; he was precise in measuring and cutting, and so focused on his work. He did a lovely job and was polite and professional. *** and *** added to the entire remodel experience helping me with my style choices and amazing all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. My new bathroom is lovely; I'm so glad I chose Bryton's!

Our installer was ***., who arrived on time at 8:00 am on the scheduled date. *** normally likes to start work earlier at 7:00 am, but agreed to accommodate our request for a later start time due to my physical limitations.

Before any work was begun, he covered all the floors from the master bathroom to the front door with drop cloths to prevent any debris being left from the work. We aren't used to this level of care from craftsman working in our home,but it was certainly appreciated.

*** kept us informed throughout the day on his progress and any unexpected issues, which he quickly resolved after discussing with us.
He asked for input on locations for the grab bars and the 3 corner shelves. When all the work was completed, he showed us the completed shower and explained how everything worked. We inspected the finished product, at his request. Everything looked excellent and we were impressed with the results. We are satisfied with the choice of our selecting Brytons and the remodel choices.

*** went well beyond our expectations and we would request him for any future remodel work that we decide to do. He is a great asset for Brytons and should be recognized as such.

We recently had our tub and shower enclosure redone by Brytons. The installer was *** and he did a wonderful job. He was very polite and worked very hard to remove and install the new tub and shower walls. It is rare to find a workman who cares about his work and tries to provide a good finished project. Thank you *** and Brytons our tub and shower enclosure needed to be redone for many years, but we could not find anyone who could provide us with the excellent finished results that you have.

Absolutely spot on with what we wanted and the installation
*** was great from day one, professional and his workmanship is flawless.
He did two installations from bath tub to walk in shower with glass doors, in each bathroom, on his own, from start to finish in just under four days was amazing.

This review is specific to the job done on 11/26&27/18 by installer Brad Mannette. Brad did a magnificent job of removing replacing our 27 year old one piece fiberglass tub/shower In one day and toilet and counter top in our guest bathroom in less than a full second day.

Brad arrived on time both days and presented himself in a very professional manner throughout the work. He prepared his path throughout the house and in the work areas especially for minimal disruption and cleanliness.

Now, about Brytons Home Improvement as a business. This was our second project with Brytons and our selection of them was based on our complete satisfaction with all aspects of both jobs with one exception. Last year when we were offered the opportunity to rate the installer's performance highly to assure his receiving a $20 bonus we refused to do so because we would have been forced to create an account with Google Inc. to do so.

was wonderful, considerate, hard working, and consistently working to make sure our shower was completed in the agreed upon time frame. He was courteous and made sure we were part of the decision making process. He cleaned up, and had us check after him to make sure he didn't miss anything. He is very conscientious, before, during and after the work. I would ask for him again, if we had more work to be done.

The original installer, I believe ***, installed our new shower in less than 8 hours and did a fine job. However, there was a small problem that *** fixed in less than an hour. I'm very pleased with the whole process. Bryton's is very reputable and stands by there work.

Five stars to ***. The job he did was amazing and I am thrilled with my new walk-in shower. It is truly beautiful! *** was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He made sure all passageways to the work area were protected and when he left after the first day you could hardly tell he had been there. At the conclusion of the job, every bit of mess was gone! He was also great about going over all of the paperwork and do's and dont's about my new shower. I will definitely recommend Bryson's to others and I can only hope they get *** as their installer.
