The "We Care" service tech Brandon came to my home and performed an inspection and cleaning of my heating system. He showed me pictures of potential problem areas and identified a part that need to be replaced. Brandon gave me a detailed explaination of all issues with my attic heater and outdoor a/c unit. He then offered 2 options for future consideration. Brandon was very polite and respectful of my home - He's a pro!
